This apartment is immaculate and on arrival was lovely and clean. Very comfortable bed and pillows too! Location suited us perfectly as short walk to town and the station for the branch line up to Carbis. Good parking space. We will return to Kara in the future.

Kara was an extremely comfortable property, that was very well equipped and spotlessly clean. Great location within walking distance of St Ives albeit with some steep hills to take account of. Parking right outside the property in this location was a massive bonus. There is some traffic noise that can be heard in the apartment which didn’t bother us but is worth being aware of. The service we received from Aspect when booking the property was exceptional and we’d definitely go back to this property.

We came across this apartment by accident, as we had to make a last minute swap from our previously booked one. Aspects were very helpful in sorting out the transfer and we were so pleased with Kara that we have already booked it for next year. It is a very comfortable and stylish apartment, with good quality bathrooms and kitchen appliances. And it has a parking space, gold dust in St Ives! Not too far to walk in and out of town, cannot fault it.

Beautifully appointed apartment which is bright and airy. Fab sea views from the balcony. Car parking space was useful. Only a 10 min walk into St Ives Harbour where there are lots of restaurants and local shops. Beach nearby (5 min walk downhill) was lovely and clean. Open top bus to Landsend was fun and bus station nearby as well as train station.

Kara was a lovely apartment to stay in. It was very clean and well equipped with comfortable beds. The parking space is a real bonus in St Ives. This was our third stay in Kara and we hope to return.

This is the first time we have stayed in Kara but not in Gallinas Point. The property was very comfortable and well equipped. We had a good stay. There is some road noise though you do get use to it. Great parking space, couldn’t get blocked in by other vehicles. Within minutes of all the shops, pubs and restaurants in St Ives. Would book this apartment again in the future.

We have been staying at Kara twice a year since it was built. Great location and good vibe and comfy bed in the apartment!

Porthminster Beach cafe as good as ever except the steeper prices!

Amazing location, very spacious, clean and modern apartment- perfect for our family of four. Only 5 minutes walk to beautiful beach. I've no doubt we will book a return visit at some point.

Kara did not disappoint absolutely loved it. With excellent telephone calls through out with Aspects with a person. And as ever St Ives is a very special place certainly it has captured our Hearts.
