Love the apartment, this was our second stay here. The location is perfect for us, just far enough out of town to be peaceful but a 10 minute walk to all facilities. Maybe not practical for anyone with mobility issues due to the fairly steep hill but there is a good bus service. The apartment is equipped to a high standard and furnishings are very comfortable. The view is stunning, overlooking Godrevy and Porthminster Beach. A real home from home. We will return.

A really lovely apartment. Clean, comfortable and well equipped. The sea view was lovely and we spotted dolphins swimming in the bay . It's a bit of a trek up the hill but worth it for the view and the quiet. We would definitely choose this apartment again.

We had a superb week in Sandcastles. The owners have thought of everything you will need and much more. It's light, spacious, and spotless. The beds are extremely comfortable and the views are mesmerising. Quality fixtures and fittings. Bonus to have a parking space right outside. We didn't want to leave and would definitely book again.

Great to have parking for one car (we parked a second car at the leisure centre which was good value at £25 for the week via the Council website).

Sandcastles is a lovely modern really nicely appointed flat. We had a fantastic week. 10 mins walk to the closest beach, 10 mins walk to the Town centre (although it is a bit steep on the way home). The pictures on the aspects website really don't do the flat, balcony, or the sea view justice. (And no there aren't bars on the windows, they are vertical blinds) Kitchen well equipped with pretty much everything you need and the washing machine and dishwasher so so handy! Great collection of games and DVDs, nice big TV and good wifi. Immaculately clean. Traffic and parking in St Ives is horrendous so the parking space is a brilliant (we didn't drive once for the days we spent in St Ives). Thank you Aspects and the property owner :)

A good sized property with great sea views with a parking space which is a bonus in St Ives. Very close to the town with all its amenities - quicker down than back up the hill! Would definitely consider booking again.

Sandcastles was the ultimate getaway-it was peaceful but not far from the hustle and bustle of St Ives town! It was very spacious and there was plenty of room for all of our things! The sea views were delightful and waking up to the sunrise was sublime!l. We will definitely be back!

Lovely apartment not far from the Town centre. Beds comfortable bathrooms very nice. Lovely balcony with sea view where you can have breakfast in the sun. Car parking spot is included which is a great addition for a town like St Ives.

The flat is wonderfully located in a quiet, pleasant area and a walk of under 10 minutes from town, albeit hilly. But most accommodation is a hilly walk away in St Ives! The flat was scrupulously clean, very well appointed, light and airy. Everything is very high quality, and the flat easy and spacious to move around - a pleasure to stay in.

Sandcastles is in a great location, 10 minutes walk into town, parking (an essential for St Ives) and with sea views from the living room. The apartment is very comfortable and extremely well equipped and is somewhere we would definitely come back to.

If you are looking for a proper home from home experience, this is the place to stay. This is the second time we have booked this apartment and it doesn’t disappoint. Spotlessly clean, lovely Denby plates, excellent Sony Smart TV and soundbar. Lovely views very quiet, we didn’t hear a peep from the other apartments. The walk back from town gets a little steep towards the end. We will definitely book to stay here again.

The sea view is 10x better when you arrive and it is lovely to sit on the balcony. The apartment was very modern and has everything you would need for your stay. Would defo recommend to others as it was a very relaxing stay. The location is perfect and the steep hill is definitely worth it for the sea view.

We had a wonderful stay and everything was perfect. We loved the view and enjoyed sitting on the balcony with a coffee. We can’t wait to come back.

Such a well equipped & comfortable apartment. The balcony was bigger than expected & the views were spectacular, no photo I took could quite capture how good it was. The walk back up the hill was worth it for the calm & peacefulness after a busy day in the town. A beautiful apartment that we hope to return to.

I was all we could have wished for. The views were just stunning. Whoever goes there going forward has a great treat instore. I hope they enjoy it as much as we did. Thank you for some great memories.

Had a brilliant stay for one week in Sandcastles. A proper home from home, amazing view, very well equipped & comfy beds. In a great location 10 min walk from harbour. Probably not great for less able bodied as on quite a steep hill but worth it for the view. Would definitely return.

Sandcastles was an excellent apartment with a great sea view and a pleasant outside space in which to enjoy it. The property was spotlessly clean, extremely well equipped in all areas and very comfortable. Access into town and out to other resorts was easy from this location, although the walk back up the hill is steep . However, a taxi at a very reasonable cost can overcome any tiring ascent. Sandcastles felt like a home from home and we enjoyed it so much that I am sure we will return soon.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Sandcastles, a lovely spacious apartment in a nice area within St Ives with wonderful views from the lounge and balcony. The parking space is convenient and a good size. We would stay here again without hesitation. We had to move our holiday due to Covid-19 and both Aspects and the owners of the property were excellent in helping us to achieve what we wanted.

Fantastic apartment with incredible views, comfortable accommodation, modern facilities and a parking space that did not require a 20-point turn for a medium sized car (rare in St Ives!). We will be back next year.
