We enjoyed an excellent 10 day stay at Shorebreak (easily extended from 7days) The property is ideally located for beaches and shops. Exceptionally clean and comfortable, with temperature set ideally for our November stay. The property is very well appointed, with all necessary appliances, utensils and tableware and the welcome pack was both welcome and appreciated. Both beds are really comfortable, making getting out of them a difficult decision to make. But of course, you are in StIves!

Wonderful little cottage in a fabulous location very close to 2 beaches and the harbour front and shops. Beautifully furnished and equipped. A lovely welcome pack of teabags, bread, biscuits and a bottle of wine too! Please note There are 2 flights of stairs to reach the bedrooms and the nearby car park was full on a few occasions so we had to go to one further afield which was up a steep hill. There is a loading bay a few metres along from the cottage which is very handy for arrival and departures.

We had a really enjoyable stay in Shorebreak - the cottage is a lovely place to stay. Everywhere was very clean and the furnishings were really comfortable- especially the beds! We would love to stay again and would definitely recommend the cottage. Thank you.

Lovely house and location. Excellent beds. I badly want those kitchen drawers for my own home! If my mobility was not so poor, I would definitely have returned. Highly recommended.

Shorebreak is a very pleasant , and ideally located cottage in the heart of Downalong . You are easily able to access all the beaches/ cafes and restaurants in beautiful St Ives from the cottage . The drop off facilities, and reserved car parking at St Ives rugby club were great .

Thank you for the welcoming treats and for making us so comfortable and instantly at home. We have enjoyed every minute of our time indoors and outdoors. We have look forward to a holiday here since 2019 and it has been truly awesome! Highlights are plentiful, all of the beautiful beaches, walking everywhere, wandering through the lanes, soaking up the sunshine and the sites, lunch at Porthminster beach, Tapas at Talay, cream tea at Olive’s, visiting and being inspired by all the galleries large and small, sea swimming for the first time this year and watching the sunset into the sea on the longest day – all on the doorstep of this splendid little home.

Shorebreak is a super cute, bijou cottage, absolutely spotlessly clean. Perfect for a couple or why not a well-deserved extra special holiday treat for a lady as myself. Very comfortable bedding, I slept sooo well. Loved the lovely and cosy lounge. The weather in early June was a wee bit capricious, but I just snuggled up with a blanket, a big mug of coffee and enjoyed my book or watched a film on the TV. Fabulous beaches a couple of minutes away catered for lazy days no matter the weather. Aspects Holidays went above and beyond to find me the perfect cottage, thank you! I very much look forward to returning!

This is a lovely place to stay, comfortable, secure, excellent location and well equipped. If the weather is poor there are board games and a great music system.

Excellent service, help and support from selecting the property that suited our needs and dates, making the reservation and the additional touches left for us when we arrived. The wedding card, fizz and welcome gifts ensured our honeymoon was extra special and the welcome was very personal to us - thank you. The cottage was also perfect in every way, a beautiful home, well stocked, decorated and had everything at hand. Perfect location for the beach, shops and town center. We will booking again for sure. Lovely holiday let that is well equipped , clean, cosy , quaint . Location is also great , can’t think of any reason I wouldn’t stay here again .

Great location - temporary parking to unload/pack outside church just along from property. Very soft bed in master room - we found it really uncomfortable.

Shorebreak is a lovely place to stay right in the heart of St Ives. Very comfortable cottage and would highly recommend. So convenient for walking around St Ives.

We holiday in St Ives every year and Shorebreak is by far out favourite property. It is so nicely decorated, it feels so homely and we felt so comfortable there straight away! The location is fantastic, so close to everything but not noisy and the beds were sooooo comfortable! Would totally recommend it!

We have been staying in St Ives for many years and found Shorebreak cottage to be the best location ever. So handy for the beach by far the best one one in St Ives too. The shop is literally a few meters away and the gallery across the road has some great art work for sale. We had a wonderful stay at this comfortable well equipped cottage. We will be looking to book again for next year hopefully.

Shorebreak is a very pleasant place to stay with some welcome outdoor space on the top of the steps looking towards the sea. It is well located being close to Porthmeor Beach and the Island.

Can’t fault Aspects team, even in the difficult COVID period we find ourselves in. Shorebreak was prepared perfectly and the location is superb for both the harbour front and all beaches. A lovely break all round

We had a fantastic honeymoon at our cottage Shorebreak! We loved the wonderful attention to detail on the beautiful furnishings. The bed was amazingly comfy and the location was superb. We liked the outside table and chairs so we could people watch. Thank you for the wine on arrival! We would definitely return.
