What an absolute gem this property is. Amazing view which can be enjoyed to the full with the binoculars left for our use. Very well equipped and comfortable property with a nice welcome pack of tea, coffee and milk. Towels and tea towels are provided. An allocated parking space not far from the property is nice to have however the access from the main road is very tight and steep and can be a bit daunting at first. Walking from the car park is via a very steep hill but doesn’t take long (170 paces from bottom of incline to approx 10 steps up to Draycott Terrace. Will definitely be back

Awesome location nice facilities. The flat was layed out well but had not been cleaned all well before our visit, with soiled linen in the washing machine and half opened food left in the freezer. We had no welcome pack at home. I had to make a call to Aspect when arrived at the flat as there were no instructions at all as to where we could park

We are very sorry if the standard of cleanliness was not to the high level that you would have expected, we can only apologise if any areas had been missed. Having now received this feedback, we have spoken to the housekeeper and will closely monitor further feedback, so thank you for your comments. The instructions for parking are ordinarily printed on the reverse side of the directions that are sent to you by post and accessible within your online booking page. We appreciate that arriving here, trying to find the property can be a stressful enough time as it is, so we try to ensure that it goes as smoothly as possible and can only apologise if the reverse side of the directions had not been sent to you. Excellent location and views. Within easy walkin distance to beach and st Ives. Local supermarket not far away.

Stunning views over St Ives Harbour. Be prepared for very steep hill on walk back to flat, easier walk back can be taken through the train station. Car park at bottom of hill.Be aware that Draycott terrace is very narrow so turning around once you have unloaded luggage difficult. Other than this nice flat and great holiday.

Jul 2019

Wonderful location with an amazing view of St Ives. We stayed here with our baby and the space and facilities was perfect for us. The car parking space is down a steep hill but is easy to get to and is handy for storing beach gear as it is right by the beach.

Jun 2019

We really enjoyed our stay in this accommodation. It was very comfortable with everything you need and a glorious view. If you can tear yourself away from the view the only downside is the steep trip to collect your car from the car park. However the town of St Ives has enough to keep you occupied without using the car. It is only a short walk to the harbour, shops and galleries.

Sep 2018

The view is as good as the pictures show, plus it’s only a 2 minute walk down!

Aug 2018

Wonderfull view, and very close of the charming little town of St Ives, with a pleasant path to get there. The flat is perfect for a loving couple.

Aug 2018

Tremendous views of bay, harbour and the comings and goings of wharf.
