Start each memorable day of your holiday by taking in the vistas of the Cornish coastline from the comfort of the sofa, or with coffee in hand on the sun-drenched balcony. Sleeping four, on one level, Aqua Vista has two spacious bedrooms, one with en suite and a separate bathroom, and is located on the top floor of the Cordyline Croft complex overlooking St Ives and across to Gwithian and Godrevy Lighthouse. We think you will love the light and airy feel of the Penthouse, with the living space offering sea view backdrops, whilst you kick back and relax after a day of exploring this beautiful bustling town. With the golden sands of Porthmimster beach located just a 10min walk away, you won't have far to stroll before you can be dipping your toes in the sea. Porthminster beach is also home to Porthminster Café, where you can dine with gorgeous sea views, or if you would rather take advantage of the well-equipped kitchen, there are several delis where you will find local, tasty, produce to cook up a feast for your evening in and dine al fresco on the balcony. Whilst St Ives, of course, has four beautiful beaches to visit, if being cultural is on the agenda then the Iconic Tate gallery or Barbara Hepworth Museum are well worth a visit, similarly St Ives has an array of galleries dotted throughout the town, or take a trip on the scenic branch line through to St Michaels Mount on the other side of the coast. If you do fancy exploring further afield, the allocated parking space takes away any stresses of finding parking and allows you to come and go as you please, perfect for days out discovering all that this beautiful county has to offer!

The apartment has been well thought out, very well equipped with lovely decor. Clear instructions on how to use everything. Situated in a quiet area. Yes it is a short uphill walk from the town, but the walk is pleasant, and by the end of the holiday very doable. The apartment lift was a bonus, especially on arrival and leaving. The parking space, was a great, and the car enjoyed a rest, as we didn’t use it until we left! The views every morning from the lounge were breathtaking! Would we recommend - definitely!

We spent a week in Aqua Vista Loft and really enjoyed staying at the apartment. It was luxurious, warm, very quiet and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The view is incredible, lovely in the sunshine and dramatic in the stormy weather. The high level 'squirrel superhighway', with a family travelling along the telegraph wires outside the window and down the hill was a highlight, especially in the high winds! The hill between the apartment and St Ives is steep, but didn't give us nearly 70 year olds a problem. The lift up to the second floor made arrival and departure very easy and a good sized parking space nearby was a bonus. Our best ever stay in St Ives.

Great view, the apartment has most things that you need for a holiday, except for TV and good wifi reception. The walk into town is quite steep and fabulous unless you're older with hip or knee problems. The car parking isn't as close as suggested in the description for unloading luggage and to access the lift to the apartment. The view and the squirrel and sea gull entertainment do help to make up for the negatives.

While the walk to and from St Ives may not be suitable for all due to the hills, we hope you agree being so close to the centre of town is worth it.
We are sorry that you also experienced some issues with the television reception and Wi-Fi during your holiday. Reception can be patchy in St Ives, so the property has a Smart TV to offer alternative viewing options through the internet. Wi-Fi issues are not something that we are aware of at Aqua Vista Loft, had we known during your stay we would have been more than happy to look into this further but thank you for making us aware so we can continue to keep an eye on things.
We try to make the parking instructions as clear as we can, so thank you for your feedback on this and it is certainly something we will keep in mind. The parking space is allocated at the end of a small cul-de-sac, only a few minutes away from the apartment entrance. Katy, Customer Services.

A gem of an apartment ! The view is stunning, the bedrooms large with comfortable beds, everything you need is provided and the treats on arrival are very welcome. The owners have thought of everything and it is a place where we will definitely return. Quiet area with parking, which is a bonus. You will not be disappointed with Aqua Vista.

Aqua Vista is a fabulous apartment on a hill overlooking the town and with a view across to Hayle for amazing sunrises and beautiful light. The beds, bedding and bathrooms are very comfortable and practical, and the kitchen has pretty much everything you need when you are not being tempted to eat in town. The owners have clearly gone to a lot of trouble to make this an outstanding property and have succeeded! We loved staying there and would highly recommend it.

We expected much, and it exceeded our expections.
Usually staying in The Warren, we were initially concerned about being "distant" from town - we needn't have worried; it was a short, pleasant walk (though the hills on the way back may not be to everyone's liking).
Very quiet.
It's a modern flat which is nonetheless cosy. Everything works. And everything has been provided for.
We certainly hope to stay again, one day.

In every respect this is an excellent property. It’s comfortable, quiet, well equipped and it’s location is well worth the effort to walk to and from St Ives beaches and centre. The view over St Ives Bay from the living/dining room is amazing.

The apartment was fantastic, it provided everything we needed for a lovely relaxing week in St Ives. It was immaculately clean, spacious and very comfortable, just like a home from home. The view is absolutely amazing, each morning we would watch the sunrise, it was so beautiful. The apartment is ideally sited in a quiet area, but within walking distance of St Ives centre. It was an added bonus having the dishwasher, washing machine and the allocated car parking space too. We’ll definitely return.

Wow, what a view! A fantastic apartment with the most amazing view. The location was perfect for visiting by foot the local beaches in St Ives and Carbis Bay. The apartment was spacious, modern and spotlessly clean. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you would need. The allocated parking space was an added bonus too.
