September 2017

Very convenient location and feeling of security with the large lockable gates.

September 2017

This apartment was a great find. It actually looked more spacious in real life than in the pictures. It was especially good that the owner allows use of beach furniture to be borrowed from the apartment, which is very convenient considering the closeness to two beaches. I would be more than happy to stay here again.

August 2017

We have been to St.Ives lots of times and normally stay in a hotel. We were very impressed with 22 St Nicholas and looking round St. Ives for next year it appeared to us from an external view at least, that your properties looked amongst the best. 22 St Nicholas was half the price of a quality hotel and lots more space and flexibility. If you really want a prepared breakfast, just go out and get one - lots of restaurants serve breakfast until 11. Close enough to Norway stores for the croissants - you can even order them for the following day. Close enough to the beach to change indoors and walk down. Far enough out of St.Ives centre to be quiet at night if needed. PS - there's a short cut to the Sloop pub from St.Nicholas Court via the Sloop Craft Centre - crafty eh!

July 2017

A little gem . Close to the beach. Compact and everything you should possibly need . Especially as we flew down and had no room for extras . Warm and cosy

June 2017

Perfect for me as I was holidaying alone. Very central to all facilities and I felt secure with the outside gate and cctv. Very modern and comfortable.
