Fantastic location, close enough to walk into the centre of St Ives but handy to be on this side for easy access to drive out for day trips. Fantastic views, lovely outside space, relaxing living area and convenient parking space right outside. Thank you Aspects for first-class service again. We've booked for next year, which says it all!

Lovely house in the perfect location with breath taking views looking over Porthminster beach towards Hayle. Bright and spacious with comfortable furnishings. Parking right outside was a real help. It's a very comfortable space to hang out when not out and about.

Fantastic location

Great cottage in a perfect location. Easy way down to harbour via steps, I little harder climbing the steps back but much fitter for it at the end of the week. Car park was ample for the Audi Estate. 3 cars in the bays while we were there so as long as everyone parks well it's all good. Small fridge with just a tiny freezer space so worth keeping in mind if getting a tesco delivery like us. Aspects checked in with us to make sure we were all set up and the whole booking process with them was perfect. Highly recommended for both Aspects and this lovely cottage. Views aren't bad either! ??

Excellent property in lovely location. Slight hill but always hills in st ives.. Little Garden and balcony which is nice. Our 3rd time of staying there and won't be our last hopefully..

A light and airy property, with beautiful views and a balcony and outside deck area downstairs. Sofas and beds are perfectly comfortable and the kitchen is very well equipped. The property is only a stone-throw away from the shops, the beach and the railway station. All in all a perfect pied-a-terre for a stay in St Ives!

The house is remarkably bright and airy, with lovely double aspect views. Location is great, very close to Porthminster beach and also a stroll into St Ives centre.

Loved the decor and the layout, a really lovely place to hang out when not out and about. Felt very at home here it was so comfortable. Could’ve stayed far longer than the week we had booked, would definitely return.

Just returned from a great holiday at this property, bright, clean, easy access to town and with a parking space will be visiting this property again we had fantastic sunrises every morning sat and watched them with a brew. ????

Another excellent holiday here, all facilities good & working plenty of space to chill & rest. Lovely view from the balcony, unlimited hot water & heating if required. Parking right outside front door, staying here is like home from home, just bring yourself. You'll enjoy your stay and you'll book again. I have.

Still our favourite place in St Ives. Love the way you see the sea and all that light the minute you open the front door. So convenient for everything. And the parking space, with careful parking, is good enough for a bigger car.

Fabulous location with stunning views across to Hayle. Good to have a car parking space. Enjoyed using the outside space too. Some painting required in my opinion to freshen the house up especially at the start of a season.

Lovely property, great for my family of 4 & baby. space good, bathroom nice & big. Very well lit with a nice big mirror. Gas heating & hot water a must with a baby. lovely place to stay. you will stay again. I will I've already booked for next year. Oh & parking just outside front door .

We loved our stay at Aedes Canis, the property is welcoming, light and airy and perfectly located within 5 minutes walk from Porthminster beach or into St Ives town for shops, pubs and restaurants. The property has all the facilities, utensils and equipment you need and beautiful views of the sea and harbour. It’s peaceful at night but close enough to walk to everywhere in St Ives. There’s a very convenient, albeit small, car parking space on the driveway and you will definitely need to be ready to walk up some steep hills and steps from the beach and centre back to the property. Overall a fantastic stay. We will definitely be back!

A lovely location and great parking. The bed is very soft, so not great for anyone that worries about their back. The sofas are so bad, it is impossible to sit on them properly. There is also negative signs throughout the flat. The views are lovely. If they took down the signs, replaces the sofas and bed, turned the heating off at night it could be one of the best holiday apartments.

Lovely property Home from home, including Gas heating & hot water any time you want it, lots of space with 2 toilets a must if not used to the lovely Cornish water, lol, Parking right outside front door. Very high standard of furniture & fittings, Stay here & you will be back, i know i will be.

Aedes Canis is a lovely little modernised house in a good location close to the town and beach. It is well equipped and has plenty of room for four guests. Has lovely views of the sea and coast. The area is a little hilly so would be difficult for people with walking disabilities but that goes for St. Ives in general. The car park is a little tricky as you have to park tight to the neighbour wall. I managed fine with my Skoda Octavia, but it was on the limit.

Loved our stay at Aedas Canis. The views from this property (from pretty much every window) are stunning. Found the accommodation to be nice and bright but also comfy and cosy. We appreciated having some outdoor space to relax in too. So much to do in St Ives, lots of good bars and places to eat out. So many great beaches. Gorgeous part of the Country. Just wish we didn't have to leave.

A beautiful holiday cottage with all the facilities we needed (including excellent WiFi) and spectacular views over St.Ives and the sea. We spent a week surfing on Porthmeor beach (only 10mins walk away) and sightseeing in SW Cornwall. The cottage has parking (just large enough for a BMW 3 series), is only a few mins from the town centre and harbour but is far enough away that you can escape the hustle and bustle of the town.

We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return soon.

Stunning views especially at sun rise

Great that you can collect keys from Hayle on arrival and drop off in St Ives town on departure. Welcome pack being posted out is a nice touch, makes it more personal and feels like the start of your holiday and that you are going to be looked after/treated like a valued customer by Aspects. Arrival/settling in email also a nice touch. Service v courteous and quick response to any issues. Nothing too much trouble. Housekeeping support ie Mark absolutely brilliant. Really friendly and professional. Well done Aspects!

Fantastic location with essential parking. Great views of St Ives. Very hilly town so would not suit less able. Quality and comfy accommodation. Would use again without question.

This is a fabulous holiday let, just 8-10 mins walk to The Wharf & Fore Street, with its own parking space immediately outside the front door. The more chunky SUV type cars will not fit this space, be warned! The open plan lounge area is really relaxing. Kitchen is well equipped. In warmer, sunnier weather the garden & decking would be a bonus. DVD player and wi-fi much appreciated. This is St Ives so be prepared for some steep hills.

Aedes Canis is a beautiful little cottage with a great location and fabulous views of St Ives harbour and Porthminster beach. The town and harbour can be reached within a 10 minute walk which is downhill, so be prepared for walking uphill on the way back. The cottage is light, airy and very well equipped with a dishwasher, washer/dryer, iron/ironing board. It has lovely little touches such as board games, books, lovely linen and crockery and binoculars for the sea views. We would love to stay again and could easily live there.

Extremely comfortable and clean cottage with marvellous views over St Ives from both side and French windows in the lounge/kitchen.. 'Upside down' property so some stairs to negotiate, and quite a climb up from the beaches and harbour, but if you don't like hills you probably shouldn't choose St Ives anyway.

We had a brilliant stay at Aedes Canis. It is in an excellent location, easy for both town and beach. It is also good for driving in and out of St Ives. Parking ok too and very nice to have. The accommodation was clean and comfy. Thank you to everyone at Aspects for a lovely cottage.
