Another great holiday at 2 Piazza. Probably our 4th or 5th in total in this apartment and will continue to book more. The views are exceptional and the location just as good.

2 Piazza Wow Amazing Views you could watch the sea and the surfers all day and watch the sun go down in the evening with spectacular sunsets !!! . It’s perfect for a couple so cosy , with everything you need and the added bonus of a little shop just across the road . I would definitely come back again and recommend to family and friends .

Great getaway in all weathers

Has to be about the best location in St Ives being right by the beach but also a very short walk to the main buzz of the harbour front, we had a great week. The balcony provides people (and dog) watching heaven with the sea roaring away in the background and lovely sunsets too. The apartment is bright and comfortable and well equipped. We would definitely recommend a stay at 2 Piazza.

We had a fabulous fortnight in 2, Piazza, daily swimming when the sea was calm and watching surfers from the balcony when sea was rougher. As artists we were spoilt for choice for subject matter and enjoyed painting en plein air and sketching in the quaint, windy backstreets. Very comfy beds and welcome pack was a treat.

Me and my wife Sarah stayed at 2 Piazza for a week in June. The moment you walk through the door you are greeted with the awesome sight of Porthmeor Beach and the Atlantic Ocean. The accommodation is clean, well equipped and very comfortable, my only slight criticism would be that the flat requires updating and has no car parking space. The location of the accommodation is superb in that it is only a stones throw away from the beaches, town and restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and have booked already again to stay there in 2024. Steve and Sarah Waller.

A lovely apartment in an excellent location with stunning views. The sheltered patio overlooking the beach is just wonderful. Only a few minutes walk from the harbour. Can’t wait to return.

The bedrooms are small and exactly as described but adequate for what they are used for and that is sleeping. I would recommend keeping luggage to a minimum. The bed was really comfortable, I dont normally sleep well when away from home but I did here. The decor is a little tired but the view over porthmeor beach more than makes up for it. It is well equiped with books, games etc. Such a relaxing and enjoyable holiday so much so we have booked to come down again in October. I would definitely recommend Aspect Holidays to book with.

Stunning apartment with amazing views.

The view and the location are wonderful and worth everything! Beautiful view of Porthemeor Beach with balcony which is spectacular. Living area is great in Piazza #2! However, be prepared that the bedrooms are both quite small and compact. They serve, but they are somewhat uncomfortable. Still we would happily stay here again because of all the wonderful elements of the unit!

Overall accommodation is excellent. |There is even a welcome tray on arrival. . So much appreciated after a long drive.

Third time staying here and just as good as previous. Views to die for, sat on the balcony with a bevvy watching the waves crash in is perfect. Apartment spotless and just as described. Will be back in 2024 once more.

Main bedroom very small and confined for adults second bedroom not suitable for adults.

Just come back from a week in St Ives, we stayed at 2 Piazza and absolutely loved it. The apartment is clean and comfortable and the view as soon as you walk in the door is breathtaking, Porthmeor beach stretches out in front of you and the balcony is the perfect place to watch the world go by and to watch the sunset. This apartment is situated in the heart of St.Ives. The views are breathtaking & the highlight by far. They are higher than the neighbouring apartments, so you’re not able to climb over the wall onto the sand, as we imagined, but there is a short walk round to a door which leads to the beach. Sadly there is no parking space for the apartment, so you have to unload, then park @ Island Car park, which is the nearest. The Norway Stores shop is just at the top of the driveway to Piazza, so really handy if you want supplies, but bring essentials like washing up liquid, decent coffee etc. If you have young children bring a step up for bathroom. There are buckets & spades provided though which was great. The main bedroom is very small & the bed is only a double, so fine if you’re used to this, but not if you’re 6ft +. Overall a lovely apartment, but the attention to detail we’re used to in St.Ives Properties & high standards were lacking a little.

Stunning view of Porthmeor beach from our apartment. Extremely comfortable furnishings and very well equipped. Tea coffee and milk along with condiments and cleaning products/toilet rolls were supplied. The team at Aspects holidays were extremely helpful and friendly. We didn’t want to leave.

A great location that can’t be beaten, on the beach but private, close to shops and restaurants, the owners left us Christmas presents and a lovely decorated Christmas tree, so thoughtful and kind, it made our week much more special

Lovely flat with a stunning view of Porthmeor Beach. When the tide is in and you are sat gazing out of the lounge window, it is almost like you are in the sea!. Nice touch of the owners to leave a Christmas tree up and also a bottle of bubbly and card to help celebrate the New Year. Thoroughly recommend it.

This property is one of the best we have stayed in, in a long time, the view of Porthmeor Beach is spectacular and breathtaking every day you walk in the apartment & every morning you awake. The bedrooms are quite small so consider that when packing, the apartment has everything you need. An absolute joy is the courtyard you enter into, to access the apartment, on a sunny day it feels like you’ve visited the Mediterranean with white walls & gorgeous planting, a wonderful holiday location

Arriving at piazza after a long drive and opening the front door to be met by the most spectacular view of porthmeor beach thru the floor to ceiling wall of windows that envelopes the entire apartment. Balcony is fabulous- sitting with a glass of wine watching sunset or watching the surfers on the waves. 2 minute walk to the harbour for shopping and the best fish n chips at the balancing eel. Wonderful service from Aspects as always. Already booked for next year.

The location of this property is the main selling point. It cannot be improved upon! The main bedroom has no window and isn’t very pleasant; but the balcony & lounge window definitely compensate!! The apt was well kitted out with utensils etc and there were even a supply of body boards, buckets & spades on the balcony; but we’d brought our own! Amazing week right on Porthmeor beach!

If you are looking for modern and sleek this is NOT the place for you, as it all seems a little tired but the location and stunning views make up for that. You can’t get any closer to Porthmeor beach - the sounds of the waves and the amazing sunsets.. all perfect!

One of my favourite St Ives properties. It’s warm and cosy in winter with great views no matter what the weather decides to do! I always feel confident that an Aspects property will be of a high standard. The tea, coffee, milk and biscuits are an added bonus that we are always grateful for after a long journey!

An apartment with a fabulous location overlooking Porthmeor beach. The main room and kitchen area are great for cooking and relaxing whatever the weather - we were there over New Year. Twenty paces away is Norway Stores with good bread, eggs, scones, and a smart range of quality cooking items. The main sound is from the crashing surf and seagulls - no traffic at all, and quiet neighbours. However, the bedrooms are about as small as they can be, so pack small and stay neat.

I had an lovely Christmas in this beachfront property with stunning views over Porthmeor beach. I imagine it's great in summer too, but I highly recommend it for a winter visit - it was warm and comfortable, with excellent facilities especially the well-equipped kitchen, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable so I slept like a log (and I often struggle with hotel beds). The location is fantastic, right in the centre of Downalong with Norway Stores literally on your doorstep and the Island and harbour within a few minutes' walk. The entrance from Back Road is rather steep and might be tricky for wheelchair users or pushchairs, but once you are in Piazza everything is on the level apart from the door to the beach and a couple of steps down to the laundry room. I really appreciated the little touches like the decorated Christmas tree which made it very festive. I could have happily stayed much longer, and I hope to book this flat again for a future visit.

This property is great, all that you need for a holiday by the sea especially if you are not so able to get around. No stairs to negotiate being all on one level. I have booked this property again already.

A beautiful apartment in an absolutely stunning location which we think it would be hard to better anywhere in St Ives. Waking up to the sound of the ocean and being able to be instantly able to see the amazing view from the balcony was bliss!

The apartment is light, airy and maintained to a high standard. Extras like books, DVDs and beach equipment (we went body boarding!) was a lovely touch as was the complimentary tea, coffee etc.

The bed was very comfortable with plump pillows and all was immaculately clean throughout. The shower was good, and the bathroom is spacious. Lovely crockery with that St Ives vibe! It all adds up to make it a fabulous holiday - we even got lots of sunshine too, albeit with some heavy and very spontaneous rainfall!

In St Ives generally there is so much to enjoy; lovely walks, restaurants catering for all tastes and relaxed bars, not least the legendary Sloop.

The location of this property can not be bettered. The view is to die for, the only problem is, with this view, balcony, and local take-aways, we never ate out!

Amazing view and a comfortable, well equipped, homely apartment. The main bedroom does not have a Window to the outside, but it was not too much of a problem.

On all my previous stays in St Ives i usually opted for a place around Fore Street in the heart of everything. This time i thought i would try a place facing the Porthmeor Beach and am now converted. It was incredibly peaceful and WOW the view is just spectacular! Most nights i would wrap myself in a blanket and watch the sunset on the balcony. Warm comfortable home that i would definitely recommend.
