A lovely apartment in an amazing location. Sitting on the balcony with a glass of wine overlooking the harbour and sea was just bliss!

Above the Bay is a beautiful apartment. Well furnished and affords a fabulous view over St Ives. Prosecco , scones and cream and milk all provided to start us off. Can’t wait to return . It is at the top of a hill and the walk back from the beach can be testing but it is well worth it . We can’t wait for our next visit , 10/10 , it was just perfect

We stayed for two weeks in this lovely apartment and we absolutely loved it! Stunning views from living room and bed room. You can hear the waves by open windows. Really clean property. Very close to beaches and St. Ives. We will come back as soon as possible! Perfect service from ascpets (as always).

Fantastic position with great sea views. Easy access to St Ives from the road or footpath, which also takes you to the beach. One thing to mention is that all soft furnishings are feather filled. Just something to keep in mind if you have an allergy to feathers. Immaculate bathroom and en-suite, lovely kitchen with enough worktop space. A few minor things just let the apartment down, one being the dining chairs, which are quite uncomfortable. Altogether a good holiday with great weather.

Clean comfortable stay. Well worth the money for the location alone, but the apartment was beautiful and had everything that you would need. Would recommend!!!!! Most definitely will be visiting again!

The view from each apartment is magnificent, the standard of maintenance could not be higher and the accommodation is five star. The free on-site generous parking is a major plus in St Ives, and with a bus stop at the gate and a short walk into town and all the beaches, there is no need to move the car after arrival.

A beautiful, clean and airy apartment. The building is quite new and everything is fresh and well kept. The gardens are gorgeous and are obviously tended with care. The view! Wow! You have to be there to truly appreciate how amazing the view is. There is a table and chairs on the balcony so you can sit and soak up the views in comfort. When you lay in bed you can see the sea and hear the waves crashing against the rocks - it’s just magical. There is easy parking and a lift. A short downhill walk (5 mins) takes you to the beach and from there you can easily walk into St Ives. Can’t complain about anything, it is just a gorgeous apartment in a perfect area.

Gorgeous apartment with fabulous views but a little further out than I would have liked but this didn’t bother us.

For years we have stayed in St Ives with one of your competitors. From the minute we made the booking we were blown away by the professionalism and caring attitude of all Aspects Staff. With a lot of uncertainty surrounding the lockdown and how it would affect us , Aspects staff were brilliant and reassured us with every query we had. the apartment was stunning (the best we have ever stayed in) with views to die for. It was superbly equipped and our only regret was we couldn't have stayed longer. We are planning on moving down in 2021 but will be having several more trips down to house hunt (Covid-19 permitting) before then. We will always look to stay with Aspects Holidays and will recommend you to all of our friends. Finally we would like to express our thanks to the owner of this apartment for allowing us the chance to stay in such a beautiful property. Our stay was very enjoyable at No 16, and will be using the apartments again in the future. The position is very handy not having to drive through town when visiting local areas. Have been holidaying in St Ives for over 55 years and it never fails to impress us.. The Whiteheads.

We love staying at this property and have stayed 4 years in a row. It has great parking, very clean, comfortable and absolutely stunning views. We loved having breakfast on the balcony every morning with stunning st Ives around us.

We felt that they took covid very seriously and felt confident in the processes out in place and the extra cleaning.

We’ve already booked for next year and can’t wait to come back.

Take binoculars if you are interested in the possibility of seeing dolphins and sea lions swim past out at sea as you eat breakfast as we did. This is a luxury apartment in a lovely location where you can park and not use the car for the duration of your stay in St Ives if you so wish. It is a 15 minute stroll in to the town centre along the road or coastal path which leads from the property. It is a bit of an incline for those not too mobile. Top quality linen and equipment throughout, all you need to self cater. Views delightful.

This is the second time that we have stayed at this property. We will definitely be back for a third time. The sea views from the apartment are breathtaking.

I cannot fault this property. The view was amazing, the apartment spotless and well equipped, the comfort of the beds, it all exceeded our expectations. I would imagine this particular apartment would probably be one of the best of the Morwenstow ones, as it is almost at the top, so the view is completely uninterrupted. We particularly enjoyed the location, being a little bit out of the hub of central St. Ives. It is easily walkable in maybe 10 minutes, but it was so nice to be able to retreat to the peace and tranquility of being on top of the bay. It also meant that the winds were very cooling after being in the heat of the beach. There was a rather strenuous walk back up the hill back to the apartment, especially with children but we came to enjoy it and work off our ice creams! It was great to have parking, wifi etc, so a great place to use as a base. This beach is great for kids also, the surf never got too rough, has all the facilities, overall, a great location.

We’ve stayed in many different properties in the area over the years, and each time it’s hard to imagine how our most recent experience could be surpassed, but Above the Bay certainly delivered on that.

The photos of the apartment appear to have been taken on a cloudy day, so the place is actually much brighter in reality, which is a bonus as I think it’s always preferable to have your expectations exceeded. The view from the balcony is just stunning and has to be one of the best vantage points for enjoying St Ives Bay.

We were blessed with a warm week so we needed the windows open all the time, but it was lovely to wake to the sound of the sea. If you are visiting in the cooler months I imagine this would be a very cosy apartment.

There is a housekeeper who looks after all of the apartments in the complex, and she seems to be around most of the time which is handy if you have any questions or issues. We found the standard of cleaning to be high.

We really enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to come back. The apartment is very clean and beautifully situated at the top of the hill for stunning views from when you wake up to when you go to sleep. Parking is safe and easy which isn’t always the case in st Ives. We can’t wait to come back.

This is a fantastic luxurious apartment, amazing bathrooms. The location is great, an easy picturesque walk into St Ives although it is a steep walk back.

Thank you for the most lovely relaxing stay in your apartment. The views were to die for and we even saw seals playing in the sea on a daily basis!! Amazing. The location between St Ives and Carbis Bay was perfect. We enjoyed some lovely walks along the coastal path from the gate at the bottom of your immaculately kept gardens into St Ives and Carbis Bay, The beds were so comfortable and the lovely touches of flowers, wine and biscuits made of short break perfect. A very comfortable apartment with spectacular views of the bay. There was ample space in the gated car park - a real bonus in St Ives.

Accommodation was immaculate, views were breathtaking and we would not hesitate to recommend to our family and friends.

Spacious, luxurious, amazing view and a very short (steep) walk to the wonderful Porthminster beach (go to the cafe for breakfast, a real holiday treat). We love St Ives and our stay at Morwenstow 16 made it all the more perfect. It is the perfect self catering accommodation for those who like the luxury of a hotel. Highly recommended.
