Gallinas Point is a superb development of luxury apartments within easy walking distance of the town and Porthminster beach. Number 10 is furnished to a high standard in a contemporary style and offers extremely comfortable accommodation with that first-class feeling. The first floor location affords views across St Ives Bay to the coastline and beyond to Hayle Estuary from a south-facing balcony. The apartment would suit couples or small families at any time of the year. The apartment is on a single level and is accessed by stairs or a lift.

Porthminster Beach is a five minute walk away and the town some ten minutes (although maybe a little longer coming back!). No.10 is a comfortable apartment with a balcony from which views of Godrevy Lighthouse and the sands at Hayle can be enjoyed. We spent a very pleasant week here and would happily book it again.

We have stayed here for the last 2/3 years and have booked again for 2024. It is a fantastic modern apartment. Very clean and great location with the added bonus of a parking space.

Loved the modern feel of the apartment even those there was alot of furniture around. Everything you need for a week and even a sea view!

Beds were comfy and parking was easy if you reversed into the space.

Excellent location,apartment fully equipped apart from fans for the bedrooms,it was really hot at night and the windows being opened didn’t provide enough cool air.This hasn’t prevented us from booking again for next year as the apartment is excellent.

Once again we had a brilliant stay. The property is very well maintained and equipped. It is within easy access of the shops, pubs and restaurants. The parking space is a great added bonus.

The apartment was in a great spot. Easy to walk in and out of town. Very well equipped. We did find the parking space invaluable but it is difficult to park in it. The only problem for us was that the mattresses were thin and worn so not comfortable.

We're sorry to hear you found the parking space quite difficult to park in - unfortunately parking is at a premium in St Ives so it is a great benefit to have one included with the property, but spaces can a bit challenging to get in and out of sometimes, especially if you have a larger car. It can be very difficult to find mattresses that will suit everyone's taste, everyone being different; and it is disappointing to hear that these were not to your preference. Spacious clean and well appointed apartment. Good location for walking to town but steep coming back.

Number 10 Gallinas Point us a beautiful comfortable apartment if walking is an issue it’s quite a trek uphill from the town but was ok for us. Nice side sea view and very well equipped in every way.

Previous guests has moaned about the parking. But our Leon estate car was easy to park.

Great location for Porthminster beach and walk into St.Ives. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and well equipped. The two bathrooms were a real bonus too as was the parking space. We would definitely return.

Stayed in number 10. Booked via Aspects Holidays for a week in June and it was perfect. Parking is parallel and tight but my husband didn't bat an eye lid and had no issues parking it. Apartment is up 2 sets of steps but there is a lift also if you need it. Apartment was well equipped with everything including childs plastic plates and cups, books, dvds, wine rack, grater, you name it. There was coffee, milk and scones with cream and jam left for us! Perfect touch. Water pressure in the shower is fab, and hair dryer. Balcony was lovely with a sea view. Can not fault this Apartment and highly recommend. It is a short stone throw from the beach and town and harbour. Love ?? it. Had a wonderful week.

We would definitely stay at 10 Gallinas Point again: conveniently positioned but quiet; clean and comfortable; ease of parking; and loved the balcony.

The apartment was excellent and we'll definitely be stopping there again . Location was perfect . Parking space was a bit of a challenge , but as long as you remember to turn the car around and reverse into the space , then its not too difficult ( we had a vw Tiguan and it fitted perfectly )

10 Gallinas Point is everything we hope it would be, clean, comfortable and well equipped with everything you need for a great holiday. It’s within walking distance of all the great shops, pubs and restaurants of St Ives. We had such a great time that we have already booked this accommodation for next November.

An amazing apartment, very clean and up-to-date furniture and equipment. The starter pack was a lovely surprise. Would highly recommend this company , and this apartment for comfort and great location for future holidays .

We stayed here as a couple and it was perfect for our needs, and with parking! Would love to return sometime in the future.

This is the second time we have stayed in 10 Gallinas Point. It was even better than I remembered from the first time. Due to Covid restrictions last time they had to remove certain items. It had a few more extras put in place like, cushions, welcome pack, milk, clotted cream, jam, scones, cornish coffee and tea, normal coffee. Plus we also had a £5 gift voucher that we could use at the local Deli. This apartment I cannot fault. Very clean, spacious, beautifully done. Open kitchen, living, dining area. Kitchen with all you need please extras. The sea view from the balcony is something you never get tired from, lovely to sit for breakfast or at night with a drink etc. Beautiful bedrooms and bathroom plus ensuite. Will be returning again as soon as we can. Thank you.

Lovely property, modern, clean and spacious with a good view over to godrevy. Good location for easy access to both the town and porthminster beach.

These apartments are lovely, home from home. Very clean and comfortable with a lovely side view from the balcony of the sea. Due to Covid 19 there was no welcome pack as would normally be left, instead we received a wonderful £5 voucher for the local deli which was a lovely gesture. We cannot fault these apartments at all. 5-10 mins walk into St Ives town and beautiful beaches. Would definitely recommend these and will be back as soon as we can.

If you are looking for an amazing apartment within walking distance of St Ives then 10 Gallinas point has everything you need. Like most properties close to St Ives parking is an issue and this apartment is no exception. prepare to struggle a LOT getting in and out - especially if you have a big car. If moving your car daily isn't what you have planned then I can't recommend it highly enough.

It's great to hear how much you enjoyed 10 Gallinas Point; it is certainly a great, well equipped apartment, at the top of the town, with the huge added benefit of parking. Unfortunately parking is at a bit of a premium in St Ives; with many properties not having this facility at all, and those that do, the spaces can be a little tight, so if we are aware that they are spaces that some may find challenging, we always try to make that as clear as possible in the descriptions. This property has a fairly reasonable size space, but it is one that requires you to parallel park into. It is not a space that gets regular comments on it being difficult, so dimensions hadn't been added, but having had your feedback, we will get these the next time that we visit this property, so that we can better advise guests. Well equipped & close enough to things Balcony a big bonus when sun is out

Very helpful receptionists on arrival and departure. Would tell new people that it is the left button on the fob which opens up the barrier. The quick start booklet on the table was very helpful. This is a lovely apartment and we were very comfortable. The Tesco down the road with it's friendly, happy staff and the lovely Costa overlooking Carbis Bay was very handy and made us feel part of a happy community during our stay. Liked the luxury of the apartment, the HD TV and total access to SKY, the south-facing balcony, Tesco nearby and the post office in Carbis Bay, the sea view from the balcony. The parking can be a bit tight if there are a number of large cars there.

Fantastic comfortable apartment in an excellent location. A home from home equipped with everything you could possibly require for a holiday. Highly recommend
