This apartment had everything we needed for our holiday, location,car park, and quietness.5 minutes walk into the main part of St Ives.

Lovely second trip to stay in Bella Vista, great flat, lovely location (especially for a post dinner walk back up from sunset on PorthMeor!) and rhe parking is a great help!

Excellent little flat in the perfect location. Parking up the side was just big enough for my aygo. If you had a 4x4 you may struggle getting on and out.

Nice clean flat with everything you need. The parking spot is fantastic and was big enough for our X5 with room to spare. Wouldn't hesitate to book it again.

Bella Vista was perfect in every way. Small but beautiful formed. Extremely comfortable, the parking space is a massive bonus. Just a 5 minute walk to the centre of St Ives and all it's delights. We would have no hesitation in stopping at Bella Vista again.

Lovely little flat, abit on the small side but we were happy for the price we paid at peak time of the summer. The parking space a huge bonus and easily fitted our Audi Q5. It felt very safe and secure and was quiet (apart from the seagulls!!)

A spacious flat, spotlessly clean and very well equipped. Having parking was a real bonus, as was the little balcony with distant sea views. The flat is set back from the main road so fairly quiet (except for the seagulls!) and very convenient for the Co-op and the Kettle and Wink. A 10 minute walk to the main shopping areas and beach. The living room floor was creaky and needs some attention.

Well positioned property only a short walk of 5 minutes into town. An incline back up to the accommodation though which might be a little difficult for some. Overall, very clean well kept property throughout and we would definitely recommend and if available when we next visit we will again stay there

Bella Vista is a very comfortable, compact, and well appointed apartment. It has been a great place for our week in St Ives and the added bonus of an allocated parking space cannot be understated.

Just had a lovely 5 night stay at Bella Vista apartment & absolutely fell in love with St Ives (as most do!) As a solo female traveller the apartment was the perfect size, safe & secure in a good location only a short walk on the main street into town. The apartment had the added bonus of a parking space around the corner which was ideal (highly recommend places with onsite parking) The apartment was very nice & warm given the time of year (March 2022) but the weather had been great, it had a small balcony to the front which let in lots of light & got the sun most of the day, a nice spot in the morning to enjoy a coffee. Also if you wanted to wash clothes there was a clothes rack & a laundrette a few yards down the road which came in very handy, so drying washing wasn't a problem. This apartment might not suit people coming with surfboards or outdoor water gear as there is no storage for such items, but for me it was ideal. If I could live in this apartment I would, I wanted to stay longer...it was a real home from home. Thank you for a great stay in St Ives, I will be back!!

Very clean, comfortable, modern flat 5 minutes from the harbour and shops but in a quiet off road location.

A well located property with the added benefit of a separate nearby parking area which avoids the need to park in the 'tight for space' courtyard. The small balcony has nice distant sea views and catches the sun during the day. Worth noting the hallway has quite a large storage area (with hanging rail) as this isn't clear in the property description and is very useful.

Location is perfect so close to town. Added bonus of a parking space although not directly outside is very close. Comfortable apartment with everything needed for a couple. We had a baby so was a bit of a squeeze but luckily the large hallway provided some room for travel cot. A very enjoyable stay.

The Bella Vista is in an ideal location, just a short walk from town and the parking spot is an absolute bonus also a big plus is the balcony which had the sunshine for most off the day we had everything we needed in the apartment at a very reasonable price i would definitely recommend it

Great location, only a little walk into town. Great for parking and easy access to get out of st ives and visit near by beaches and areas. Felt extremely clean, safe and comfortable. Would recommend and would stay again!

Always excellent booking service. Very quiet location, short walk to town / harbour. Much nearer to town than I thought it was, and easy access by road. Dedicated parking space, under cover. Well laid out apartment, and well equipped kitchen. I would definitely stay here again!

A lovely apartment in a convenient and quiet location. Well appointed and comfortable with good sea views from the balcony. I like a good powerful shower and the one in Bella Vista is much better than I expected.

The only slight downside is that after a long day on the beach it is a drag up the hill to the apartment. But as St Ives is built on hill its to be expected.

We had an excellent holiday in St Ives and thoroughly enjoyed Bella Vista; so good in fact I’ve booked another property through Aspects for next year

This is a lovely wee flat just a short walk to any of st Ives beaches or the harbour. Modern interior which was clean and contained everything that you need. There is a small balcony that you can sit two chairs on. There is also a parking space just around the corner in another street however it is not very easy to get in it as there are cars parked slightly over the opening and it might not be suitable for a large car.

Bella Vista is in a nice location, a short walk from the town and beaches, and close to the Coop if anything was needed. It has sufficient space for two people, with everything that is needed. This is our second year, and we would come back again .

Enjoyed our stay in Bella Vista over the very sunny Easter weekend, we used it as a base as we were visiting family outside StIves, it was very central, a very short walk from the main part of town and good to escape the crowds, Everything you will need in the , a great sized fridge, proper freezer and a fan in the bedroom for hot nights, nice little 'cove' in the hallway for luggage and clothing that kept it out the way, loved the small sunny balcony with a good view of the sea over to Hayle, chairs provided. The flat was a perfect size for 2 people for a short break, parking space a real bonus, very close to the property and there is space inside the courtyard off the road to unload, the secure building is in a quiet area within really easy reach of everything in St Ives, it is a very clean and we enjoyed our lovely welcome pack.Thanks again for a lovely stay Aspects and your attention to detail, standard and cleanliness in your properties and approachable, available staff.

Bella Vista was an excellent holiday get away. The accommodation was of a high standard, location was fantastic only a 5 minute walk into the hustle and bustle of St Ives harbour with all the restaurant and bars. Would highly recommended the Sea Food Cafe and the Mermaid but make sure you book. The accommodation having its own parking spot was absolutely priceless giving us the opportunity to explore more of Cornwall without the worry of not having anywhere to park when we got back. Will definitely be going back again.

Cottage was excellent, well equipped and very clean . Excellent private parking space in the next lane. 5 min walk to harbor.Would deferentially recommend.
