Barnoon Studio is a beautiful, two storey apartment which sits in a fabulous elevated position on Clodgy View, with the most incredible views overlooking Porthmeor beach. As well as two parking spaces outside the front door and close proximity to both the town and Porthmeor, one of the best attributes of this incredible apartment is the amazing feature window in the master bedroom, which spans the length of the room. You can wake up each morning, whatever the weather, and view the breathtaking and ever changing panorama in front of you, where you can really relax and feel your cares melt away, watching the surfers, storms, sunsets and even dolphins from the comfort of your home away from home.
St Ives is surrounded by golden sandy beaches and you can take your pick of the bunch - as well as some of the most delectable restaurants to sample and pubs to enjoy.

Barnoon Studio is a well laid out holiday apartment . The views are spectacular and the furnishings are comfortable. The two parking places are a definite bonus. We had a lovely holiday there.

Fantastic property. Overall very clean, comfortable and welcoming. The views are incredible. Property was well equipped and lovely to have parking on site, even if the first time driving down that lane was hair raising for us, with care and time, a big car can fit through fine! Would definitely consider booking here again.

Lovely apartment, with beautiful views and only five minutes walk from Porthmeor beach in one direction and the town in another. Only problem with the layout for us was the children's bedroom with single beds being near the entrance and the double rooms being upstairs. Not so good for very young children. Overall though a beautiful property

Barnoon Studio is a lovely homely property in a wonderful location with spectacular views of Porthmeor Beach. Well equipped and as a family of 5 we felt very comfortable.
The parking space was nice and spacious for our Kia Sorrento, but would of struggled to get another car by the side.
Nice short walk into town and to Porthmeor beach.
The stairs up to the property could be a issue for some people.
Would not hesitate in stopping there again.

Ordinarily, unless we say otherwise, spaces are suitable for average sized cars, so if bringing an SUV or larger, it will leave less space for a second vehicle, where 2 spaces are advertised. We always want our descriptions to be accurate as possible though, so that guests have a good expectation of what they are arriving to, so the team are going to go back up to the property and check if we need the parking details on the website to be more specific about what size cars it would be suitable for. We are glad that the property worked so well for you though. It is in such a great location and with the huge benefit of parking right outside, which is not that common in St Ives, it is a great choice. We hope that we will see you here again soon. Really lovely property, have been coming to St Ives for 30 years, and this is probably the best we’ve stayed in. Great size, really light and very comfortable, furnished and decorated to a very high standard. Will look to book again next year…would love 2 weeks. And then there is the stunning view over Porthmeor beach

Lovely property overlooking Porthmeor Beach. The views from the master bedroom and lounge are stunning. Very well equipped and easy access to the town and beaches (although may be too hilly for some). Access to and from the property is good as you can come in to town from the west with no need to go through the very busy and tight 'main harbour route'. Although parking is for two cars, to get them in, each car, one at a time, has to be turned round at the end of the narrow lane and reversed all the way down with the biggest car parking first. We really enjoyed our week in this property and would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic studio located in a great location with exceptional views over Porthmeor beach (bring a good camera for sunset timelapses!).
The property was clean and tidy upon arrival, comfortable and beyond anything we could have expected. Service from Aspects was formidable with immediate response times (even on a Sunday!) and helpful staff.
As a group of 5 adults, there was more than enough room in the studio and we couldn’t recommend it enough.

Barnoon Studio has everything you could wish for; fabulous sea views, plenty of space for all the family, is lovely and bright, is well equipped and has the huge bonus of a parking space! Aspects provide excellent service. We have booked holidays through them many times and this never changes. Barnoon Studio was a great place to stay. Super location and gorgeous views...even in winter! The accomodation was comfortable and warm. The main bedroom was amazing. Lovely to wake up every morning with breathtaking views of the beach. A good sized living room and fabulously large master bedroom - both with amazing views over Porthmeor Beach and The Island but only 5 minutes walk to the harbour. Worked very well for us - two couples and a 10 month baby - and would highly recommend.

We had a very enjoyable and comfortable week in Barnoon Studio. It was great to have a parking space and to be within easy walking distance of all that St Ives has to offer. The views are spectacular, especially from the upstairs bedroom. Would certainly want to stay in this apartment again on any future visit to St Ives.

Lovely property, clean and well-maintained. Relax and watch the surfers from windows facing the sea. Shops and restaurants within short walking distance. Coastal walks accessible direct from property. Easy drive to Eden Project, St Michaels Mount, Lands End/Minack Theatre. Thoroughly recommend this property and Aspects Holidays.
