We had a lovely week at 7 Draycott cottage in September. Weather wasn’t great but the property was fantastic. Very well located with stunning views. Well equipped kitchen and we enjoyed some family meals together. Just off the coastal path so easy to walk to Carbis bay st ives and just by st ives station. Would love to come back for longer !

7 Draycott is a gorgeous house with stunning views! We loved the layout of the house and enjoyed our evenings having drinks out on the deck overlooking Porthminster Beach. Our daughter loved her bunk room and the basket of toys for her to play with. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and found it to be well outfitted with pots, pans, and utensils.

Fabulous house and catered for all our needs and more. The photos on line are great but don’t give a feel of how big the property is. It’s like the Tardis! Fantastic to have en suite facilities in all the bedrooms, beds very comfortable after a long day on the beach and the views from the top balcony are superb. The whole family, adults and children had a wonderful holiday in St Ives. Thank you.

The view from this house has to be the best in St ives whether its a coffee in the morning or a glass of wine last thing at night you will never bore of the veiw simply stunning . The house it's self is very well equipped with everything you could possibly need and more .we don't tend to cook while away but there was everything you need if you wanted too .location is great once you get use to the hill but on the plus side it helps you burn off those extra holiday calories. Having the parking space is great and a good size .only negatives are the basement room is damp and has a dehumidifier which needs emptying daily and would not really be suitable for someone with respiratory problems. Some of the window catches are broken or hard to open and the place on the whole could do with a tidy up and lick of paint especially at the rental price. Saying that we had a great time and would consider staying there again as the pluses out weight the minuses.

The location and views were outstanding. The amenities in the property were brilliant, house well equipped for families. Comfortable and bright. Lovely having the essentials ie tea/milk for when we arrived.

Our Holliday was fantastic we enjoyed our stay at 7 draycot and Cornwall is one of the best pkaces we have stayed. aspect are also on hand and will sort out any problems so that is reassuring.

The location is excellent for shops and st Ives, porthminster beach is just down the hill and is stunning beach. Beautiful kept property, with plenty of room. The living room on the top floor with its balcony is just fabulous view of the beach and st Ives.

From the moment we opened the door, the view took our breath away. Beautifully furnished and equipped home from home. Really appreciated being able to use the beach equipment, wetsuits etc. Perfect setting for a wonderful family holiday in St Ives!

Family of 8 including 2 children had a great holiday staying at 7 Draycott Terrace. The property was spacious and gave unrivalled views of St Ives.

A wonderful, spacious and comfortable ‘home from home’ property with beautiful views from the fabulous lounge, master bedroom and kitchen diner. Very well equipped with the bonus of lots of books and magazines to enjoy. We will definitely return!

This is an amazing place to have your stay in St Ives - the views are amazing and the photos don't do them justice. The house is HUGE and is one of the best equipped we have ever stayed in - we would highly recommend and look forward to a retrun trip!

We loved every minute of our stay at Draycott Terrace! It’s a beautiful house with amazing views and so close to Porthminster beach and the town. It was a home from home.

Where do we start - 7 Draycott Terrace was an absolutely gorgeous house to stay in. The decor and furnishings were beautiful and very much to our taste. The layout of the house worked so very well for both families staying there - we never once felt as though we were all on top of each other.

The views from the dining area, master bedroom and living space were spectacular, and were the best we have experienced so far in St. Ives. We spent many a moment admiring the view even on a rainy day.

The photos on your website do not do the house enough justice at all. The beds were comfortable with good quality bed linen. The towells were soft and generous. Plus the kitchen was so well equipped we could tell that the owners like to cook. Photos of the owners doted around the house added a personal touch. In fact the house seemed to have everything we needed and so much more. So many games, books, toys, dvd's and beach equipment - it is a family house and not your usual rented holiday home. In fact the children commented that this was the best house we have ever chosen to stay in which is quite an accolade.

We will definitely be recommending this house to friends and family and hope to stay here again very soon.
