Nicholas court is a brilliant base to explore st Ives, with secure parking that actually fits a car. A huge beautiful surfing beach is literally a hop skip and a jump away. The apartment is deceptively large, with wonderful views of the beach. Loads of storage, and comfortable sofas. We will defiantly come back. Thank you.

We were very happy to return for another stay at number 6. Ideal position for beach or town. The apartment is ideal for 2 or a small family . The weather this time was rather stormy but it is a joy to sit warm & cosy watching the changing moods of the sea. We hope to be back.

We have so enjoyed our third visit to No. 6. Ideally situated for beach & harbour & the car park is such a bonus.Very much looking forward to our next visit.

We love St Nicholas Court and have stayed in several different flats there. The location is amazing, right next to Porthmeor Beach and a short walk to anywhere and everywhere in the centre of town. The secure parking is a huge bonus in St Ives and it’s great to just be able leave the car safe, undercover and close to the flat for a week. St Nicholas Court itself is secure too, with caretakers and a gate that’s locked overnight. It’s the perfect location.

Flat 6 is one of our favourites. It’s a little dated but it’s extremely warm, comfortable and very well equipped. We loved sitting on the large sofa, listening to the waves and watching the light change through the day. We even watched a seal from the lounge window one afternoon. It was wonderful to be within such a short walk of a number of restaurants, a shop and all the galleries on the Island.

Lovely apartment right by the beach and a view of the sea from the lounge. Very handy for walking around St Ives. Would visit again.

Really enjoyed our stay here. One settee has a nice sea view. Lovely sized tv that you can actually see. Welcome pack of teabags, milk and coffee - so thoughtful. The mattresses aren't overly comfortable but we have slept on worse. Would definitely re-visit. Unfortunately we couldn't use the car park - not enough headroom- however, the Island Car Park is a minutes walk away. Lovely clean launderette at £4 per wash which came in handy. Nice clean complex which we would recommend.

No.6 ST. Nicholas Court is a comfortable and relaxing place to spend your holiday. It is in an ideal situation for the beach and ease of access to restaurants cafes etc. It's all there waiting for you!

Lovely property with fantastic views - we had bad weather but it didn’t matter as the sea views are so wonderful and we could sit and watch the waves for hours. The location is great, in very easy walking distance of both Porthmeor and Porthgwidden beaches, the Island - and indeed the whole of central St Ives. The flat itself is very clean, very warm and well-equipped, and the secure parking is a huge bonus. Aspects service is amazing, so helpful, and we have booked to stay here again.

We enjoyed a wonderful, sunny 4 days at 6 St Nicholas Court. Fantastic location on the slipway to Porthmeor beach. Partial sea view from the lounge. The apartment is very spacious and bright. Homely and comfortable living/kitchen area. New cream carpets throughout. The convector heaters in the hall and bedroom were a bit smelly once turned on, so we kept them off. The two in the living area were fine. It was a relaxing place to be. Recommended.

We were both very happy at no.6.The beds and seating very comfy and the apartment in a great location. Also very well equipped for a restful and relaxing break.

Another great stay in number 6. The views from this apartment are brilliant for watching sunsets and I loved waking up to the sound of the waves.

Great central position with sea view from main Window. Plenty of space for two. Clean and well equipped. Car parking a bonus but some spaces a bit tight. Would stay there again had a brilliant week. Close to beaches,harbour, pubs and restaurants but stil not in a noisy location. Aspects very helpful as always.

Recommend for the fantastic location, secure parking and closeness to all beaches and attractions in St Ives. Great for couples and families who want to be near the centre but in a quiet oasis.

This was our third year running in 6 St Nicholas Court. We find the location fabulous, the view is lovely, the flat is spacious and comfortable. Aspects is a brilliant company to deal with, the fact that they are right there if you need anything is really reassuring to us, and the staff are friendly and accessible. Other than a magic wand to get here, or a longer stay, we couldn't wish for more - we'll back as soon as we can!

This flat is in a fabulous location literally a stone's throw from the ocean. The view is even better than the brochure suggests and the large opening windows give you full access to it. It is light ,bright and airy and we will certainly book it again.

The apartment is situated in a fantastic location nice and quiet two minutes away from the harbour fantastic beach

Our family of 4 have really enjoyed our 2 week stay at Slipway, 6 St Nicholas Court. The location is fantastic, parking is a great bonus and the view from the living room window is beautiful. We will be staying at the property again in the future and I hope we find wifi when we return.
