This modern two bedroom, second floor apartment offers a relaxing and comfortable base for your holiday in St Ives. The beautiful historic building has been renovated to a high standard and is very well presented. With wonderful sea views from your living area and French doors that open up, you'll be able to make the most of those stunning views. The apartment provides a comfortable retreat after a busy day of sightseeing.
Although there is no outside space at the apartment, you are located right next to the beautiful Trewyn gardens, which you can use at your leisure, during opening times and treat it like your own back garden.

We had a wonderful stay at 7 Sunday school court the sea views were lovely from every window. The apartment was very well equipped everything that you would need was there. Wonderful welcome pack of coffee tea chocolates milk and wine. We would definitely go back to stay.

Lovely clean, tidy modern apartment and very well equipped. Fantastic location just off main town and only short walk to beaches etc. Good views on a nice day too. Really thoughtful touch to leave a welcome pack of tea, coffee, milk, wine and a few other goodies, saved us rushing to shops! We had a really good stay and will be going back again soon.

Lovely apartment in a great location. Lovely views from every window. Everything inside the flat and in the communal areas was spotless! Hand gel available at doorways which is great in line with covid. Everything that you might need has been thought of, including fans and clothes maid. Lovely property. Will definitely stay again.

Holiday review Situated in the centre of this holiday fishing town this modern flat with amazing views was in walking distance of many beaches, shops, cafes & restaurants. The central position does make it noisy at times in the evening & parking difficult but there is so much to do:- Body boarding, fishing trips, crabbing, mini golf, train & bus routes, Tate & museum. My husband used his folding bike to travel back from parking space which we paid extra for but we didn't need to leave the town. The ground floor locker cupboard was extremely useful but without any outdoor space we did find it difficult to dry wet beach paraphernalia. Thank you for a great holiday. We loved St Ives.... We'll be back!!!

A perfect place to stay - warm and comfortable, extremely well equipped, fantastic location. Would definitely return, could not recommend highly enough. Stairs may be an issue for anyone with reduced mobility but we needed the extra excercise after sampling the local food!

Lovely little apartment right in the heart of St Ives close to Town and Beaches,location was perfect for us. Apartment is nice clean and airy all modern and refurbished, its all you need for a self catering holiday in St Ives, the down side is the parking and the steps to the apartment but once in it you can see the sea worth the climb up!!

And whilst there are 3 flights of steps, we are glad that you also agreed that the climb was worth it. Parking is unfortunately at a premium in St Ives; with many properties in St Ives not having any parking available. Whilst some of the Sunday School Court apartments have a space on site, not all of them do; as a solution, the owners of this apartment have arranged a space approx 10 minutes drive away, at an additional weekly cost of £50; so that facility is always available at this property, if required. Excellent property and in fantastic location for all amenities. Would not recommend if you have any mobility problems, quite a few stairs. If you're a light sleeper the nearby church bells may be an issue. Five star property.

Being a 2nd floor apartment, with 3 flights of stairs up to it; this is definitely an important consideration when booking, if you had mobility issues. I am sure that you will agree though, that the steps are worth it for the great cenral location and those views that you benefit from, with its location on the 2nd floor. Home from home but slightly better , everything you could need , beautiful, clean & comfortable & lovely views. It was lovely & quiet when we stayed in November , but we were the only ones staying at the apartments at the time , I would imagine that wouldn't be the case in high season ! A much appreciated welcome pack of essentials ?? We look forward to booking again in the new year if we can get it for the same price ??????

A perfect location for a family break in St.Ives. The apartment has great character, beautifully finished, well equipped and nicely furnished. Great view across the roof tops of the sea. Very central and convenient for shops, restaurants and beaches, yet quite and peaceful.
