Great location and lovely apartment with really good parking. Location is perfect for easy walk to the beach or into the centre. Apartment is really comfortable with all the facilities that you require. We have stayed in the apartment above multiple times and this apartment for the first time. I will definitely stay here again in the future.

Our 5th time at Anastasia. Always love the view over Porthmeor Beach and the location away from the main hustle and bustle of the town centre but within easy walking distance as well.

Porthmeor Beach Cafe is a great place for dinner overlooking the surf and the wonderful pink dusky sunsets.

A lovely, warm and comfortable apartment, clean and modern. I was very pleased to see how clean and up together everything was and how new and clean all of the equipment looked. The views of Porthmeor beach and the sea were fantastic and the beach is actually not that far away with only one very steep hill to climb! Compared to other places we’ve stayed in St Ives this was a very welcome surprise! We’d definitely stay here again.

We had a great week in Anastasia. It’s well equipped with washer, dryer, iron and board, full kitchen facilities and comfortable furnishings. Dedicated off road parking suitable for any size car, right by the entrance. The location is perfect, on the right side of St Ives with the superb beach below and a great beach bar and quality fish restaurant a short walk, just down the hill. It is a steep, but short, hill and fortunately that was not an issue for us, but if you do have mobility issues this should be borne in mind. What the elevation means is the view from Anastasia is incredible. If you like amazing sunrises we can recommend a 5am alarm in May! We didn’t utilise the garden terrace area or the windbreak/body boards/outside shower as we were too busy exploring all the location has to offer!

Anastasia is a really comfortable, quality apartment with an amazing view. The kitchen is well equipped. Everything is spotless. Walk to and from town in 15 minutes.

The views from Anastasia are breath taking, you will not want to move from the window seat! It is a really good location for visiting St. Ives and the kitchen facilities are excellent. I now miss waking up to that glorious view every morning, and will book again. Thank you.

We had a very pleasant stay in the Anastasia Apartment in February this year. The weather was very cold but dry and it was nice to come back to a nice, clean comfortable apartment with some of the best views of St. Ives from the lounge windows. It is in a nice quiet location and you can be at Porthmeor beach in approximately ten minutes walking down the steep Barnoon Hill. It is a bit of a climb coming back up but well worth it for the stunning views walking down and along the front passing the Tate Gallery. We would be happy to stay again in this apartment.

We're just back from a lovely week at Anastasia. Our first time booking with Aspects and really impressed with the whole experience. We could see from the website that the apartment looked gorgeous with everything we wanted but the reality was even better. The view was the real WOW! But really everything was spot on. The quality and finish were top notch. Loved the two leather sofas to appreciate the view and the huge TV which sits flat against the wall but also swings out as needed to face the sofas...with Netflix as well as iPlayer etc. The kitchen seemed brand new...loved that and really well equipped. Lots of lighting options depending on where you were sitting and how subtle you wanted it...a nice touch. Comfortable bed with another TV in the built in wardrobe. Fabulous shower in the ensuite bathroom plus a second bathroom with loo where there's a dryer and clothes airer. Just to mention I didn't see a hairdryer but I'd taken mine so maybe I just didn't find it... might be worth checking beforehand if there is one. Great internet so able to link to office one day as we needed. Heating was easily controlled by the thermostat. Ease of parking and a lovely sea view were our top 2 priorities. We wanted somewhere so that if the weather wasn't good we could just sit back and enjoy the view of whatever was going on outside. As it happened the weather was pretty good so we were out most of the days exploring gorgeous St Ives and surrounding areas and it was a doddle to get the car in and out which isn't always the case!

Totally recommend a stay here and would love to stay again in the future.

Our first time back at Anastasia for 5 years. Never tire of the view over Porthmeor beach and The Island. A great location that's also away from the hussle and bussle of the centre of St Ives as well. Porthmeor Beach Cafe its usual excellent self and always love the Moomaid ice-cream.

Windows that gives a brilliant view over St Ives. So clean, all the appliances and furniture were great, bed is very comfortable, excellent Wifi and Smart TV. Parking right outside the property with flat entrance to property. Only a 5 minute walk down to the beach. We highly recommend this property. Aspects Team are straightforward to deal with, well done everyone.

A beautiful apartment overlooking Porthmeor Beach. Very comfortable and well kitted out. There is a good parking space outside the apartment. It is conveniently located to walk into St Ives although it is on a steep hill so not suitable for those with mobility issues. I would highly recommend the apartment Anastasia which we rented through Aspect Holidays. Aspect Holidays were very helpful and the booking process was easy.

The view from Anastasia was amazing. A short walk takes you to the beach and the harbour or there are many walks over the cliff tops. The apartment is extremely well equip. Binoculars are available and we were lucky to see dolphins in the bay. Parking is an added bonus

Anastasia is a beautiful,well layed out apartment with brilliant views of the sea, Porthmeor beach and the island. Cleanliness,parking and location are all excellent.

We have stayed at Anastasia apartment before and will definitely return. It’s a spacious apartment, clean, comfy and with everything one might need to have a restful holiday. The parking space right outside is also very helpful. BUT the most impressive aspect of the apartment is the fantastic views over Porthmeor Beach. It’s incredibly relaxing and hypnotic to sit in the armchair by the window and watch the waves roll in and out. We would definitely recommend this apartment.

A very enjoyable and relaxing holiday. The apartment was very comfortable, clean and well equipped. Tastefully decorated and furnished. The views were wonderful. A good location with convenient parking. Not too far to walk to the town and beaches. Perhaps not ideal if you struggle with walking uphill. We would certainly stay in this apartment in the future.

The apartment was beautiful with stunning views, it was lovely and clean, all appliances were easy to use with instruction manuals provided, lovely big parking space, great location so close to the town and beaches, very comfortable bed, amazing shower (came home and bought that one for my own house!) will definitely be coming back again next year.

Anastasia apartment is in an excellent position with fantastic views, parking and only a couple of minutes walk to the beach and centre of St Ives. Lots of extra touches make it a lovely place to stay and will certainly be back!

We have stayed at this property several times and keep going back. The location is amazing with stunning sea views. A real home from home and the bed is so comfortable . I start to relax as soon as I walk through the door.

Good location on the quieter side of St Ives but just a short walk to the shops, there is a hill when walking back which might not suit everyone but it helped us walk our pasties off! Imagine this would be ideal for surfers due to the location and facilities.

A comfortable apartment with amazing views.

We have just spent a magical week in Anastasia Apartment. The view is the first thing that hits you as you walk in! We've never stayed anywhere with a view like that! To sit of an evening with a glass of wine just gazing out at the seascape was glorious.

Being able to park the car right outside the door was tremendously convenient. French windows from the bedroom to a little patio with table and chairs was so nice!

As for the apartment itself, we couldn't fault it - spotlessly clean, it had everything we needed. Beautifully furnished, really comfortable - and the utility room with an extra toilet was a real bonus.

We'll be back - no doubt about it!
