The Piazza apartments are a sought-after development, built in the 1960's and hold a lot of St Ives' history. Some are home to past and present artists and are perfectly positioned next door to Porthmeor Artist's Studio and the St Ives School of Painting. 12 Piazza is a two-bedroom, first floor apartment, overlooking the popular Porthmeor beach, frequented by surfers year-round and offer some of the most stunning sunsets of an evening, all of which can be viewed from the comfort of your own private balcony with a Cornish cream tea and glass of wine as the gentle sea breeze drifts along. The spacious living area allows your party to dine together, play games together, or have some alone time with a good book, relaxing on the window seat offering miles of views out to sea. Within minutes you can be strolling along the harbour, booking a boat trip to Seal Island, or visiting Porthminster beach with your beach gear for a spot of paddle boarding. The allocated parking space will be waiting for you on arrival, encouraging you to explore West Cornwall throughout your stay while negating the worry of finding parking when arriving back home.

The parking space can be found in the secure lower level garage, measuring approximately 16 ft x 7.5ft wall to wall, WiFi.

 
 

Great location directly overlooking the beach and beyond with exceptional views.

Great that there is parking, but a bit daunting at first till we got used to limited space and a steep slope to park. Great and easy access to the beach from the Piazza apartments via private entrance. (great if taking beach chairs etc. to the beach). Spacious apartment and excellent views from lounge, balcony and main bedroom - such a delight first thing each day. Comfy bed. The apartment is only 5 minutes from the main harbour, it's so easy walk to central zone of St. Ives and good walks around the coast, if you like walking. Loads to see and do in the vicinity.

We stayed in 15 Piazza apartments last year and decided to try 12 Piazza this year as it looked from the outside a bit more modern (newer windows for example). We weren't dissapointed and have rebooked to go back to the same apartment next year.

Sea views are incredible. Facilities are in good working order. Clean. Comfortable. We don't have anything bad to say about this apartment. Parking could be bigger but it's St Ives - no parking spaces are large!

Overall a nice weeks holiday and we look forward to coming back next year.

The location of this apartment is fantastic and we made the most of the beautiful weather and stunning sunsets. The apartment itself is spacious and bright and the small balcony is a bonus for your early morning cuppa. The car parking space is very handy, but very tight for larger vehicles ( we have an SUV), so something to be aware of. Thank you to Aspects for promptly dealing with a small issue that we had. We would love to return again in the future.

What a fabulous time we had in this apartment. A fantastic location, comfortable accommodation with easy access to the beach. Anyone staying here can expect a relaxing time with great views of the sunset to end the day.

Lovely property with amazing views. We really enjoyed sitting out on the balcony watching the sunset each night. The private access to the beach is a bonus and we fully intend on returning.

As others have mentioned the parking is very tight and it can be daunting at first, but by the third day we were used to it (and I’m sure my parking skills have improved as a result).
