Many of our larger town houses are situated just a couple of minutes’ walk from the centre and these offer ideal family accommodation, many with gardens, something of a rarity in St Ives. If all that shopping and socialising gets too much, you can always get away from it all and relax in the tranquil setting of Trewyn Gardens, a real little haven, tucked away in the heart of the town.
So, for self catering holidays in St Ives with everything on your doorstep, the town is the place to be.

We had an excellent stay and will return!
Miss Lobb Dec 2019
Had a lovely week in St Ives, the cottage was very comfortable and spacious. In a great location, close to the beach and the town, would recommend. There is no parking but not a problem as we just used the Rugby ground to park for the week, which is only a 15 minute walk, although it is uphill!
Mrs Bryant-Hartley Aug 2019
We had a lovely stay at 9 Tregenna Terrace, the property was well decorated with comfortable furnishings, it felt very fresh and clean! It has everything you need, a lovely big bathroom, the beds were comfy and it was very spacious for a small cottage! Location was perfect with lovely views! Overall great value and we will be back!
Miss Yarde Jul 2019
Lovely house, warm, spacious and comfortable. Good views. Nice fixtures and fittings.
Mr Muir Jun 2019
9 Tregenna Terrace is a comfortable and spatial apartment, pleasantly decorated and furnished, in a beautifully-placed situation overlooking the town and harbour and out to sea, but easily accessed from the town and the station with only a modest climb up a few steps. The information given by Aspects was full and accurate and their service outstanding. We were very lucky with the weather, but even under less ideal conditions St. Ives, with its art galleries (Tate St. Ives and many commercial ones) and the beautiful Barbara Hepworth garden, and its numerous and very, very good restaurants and cafés, is a perfect place for a holiday.
Mr Graubart Apr 2019
Lovely cottage, with great facilities and fantastic views across the harbour
Miss Harratt Aug 2018
Great cottage for family of 4, easy location to get to the town and the beaches.
Mr Khunkun Aug 2018
We were very impressed with the friendliness of the reception staff and their flexibility. We also arrived to find the beds hadn't been made up - and this was dealt with extremely efficiently - very impressive. Can't recommend the house and the company highly enough - very happy with everything
Ms Hyde Jun 2018

Ms Feest Apr 2018
9 Treganna terrace is a perfect place to stay in St Ives , it’s location gives you a gorgeous view of the harbour and town that I fell in love with and you can walk to the centre of town and all the beaches within approx 5-10 mins. The cottage is beautifully decorated with all you need and more to relax and enjoy your holiday. It is light and airy but was also warm and cosy in the October evenings with good central heating, the beds were so comfy we didn’t want to get up, the bathroom is luxurious and the kitchen is well equipped with a good size table for you to sit and eat together. As with most properties in ST Ives there is no parking but we managed to park in the long stay Car park at the end of the road for the week so it was no problem. The leisure centre is also a short (steep) Walk if you fancy a swim or need alternative parking. Overall we loved this property and wouldn’t hesitate to return or recommend it - we felt it was a little bit of luxury in a gorogeus place and we were in no rush to leave there and come home.
