An allocated parking space is just across the road which is very convenient for those wishing to explore the local area.

We (2 adults and 2 children) had a fantastic time. The apartment was very spacious with a large lounge. The view was incredible and we all enjoyed watching the boats out at sea. The parking space was easy to get in and out off. The walk into the centre of St Ives was quick. Overall I would highly recommend this apartment.

We enjoyed our stay at this apartment which was in a good position with views of the sea. It is not far from the beach or the town but it is a steep walk back. Due to health issues I either got a taxi back at around £4 for two or caught the bus back to the leisure centre and walked downhill back to the flat.£1.50 each. Most people would be able to walk back. The flat is clean nicely furnished and larger than expected. The parking space is handy but being narrow those with wide vehicles take up too much space and the next vehicle did hit our car with their car door when they got out. St Ives is a lovely place to stay in with lovely beaches and places to eat out.

We were completely happy with our choice of holiday at 4 Trevail Apartments. We would completely recommend this apartment as convenient for central St Ives and it is well stocked with all enquipment required during our stay. There is also a parking space allocated to the apartment directly opposite the main entrance so very convenient. We found the bed to be very uncomfortable as the mattress is very soft and worn but this was the only grumble. We had a great holiday at this apartment and would definitely consider using Aspects Holidays for further breaks and would recommend both Aspects Holidays and 4 Trevail Apartments.

Well worth it

A spacious apartment with a beautiful view! The view from the bay window is absolutely stunning and made the slightly hilly walk to the apartment well worth it! The apartment is approximately a 5-10 minute walk to Porthminster Beach and into town with the leisure centre also within easy walking distance. A quiet location from which our 4 year old son loved watching the boats, buses and helicopters from the living room window.

A fabulous apartment. The décor and furniture were of a very high quality, luxury for a holiday let. Extremely well equipped, especially in the kitchen. The view from this property is superb, St. Ives is such a beautiful place.

We had a great holiday at 4 Trevail , it is light and airy with fantastic views. Parking straight opposite is a bonus. A good location, only a short walk down into the centre of St Ives. This property is probably better for adults as there is no outside space. Always excellent service from the Aspects team we are looking forward to our next visit.

Had a fabulous week at 4 Trevail Apartments. The apartment was spacious and comfortable and to wake up to that view every day was a joy! Great location with the bonus of a parking space and only a short walk to the train station, beach and town. Loved it and definitely recommend.

Very spacious apartment in a great location

A clean, bright and spacious property with amazing views. The location is great, close enough to walk into town, but far out enough to escape the crowds when it's busy! Another wonderful holiday, thank you.

We had a great week at the flat, the views and the easy access to the car park were great. The lounge and dining area is very spacious with lots of room to sit and relax and soak up the views across the bay. The flat was very clean and the showers/bathroom were great for our needs. My son (4) loved the views and was transfixed each day by the boats, buses, trains and helicopters!!

The flat is perfect for a family of four and was as described. It’s only a 10 minute walk to town and the parking is very welcome if a little tight.

Lovely, spacious apartment equipped with everything you need for a great holiday. Close to beaches, harbour & restaurants but the steep walk might be a problem for those less mobile. The allocated parking space opposite the accommodation was very welcome and in high season probably a necessity. The apartment is very well presented and very clean (which was particularly appreciated as our stay was during the Covid outbreak). Highly recommended.

Large apartment with all you need.

Lovely place to stay Wonderful views, words alone cannot do them justice. To experience this you have no alternative but to book a holiday at this apartment. Very tidy apartment with next to nothing missing that you would need to enjoy your stay.

We stayed in the appartment with our 2 boys. Appartment was well equiped and a good size for family. The beach and town were close which was a bonus with kids. Added bonus the appartment comes with a parking space just across the road.

The most comfortable apartment with spectacular views of St Ives Bay the Hayle dunes and the Godrevy Lighthouse which was immortalised by Virginia Woolf in her novel, To The Lighthouse.

Forman able couple who,can mange stairs this property is ideal. Reasonably priced well appointed extremely comfy and generally delightful. This is still,our testimony after over 10 years. It feels like a second home!

A spacious apartment in a good location, the views were breathtaking. There was a well equipped kitchen and plenty of books, dvds and board games to make use of on rainy days. There is a car parking space across the road which is a little tight and the road can be busy at times which makes unloading/loading a little difficult. The property is about a 10 minute walk downhill to the beach and would not suit the less abled as it is a good climb uphill upon return. The apartment is also on the second floor with a flight of stairs to access.

I think as a a company that you have grown like tops you have responded to market demand and not sacrificed any of the can go,helpful service and pleasant welcoming approach to your customers.

This is a comfy spacious property with stunning views. Suits us admirably as an older couple who love sitting looking 'To the Lighthouse'

Fantastic location. Wonderful views to Porthminster and Harbour beaches. Parking space was welcome if a little tight. Everything you would wish for in a holiday home. Milk in fridge, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets and soap in bathrooms were an added bonus. Lots of beach equipment kept in the property. Boogie boards, flippers, crab line, windbreaks and a football.
