We cannot help but feel that any visitor to 9 Piazza would not be delighted by what they find there. It is small but well thought out to give the best experience possible. The local grocery store is really useful and I would encourage visitors to give it their support, so many of the useful shops in the town have gone. There are some good new restaurants, and we particularly liked Silco.

The location of this flat is amazing , right on Porthmeor beach. The flat is small but makes good comfortable use of the space and is bright, colourful and spotless. It has everything you need for a refreshing break. Would definitely return

The apartment itself was exquisite and well-equipped with everything you could need. It was warm and there was a delightful addition of a lit-up Christmas tree in the corner. Unfortunately the locks on both the balcony door and the balcony cupboard were so stiff I struggled for half an hour to finally unlock them. It was only on phoning the housekeeper who was very helpful and reassured me that they did in fact open, that I was eventually able to do this. It was only after opening the balcony cupboard that I discovered the freezer which I had been unable to find, was in there. The carpark space is so tight that my car got damaged. The narrowness of the spaces is made far worse by the concrete walls in between the spaces. The concrete steps up to the apartments through the side door from the carpark were too steep for me to use so unloading, carrying the luggage the long distance across the carpark, up the slope, then across the courtyard in pouring rain - and reloading, was appalling. Not something I want to repeat.

had a great winter break in 9 piazza, very relaxed in st ives at this time of year, loved sitting watching the sea and views,will definately rebook and return and recommend to anyone,was pleased we took note of parking comments and hired a small car,wouldnt have got ours in the space

This is a wonderful location , ideal for "Blue Therapy". Ideally located , handy for bars ,,restaurants and shops. Beach is literally on your doorstep and the seaviews are wonderful. We can't wait to go back.

As soon as you open the front door the view takes your breath away! Fabulously furnished, plenty of storage. Windbreak and chairs in the store cupboard so no need to pack any! Watching the sun set from the balcony is perfection. Loved staying at 9 Piazza!

9 Piazza is absolutely perfect for a couple. Amazing location. Incredibly well equipped. Very clean and the voucher for the Norway Stores was much appreciated. The car park is small as others have pointed out but we had a small car and managed ok. The storeroom on the balcony was a true bonus with the beach chairs, freezer, windbreaker etc. The bedroom is a tad small but absolutely fine for a weeks stay. I honestly can’t fault anything about it so much so we have booked it again for next year.

We would recommend 9 piazza 1000% the views are out of this world. On arrival we had a welcome gift bag wich was a lovely touch. The outside lock up full of beach chairs body boards wind breakers and much more is priceless to have. Having a private entrance to the beach also makes a massive difference when you’ve been walking around st ives. Beautiful stay will definitely be back in the future

We had a great time, we stayed for NYE and couldn’t fault anything about our stay. The location of this apartment is superb with very easy access to St. Ives and direct access to the beach.It has the most amazing views so you never tire of looking out on to Porthmeor beach.It has, however, got a very small and narrow parking space which is difficult to get in to. The apartment itself is compact but comfortable and well equipped.We particularly appreciated the welcome gift voucher for the local shop and the milk in the fridge so we could make a cup of tea on arrival.

9 Piazza is the perfect place for a couple or family with one child. Perfect location, wonderful balcony and view. We left the door open the entire stay to listen to the waves. It is near town, near the beach and easy to go anywhere you'd like. The Norway store at the top of the driveway makes it very easy to get any supplies you need on a daily basis. The flat has ample supplies for the beach and it is an easy walk down to the beach through the private door for Piazza guests. We would happily go back to #9! We've used Aspects most times we've been to St Ives and they have always been great. St Ives is wonderful!

This is an exceptionally good apartment! Brilliant location, very well appointed, really comfortable and a fantastic view of the beach and the sunset! The ‘open all hours’ shop opposite is excellent and the ability to step out onto the beach via the residents’ gate is a bonus. The parking space is very tight and you should definitely heed the advice to stick to a properly small car but everything else about 9 Piazza is perfection!

Had a wonderful time at 9 piazza Views amazing Close to all shops and restaurants Heated and floor heating nice and warm after a long day exploring! Aspect holidays only round the corner if you require any assistance during stay.. very friendly. parking space very tight.

Fantastic view. Very close to outside amenities and can easily return to apartment within 5 minutes. Even in bad weather you can sit reading in window or on the balcony with cup of coffee watching the surfers. We would happily stay there again in out of season months as rather expensive in the summer months for two people. Each time we have booked with Aspects we have been very happy. We even had a welcome bottle of wine, shortbread biscuits and milk waiting for us on our arrival.

Our recent trip to 9 Piazza did not disappoint. The view from the apartment was wonderful and the location was perfect for discovering St Ives. The bedroom, although tiny, was comfortable and had plenty of wardrobe space. Plenty of storage in the very modern bathroom too. Excellent shower! The kitchen was equipped with everything you could possibly need. There was a large comfy sofa in the living area and a small dining area. Looking forward to booking again for next year!

If you want your holiday to be right on the beach then this apartment is the one, stunning views, great fixtures and literally only 30 steps from the front door and you're on the sand. Parking space is a bonus but it is tight and just about manageable with a medium sized car,

The view is stunning and access to the beach is great. An absolute gem of a place to stay. But parking is for small cars only really.

The apartment is well equipped and very comfortable and the view is outstanding. We had a wonderful week although the weather was a bit hit and miss but that happens wherever you go. Just make sure to only take a small car as the parking is very tight.

Wow!! The view of the beach is mesmerising and such a comfortable apartment. Everything you needed for a stay in St Ives - close to the beach, easy access to town yet quiet and private.

9 Piazza was such a pleasant stay and right in the middle of all the action, inside the property was quiet enough to feel away from it all too. View from out the huge window were priceless, right on the beach.

Had a relaxing week at 9 Piazza with fantastic views from the balcony. The apartment is comfortable, well equipped and ideally located for beaches and restaurants and shops. Car parking was a little tighter than we were expecting - not for the faint hearted !

The booking procedure and follow up was very professional and the team super friendly. Regarding the new situation with COVID-19 everything was handled very well.

When we first saw 9 Piazza advertised on Aspects web site, it said that the apartment was bespoke and had an excellent view and of course lots of photographs of the apartment and an explanation of the word bespoke. What we didn't expect was such a well equipped apartment and a really breathtaking view taking in Porthmeor Beach, what we believe is the best beach in St Ives. We have just completed our fourth year and have just booked for next year at 9 Piazza.

9 Piazza is a dream. For two people, the perfect place to stay in St Ives. The arrival experience (complimentary scones, jam and clotted cream, plus a lovely bottle of wine) is always such a lovely touch. Charming decor. So neat and freshly presented. Brilliant kitchen. Excellent shower. Breathtaking, mesmerising views of Porthmeor Beach. And so close to the heart of the gallery zone and harbour. Unbeatable. Thank you!

A beautiful apartment, well equipped and immaculate. The view is stunning even when the weather not so good. I saw sea birds diving, a daily visit by a very curious seal and best of all a pod of dolphins fishing and leaping. Wonderful. Close to all amenities, Tate St Ives and other galleries. A wonderful base for whatever you want to do or just sit on the veranda and watch the world go by. Stunning.

We love 9 Piazza - it starts our year with peace and comfort and of course the stunning beauty of Porthmeor beach when it is wild and empty!

This is by far the best property we have stayed at in St Ives, the views are amazing with spectacular sunsets! The property is decorated beautifully and has everything you need to enjoy a fabulous beach holiday. We'll definitely be booking again!

This is a brilliant place to stay

This property is wonderful!!!!! It is exactly as described. We could not have been more pleased. It was so much fun to wake up in the morning and go to sleep at night to the sound of the sea. The surfing was right in front of our balcony. You are a very quick walk to everywhere in St. Ives.

Fabulous property full of charm with modern technology and lovely little details which made our stay comfortable and easy without detracting from the authenticity of being in St.Ives. The cream tea and bottle of wine waiting to welcome us were very much appreciated and we thoroughly enjoyed staying in such a lovely apartment.

"This was our second stay at 9 Piazza and we have already made a provisional booking for 2017. The apartment is beautiful in so many respects that it appears churlish to find fault. However, when standards are so high at number 9, the bed and bedding sadly are features that do seem below the owners very high expectations. The Tempur mattress results in a very hot bed as it does not appear to breathe, resulting in sleepers perspiring and becoming consequently uncomfortable. This is not helped by the provision of a poor quality man-made fibre quilt. If these areas could be reviewed by the owners, we, and others from notes in the visitors book, would be even more delighted with our stays at this idyllic apartment.
