Excellent location 6th visit have already booked again for next year. Comfy beds. Plenty of room for all 5 of us, short walk to beach & parking a bonus, balcony fab.

We have stayed in several of the Morwenstow apartments, and like their position and views. Unfortunately on this occasion we were disappointed with No. 5. The sofa was a disgrace - badly stained, worn and old. I called in at the Aspects office in St. Ives to report this, and a day or so later they let me know that the sofa was due to be replaced at the end of the following month. Quite honestly I feel that the sofa should have been replaced some time ago! The apartments are fairly expensive and the condition of the sofa certainly did not reflect the amount we paid. We would stay at the Morwenstow apartments again, but I should need to be convinced that the sofa has been replaced before booking No. 5.

We loved our stay at this apartment and did look to booking again next year, it’s obviously very popular as we missed out. The view from the balcony is lovely and it was fabulous to enjoy our morning coffee before heading out. The gate at the bottom of the garden is so handy to walk straight down to Porthminster. This property is quite spacious and the bedroom with 4 beds is huge! This apartment has everything you need for a relaxing holiday and the parking outside is ideal.

Enjoyed our stay here. Being able to have a parking space, along with balcony view of the bay and Harbour is amazing. The apartment is perfect for medium to large family staying, with utilities and specifications 5*. Enjoyed the walk into town or Portminster Beach approx 10mins. Debbie was great and invaluable as well as the domestic assistants to make you feel welcome and enjoy a stress free stay. Thank you

The apartments are all beautiful and very clean, our 4th stay and we will be back next year. Debbie the housekeeper/caretaker is always eager to help and nothing is too much trouble for her, she is a real asset to your company.

Fantastic appliances and spotlessly clean on arrival. We had an amazing view and friendly, helpful housekeepers. I would say that in our apartment at least, the mattresses were quite soft, so we didn't sleep particularly well as we're used to the opposite.

Our 3rd visit to this beautiful apartment and it’s always perfect . It’s well looked after with top notch fixtures and fittings . In a great spot , nice walk into town and a great beach minutes away .

Gorgeous views, excellent service from the housekeeper

Morwenstow is always a pleasure to visit. The position is ideal for St Ives, close enough to walk down to the harbour and town, but far enough out to be peaceful and relaxing.

We have stayed in several of the Morwenstow apartments over a number of years, they have all been comfortable and well equipped and Debbie, who looks after the properties, could not be more helpful. It was good to see her again.

St Ives is an ideal base for visiting this part of Cornwall with many walks from the door or a short drive away, and there are plenty of restaurants, cafes, bars and pubs if you are wanting to eat out, although with some of the best views of St Ives around it is a pleasure just to eat in the apartment.

We have a great holiday again this year, the first time back to Cornwall since the first lockdown, and we will be back again!

Lovely, cosy apartment... but be prepared as you might not want to leave ! - You could easily spend a lazy day on the balcony and just take in the views (bring binoculars)

We went over New- Years - not a sound heard from any other apartments as it's so well insulated ... the best night sleep in many years !

Safe and felt like a little home from home, some lovely memories made and we appreciated every day we spent there, it's not often I feel reluctant to leave and this was one of those rentals that sticks (family of five)

Our second stay in this wonderful apartment and we have another one booked . It is perfectly appointed with top class fittings and is pristine for when you arrive . We had tea, coffee etc and a bottle of wine waiting for us. Wonderful to have a brew in bed with a fabulous view . Can’t praise it enough .

The most amazing property. Everything about it was 5 star. A five minute walk to the beach, views to die for and furnished to a very standard. You will not be disappointed in this property. We really didn’t want to leave.

Lovely place to stay but not for those that struggle at all with a hill. Amazing views and lovely gardens. Very quiet.

The view comes at a cost though as the hill to get back to the apartment from the beach or Harbour/Town is HUGE and extremely steep.

We have just been fortunate enough to stay at Horizon View in Morewenstow Apartments for the last week. The apartment itself is beautifully laid out with everything you need and more. The views from the lounge and bedroom are stunning. We actually spent more time in the apartment than we usually would because it is so relaxing and appealing. My wife and I would recommend this beautiful apartment to anyone looking for a holiday in St Ives with that extra something ! We are moving to the area in 2 weeks time and will never forget this last holiday in St Ives. that was so special. Thank you.

Great location if you don’t mind walking down to Porthminster Beach and St Ives. Secure parking, quiet and spacious apartment with great views over Porthminster and St Ives Harbour. The apartment was lovely and clean and had Miele applications in the kitchen.

We were looking for accommodation for a family of five in close proximity to the beach - this apartment ticked all the boxes. The information on the website and photos of the accommodation were spot on and this was the reason we chose the accommodation. We will definitely return.

Apartment 5 was absolutely lovely with superb views of the sea and St Ives bay. The apartment was extremely clean with all the mod cons one could dream of. The location was great with a well stocked Tesco store 5 minutes away. The apartment was 5 minutes walk from a beautiful blue flag beach with ability to indulge in various water sports, access to quaint cafes and restaurants. The apartment had ample parking, a lovely garden and security entrance. The neighbourhood was peaceful and quiet. There is a lot to visit if one has a car and there are lovely coastal walks to indulge in.

Beautiful apartment with amazing views and it catered for all the family’s needs. Would recommend to family and friends including families with children. Would definitely visit again.

I can’t rate this property highly enough. From arrival to departure it was just perfect.

Location was fabulous, just through the gardens to the costal path for either the beach or town.

Can't beat the view, it was lovely to have a parking space & the kitchen & bathroom fittings were top standard(except for badly fitting taps in bathroom basins.)Furnished with excellent taste.

We will absolutely love to return. We found our apartment practical in terms of amenities and location as well as luxurious. Both my husband and I and our four children loved it. Morwenstow is a great property. It's just far enough from town to be quiet, and close enough that it's a short 5-10 minute walk to town-- you can take the sidewalk or the lovely quaint wooded trail down to the beach and town.

We arrived to an IMMACULATE place. Couldn't give it a higher rating!

A fantastic property in a great location with truly spectacular views - sunrise was awesome on the balcony. Perfect place to chill out in style, do the beach and visit the rest of Cornwall - would love to go back sometime.
