Thank you for a lovely holiday in this fantastic apartment. We had a lovely stay here. It does need updating but if I’m honest this was a part of its charm for us. It was very clean and I doubt there’s an apartment in Porthmeor with a better view than this. Aspect informed us that there may be building work on the apart above that may cause some noise. My concern was dealt with, with their usual professionalism and it posed no problem for us.

It's great to hear that you had a lovely stay at 9 St Nicholas Court, those views of Porthmeor beach are pretty incredible whatever the weather. Perfect for seeing the waves crash against the shore or watching the sunset on the balcony with a glass of something in the evening. We are sorry that your stay coincided with some local building works, these are unfortunately out of the control of both us and the owners, but we would always rather be as open and honest as possible and give you the full picture of what could have been taking place. We are happy that this didn't cause any impact during your holiday. Katy, Customer Services.

An absolutely beautiful apartment, close to town, spectacular views, cannot recommend enough, will definitely book again sometime.

Absolutely love being here, like a second home for us. Be out early to see how St.Ives used to be 40 years ago. If it rains, no problem, just sit and watch the waves.

Great apartment in a great location

Great location with outstanding views , has everything you need along with a parking space. Been returning for many years as its a very relaxing place to be. Apartment is very dated but the views make make up for this.

We are glad to hear that you enjoyed another lovely holiday here at 9 St Nicholas Court. Those views are pretty spectacular aren't they? We aim to offer a wide range of properties that we hope will meet the different budgets, differing requirements and individual tastes and try to show the style of décor and furnishings as best as we can in the website photos, so that guests can make an informed choice on whether this property will suit their parties needs and tastes. The style may not be to everyone's tastes, but if you want to get one of the best views in town, you don't get much better than this! Thanks for taking the time to send in your comments and we hope to see you again soon. Tanya, Customer Services

Fabulous location beautiful views from kitchen diner and lounge. Lovely to be able to hear the sea at night as you go to sleep.

Great apartment - superb location!!

Have stayed here previously. Apartment is very well equipped and nicely appointed. There is also the added bonus of an allocated parking spot at the property. The view is fabulous across Porthmeor beach, and it is lovely to sit on the balcony to watch the beautiful sunsets, and to go to sleep and wake to the sound of the waves below is so relaxing. The location is ideally situated and just steps away from the sand of Porthmeor below, and a short walk to Porthgwidden beach, local store, Harbour , shops and lots of excellent places to eat and drink. Highly recommended!

No. 9 is a clean and spacious apartment with superb views over Porthmeor beach and out to sea. The town and its facilities are within easy walking distance, though there is a steep hill to negotiate on the return journey. We keep coming back!

The St Nicholas Court complex is ideally suited for those who want to avoid the dreaded St Ives hills, so you should be able to find a level walk to most places in the town without ever needing to negotiate any of them. If you are visiting again, we would be happy to advise on the best route to get to and from the town with no hill in sight :-) Aspects Holidays

Such a lovely seaside holiday destination and location. We love that it is overlooking the Atlantic beach, and such wonderful walks are close by. The council have recently cleared some overgrown coastal paths, much appreciated. St.Ives has better weather than most, always nice to see the sun. Looking forward to the next visit.

Excellent location with amazing views

Spacious apartment with amazing views and within a great location. Apartment has everything you need and more. Only down side are the uncomfortable beds.

Reply from Aspects Holidays

Thank you for your comments. The views really are great from St Nicolas Court, so we are very glad to hear that you enjoyed them. We are sorry that you found the bed uncomfortable. We have had a few guests mention that the beds are hard, but it can be very difficult to find a mattress that will suit everyone, with everyone's taste in mattresses being very different, and it is disappointing to hear that it was not to your preference. We will continue to monitor comments and continue to pass on the feedback to the owner, for their consideration. Thanks again. Katy, Customer Services

Lovely location overlooking the sea, you can park your car and walk everywhere in St Ives excellent restaurants perfect English sea side town.

Number 9 St Nicholas Court!!! Seriously! Just WOW! It's a very spacious apartment, very clean and everything you could possibly need!. Even beach Mat's and wind breaker all in closet to use! The views are out of this world, looking out onto Porthmeor and the Island! We can't wait to visit again!.
Litterally the best British holiday we have had by far!!!........

Lovely location and a real homely feel to property, with great views to enjoy even if the weather is not so good. Car parking is quite tight to stay within markers and still get out of the car. We brought our own beer to avoid the pubs (and covid), and enjoyed the fabulous walks to Carbis Bay, Lelant, and Zennor. We hope to be back again soon.

Spacious, comfortable, well equipped and with a spectacular view, we just keep coming back to Beachmaster.

Another most enjoyable holiday in no.9.We have made such happy memories there. Our grandchildren agree it is their favourite place ever!

Beautiful property which accommodates a large extended family with the best view of St Ives. It is highly recommended for a relaxing stay and enjoying drinks on the balcony into the evening.

Fantastic location. Good size and layout. Property requires some updating. Housekeeping issues raised during our stay were addressed promptly by Aspects staff.

The most amazing views of the sea that truly has you mesmerised. Apartment is very roomy and really does have everything you need. Within a great location and only minutes from the harbour and shops. Also comes with parking which is an extra bonus. We stay every year and keep coming back. The only negatives are that the beds are very hard and the apartment is in need of a bit of TLC. Very clean however. Also the caretaker is very friendly and helpful.

Thank you for your feedback. Those views are spectacular, aren't they? We are glad that you enjoyed another stay here and we are pleased to let you know that we have had confirmation from the owner that he will be addressing a few areas at the end of the year, including getting the parker knoll re-covered, replacing curtains, new seat cushions for the dining chairs, re-painting internally, all carpets professionally cleaned, and all plumbing checked. As mattresses can be very difficult to get right for everybody, with everyone's preferences being different; we will keep a close eye on further feedback on these for now and have a look at them when we next inspect the property. Thanks for the helpful comments and we look forward to seeing you back here soon. Tanya, Customer Services

It is a lovely location in st. ives Without COVID there is plenty of restaurants to go to lovely beaches. Highly recommended.

What can I say about 9 St Nicholas Court? Our best holiday ever! Booking with Aspects is always easy to book with and their customer service is exemplary and so friendly. Superb apartment with everything we could need. Well equipped and furnished, and the beds were so comfortable. The location was perfect and the views from every window were breathtaking, particularly when there were glorious sunrises and sunsets. Sitting on the balcony, with a cheeky glass of something while watching the surfers ride the waves was so relaxing. The onsite parking was a boon. Not only are you directly on Porthmeor beach it's also only a couple of minutes walk to Porthgwiddan beach and to the harbour front. We'll definitely be staying there again as soon as possible.

St Nicholas Court is one of the best locations in St ives for access to the beach and the views are amazing We return every year.Pauline

This was the third time we have stayed in st Ive’s and booked with Aspects. This property was the best in terms of location everything is on your door step . Only takes less that a five minute walk to the main harbour and all the shops and cafes. Even thou it’s only a five minute walk you have peace and quite around the property. Then if you wanted hustle and bustle only five minute away. This property has the best sea views that take your breathe away. You even have sea views in two of the bedrooms . The furnishings are a little dated mainly in the front room. But lots of space if you have kids. We would defiantly rebook this property again we had a very relaxing stay.

Brilliant property overlooking Atlantic beach, my mother grew up here and it is always a delight to visit, and well out of season it is not so much different to the 1960's, except there are almost no fishing boats now. Take coffee and fresh crab sandwiches and head for the cliffs.

Lovely roomy flat! Had too many holidays here to remember!! Those views!!

Having stayed at No 9, in November, for twenty-five years, it has become home from home and St Ives out of season is so relaxing. The view of Porthmeor beach with its close proximity could not be better and the town is only a short walk away, though there are plenty of hills to walk up. The property is very comfortable and well equipped, ideal for a holiday. Staff at Aspects have always been quick to respond to any requests for assistance.

MI. Worcestershire.

Another excellent holiday in 9 St Nicholas Court. The weather was atrocious with 80 mph winds which made the views from the lounge, kitchen and bedrooms all the more spectacular at high tides.

Always a delight to be here, nice location, good walks and beaches, good food and good real ale. Come out of season to get a taste of older St.Ives.

Great location and very well maintained apartment. The owner does a very good job of providing all essentials.

Amazing views and spacious apartment. We had a great time and found the whole experience relaxing. The only negative we found are that the beds are very hard and the apartment needs completely redecorating. However apartment had everything we could possibly want and we were mesmorised by the amazing views. Hopefully will be back.

Thanks for your comments. We are glad to hear that you enjoyed your time at this property. We have passed on your comments about redecorating to the owner, and we will check everything thoroughly during our next inspection. It can be very difficult to find a mattress that will suit everyone and it is disappointing to hear that it was not to your preference. For now, we will monitor comments to keep an eye on guest's preferences over the coming months. Thanks again. Tanya, Customer Services

St Nicholas Court is ideally placed in St Ives for holidays highly recommended.

You can’t beat the views of Porthmeor Beach & the location is brilliant between both beaches. Large rooms & balcony were great & loved the mid-century touches. Shame there weren’t more of them. We really enjoyed our stay.

Lovely spacious flat with sea views. Great location and easy access to beach and town.

St.Ives is a truely lovely holiday destination out of season, too crowded for me in the height of summer. Cliff walking and great beaches, hot food in the pubs and restaurants in the evening. St.Nicholas Court has private parking, so ask for a TXT when key is ready, so drive in, collect and park, no phaff or delay. TheTate gallery at long last shows pictures from St.Ives artists as well as changing exhibitions, well overdue. Roll on the Autumn when we come again!

Superb position, excellent facilities, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and everything required two or three times over - quite remarkable. Thank you once again.

A spacious property in a superb location, convenient for the beach or a stroll into the town.

Had a wonderful holiday in 9 St.Nicholas Court with the best view in St Ives.Comfortable apartment with excellent facilities.

Excellent location and very good layout and could not ask for more in things provided. Plenty of seating, kitchen fully appointed with utensils, pots, pans, plates, dishes and cutlery for an army. If TV does not work just follow instructions for a full retune and all will be well. Loved the place!

Stunning views, comfortably furnished with everything you could need, made for an excellent family holiday.

Mattres they need to be change .

st nicholas court is a fabulous holiday. Beaches and island are on the doorstep. Harbour, shops, pubs and restaurants are a few minutes stroll away. My favourite place in the world!

Lovely family appartment overlooking the Atlantic beach, stunning views, sleeping three couples plus two bunk-beds for kids. Plenty of living space, wifi broadband, some games and books provided. Many book from year to year, get your booking and keep it!

Wonderful apartment , well equipped, beautiful location with the best views of Porthmeor Beach. A family retreat that memories are made! Thank you!
