Lowtide was perfect for our 2 weeks in Stives, it has everything you need and is only a few mins away from the bus station and train station and for all the shops and bars and the beautiful beaches. The view of porthminster beach was so beautiful its the perfect place to sit with a cuppa and watch the sun rise. we would defiantly book lowtide again. We Love it.

Low tide is clean, comfortable and has wonderful views over Porthminster beach.

If you do have mobility issues please note that there are 2 quite steep steps inside the properly to access the bathroom.

It is a wonderful apartment and location. Fabulous for couples or a small family. We loved our time here.

The accommodation is perfectly set up for a small family of 4 (we were 3 of us). The views are spectacular over Porthminster Beach, and we were lucky enough to have dolphin sightings for 4 out of the 7 days of our stay, multiple times throughout each day. We also saw seals every single day during our stay. We are wildlife fanatics, so it was a perfect little addition to our visit. The rest of the days were stormy and added their own drama and splendour. The added bonus was the parking that came included, which is a true find in St. Ives. The large window in the living room makes for an excellent viewing space to soak in the panoramic views. There are a number of walks available from the apartment, which meander along the coastline, going both ways, and they are equally dramatic. The place was spotless, with everything we would need. The kitchen was well-fitted, with all the mod-cons - fridge-freezer, washer-dryer, dishwasher, etc. These are the little things that make it a home away from home. There is ample cupboard space for all those cheeky snacks for winter comfort too. Our microwave broke down during our stay and the owner himself kindly turned up to replace it. Aspects made the whole process seamless and easy, and I remain very grateful. St. Ives itself is a beautiful location in winter, with empty meandering lanes, local pubs and restaurants, and a restful charm that one only sees when the chaos of summer dies down. Low Tide is a short 2-3 minute walk into the centre of the harbour area, which is perfect for a quick lunch or a long evening stroll. The bus station and railway station are both 1-2 minutes walk, which makes it easy to get to other places. Lastly, the local Tesco is less than a 5 minute drive, so it's easy to top up. All-in-all, Low Tide is a little haven that allows you to pick your own pace, whether it's a pub crawl or channel surfing, and that is exactly what we all need during the winter chill.

Comfortable well equipped apartment in a very convenient location. Traffic noise and privacy minor problems, but overall, most people should be able to cope with that

EXELLENT ACCOMMODATION WITH STUNNING VIEWS ACROSS THE BAY IF YOU CAN PUT UP WITH RUDE PEOPLE PASSING OUTSIDE AND STOPPING TO GAZE IN THE WINDOW.

Low Tide is a great place to stay.

very nice place to holiday, very clean and has everything you need for a relaxing holiday, the parking is a bonus for st ives, dont book if you have any problems with climbing steep roads / steps, as this is the only way to town and beaches. Was perfect for us as we came in October, would not like to stay in summer as would not feel comfortable sleeping with bedroom window open as it is practically on the pavement and very low down.

Low Tide is a well equipped and comfortable holiday let. Ideally situated just outside the town centre. The view from the lounge window across the bay to Godrevy lighthouse is stunning. We can thoroughly recommend it for couples or two plus two children.

An excellent last minute week and we couldn’t have picked a better place. The location of the property is perfect. The apartment has everything you need and more. Parking space is a great addition.

Our second stay in low tide, we just love the location, the parking space and the homely feel, very comfortable for our small family.

Low Tide is in an excellent position within St. Ives. It has parking onsight which depending on your vehicle is a little tight. It is on the main road but the vehicle noise wasnt too bad. View from front window is beautiful. Only 3/5 minutes walk to beach and town centre. We would stay here again.

Lovely stay at Low Tide, very comfortable, clean accommodation, close to St Ives Centre and with gorgeous views from the front room window. Free parking is a bonus to this property. We will definitely be booking again.

The location of Low Tide was excellent for our needs. Close enough to walk to all parts of St Ives whilst giving easy access for the car, enabling us to drive to other parts of Cornwall. Also easy access to the train station to catch the train to Penzance.

We loved our time at Low Tide and St Ives. If we were ever to return to St Ives we would certainly be looking to book in at Low Tide.

The staff at Aspects were both friendly and helpful during our stay. Communication was also excellent.

Perfect for our small family, the parking is a bonus and the apartment was bright and spacious and well equiped with everything from cleaning products to games, books and everything you could need for the beach! The huge window is the perfect place to read bedtime stories to our daughter whilst looking out at the sea, perfect end to the day.

A very well equipped property with a beautiful view in an excellent location. Can't wait to go back!

We would recommend this cottage to anybody. The accommodation was excellent. Sunny position and wonderful views of the sea. Although quite cold when we were there the property itself was very warm and welcoming.
