From the great location to the welcome pack and ease of parking there is nothing negative to say about Safe Harbour. This was our second stay and we have already booked to New Year 25 and are looking forward to it. Just a 2 minute walk to the harbour, with shops, pubs and restaurants its a great location. Spotlessly clean and every thing you could imagine that you might need in the property. Its feels like home from home. Would highly recommend.

Loved our stay at Safe Harbour. Great location and pretty perfect inside. The log burner was great after cold November walks. The bed was really comfortable and black out blinds meant we had great nights sleep. Thoughtful touches like having bread, milk and cheese already for you was really appreciated. Would book again.

Safe Harbour exceeded our expectations. I actually burst into tears at how beautiful it is . Totally stunning inside with top end furniture and fittings . Exceptionally clean , unbelievable how clean with brand new bits , washing up liquid, rubber gloves , clothes , along with tin foil , washing machine powder and dishwasher tablets . The bedroom and bathroom were incredible, we never wanted to leave . We slept so well , black out blinds at every window . Brilliant location , could not be better. We were left some very thoughtful goodies Milk , bread , cheese, butter and Prosecco. We have never had this level of service in a self catering accommodation before . Totally upping my standards now . Thank you so much .

We have just returned from a wonderful last minute stay at Safe Harbour. Perfect size for a couple and very comfortable. The location was perfect to just keep popping back to. Having a reserved parking space for us is a must when visiting St Ives. Takes away all the worry of not getting one. Bed was very comfortable and the bath was an added treat to soak in after a day on the beach. Only negative for us was property is located on the busy road out of the harbour which was very noisy at night, so we had to close the window that then made the bedroom very hot. Would stay again but probably in the winter when it would be very cosy.

We absolutely loved staying at Safe Harbour. The location, cleanliness and furnishing of the house is absolutely great. We’ve been coming to St Ives for a number of years and we’ve always walked past Safe Harbour and commented on how nice it looked, and it absolutely did not disappoint when staying here. The facilities are absolutely second to none. Both the bath and shower were amazing. Perfect after a day at the beach.

You will go want for nothing if you stay here, we cannot fault it at all.

The private car parking space is the icing on the cake too - it takes so much stress out of a trip to St Ives in my opinion.

I loved my stay at Safe Harbour, first to last. It was truly Unique and Boutique, as advertised! The spiral staircase, the bathtub, the kitchen appliances, and decor in general were spot on. I enjoyed sitting out on the porch with a cup of tea, in the sunshine, every day. I would highly recommend Safe Harbour to any St Ives lover!

This is our 3rd stay at safe harbour, and it's lovely.the location could not be better. You are so close to everything, a very short walk into the town centre, which means it's idea for popping in and out it's a great little bolt hole .if you're doing a bit of shopping and have a lot of bags, you can quickly drop them off and go back out . We will definitely be booking again in the near future for our one weekend child free . Cannot recommend this place highly enough. We tend to use it in the winter and love the log burner for a cosy night in .bathroom is stunning and very well equipped. Can't wait to stay there again.

Safe Harbour has been the perfect accommodation for a winter break. After long windy beach walks and lazy lunches it has been the perfect cosy place to return to for the evening. The car parking space made everything so easy.

Once again a blissful holiday in idyllic Safe Harbour. Everything we need is there, luxurious comfort and so well thought out ... and just a few steps in one direction to the harbour; in the other direction a few steps to the Tate and Porthmeor beach, and in between there's Porthgwidden beach too. What more could anyone ask? We'll be back ... yet again.

The most beautiful property and perfectly situated.

The apartment location was excellent. Very clean and all the mod cons you need. A car park space made coming and going so much easier, even if the car park spot was 10 minute walk away. The stairs made the job of putting the suitcases up them somewhat difficult as we were both over 60, So be warned . Overall a very good apartment and a good time was had. I would recommend to anybody.

Safe Harbour is an amazing property and great accommodation for a break for two. Location was superb, right in the heart of everything. Spotlessly clean. Bathroom was a treat with a walk in shower, double sinks and a jacuzzi bath! Well kitted out throughout the property. We have booked for next year already.

This was our first time at Safe Harbour and we will definitely return. Lovely flowers , bubbles and essentials welcomed us as we stepped through the door. Beautiful property, stylishly decorated. Loved the wood fire and jacuzzi bath. Such a cosy retreat to come back to after a long cold walk along the cliffs. Easy key collection, convenient parking space, comfy bed and a nice space to spend some down time. Often walked down to the beaches at night as they were so close. Will be back again!

Absolutely stunning property. Spotlessly clean and superbly furnished. The property made our anniversary break feel even more special, even a bottle of bubbly and some flowers to greet us. Tasteful Xmas decorations also had been put up. Everything was just perfect. Faultless!!

What's not to like about Safe Harbour, it consists of high spec appliances and has all you need to make you feel home from home, This is our 4th year staying here we love it. If you want a bolthole to escape and unwind, then this is the place to stay.

Exceptional cottage in perfect location. Spotlessly prepared for our arrival. It has the benefit of a parking space about a 10 minute walk from the cottage. We arrived earlier in the afternoon than the 4pm entry time and were able to park there and still have the afternoon in St Ives. This was our second stay at this cottage and we have already booked it again - Highly recommended!

Safe Harbour is an outstanding holiday property A lot of thought has gone into making your stay a really pleasant one ,as everything you need is provided for. Although the car parking is a short walk away it’s still a bonus to know that if you wish to go away from st ives for the day you can still park when you get back. Safe harbour is a fantastic place for a couple to stay when in St Ives. We have stayed here for the last few years, and fully intend to stay here for our future holidays. We love the place, everything about it is fantastic.

A superb boutique cottage with everything perfect, located within a two minute walk to St Ives harbour and beach. Only five minutes from Porthmear and Porthgwidden Beaches. Parking included although a 15 minute walk away.

My wife and I were so impressed that we have already booked a two week holiday for 2021.

Having stumbled of Safe Harbour a few years ago this has become our yearly bolt hole. All the appliances are top quality and there is everything you need to enjoy your stay. It's ideally situated for all amenities and has the bonus of a car parking space. Just be aware the space is up a steep hill, although by the end of our holiday we could manage this without stopping!

We stayed at Safe Harbour for one week and found the property extremely comfortable and very well furnished to a high standard. It is situated within a minutes walk from the harbour front. The parking space is an asset but it is a very steep walk up Porthmeor Hill. The welcome pack was very much appreciated. We would definitely recommend Safe harbour.

We have been coming to St Ives every summer for several years now and must say that this has become our new favourite property to stay in. There has been no expense spared on the luxury decor and this felt like a real upgrade on some of our previous visits to St Ives. The bathroom is fantastic and the bedroom and living room are both very comfortable. The parking space is an added bonus to save yourself from the potential long waits for a space elsewhere however it is worth noting that the parking space is up the top of the hill by Porthmear beach so ideally need to drop your bags at the property with your veichle first. This was quite straight forward as you can pull up right outside the property and quickly unload before heading to park. Overall we would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a luxury visit to St Ives.

This is a beautiful place to stay. The treats of prosecco and cheese and bread and flowers makes it extra special. 2nd time staying here and will come back again, and again! Parking space few minutes walk away an added bonus in this area.

The cottage was so so cosy and very comfortable. We felt very much at home and were able to relax instantly. The attention throughout the cottage was amazing.

An amazing cottage finished to high specifications. A great living area with tv, sofa and breakfast bar area to eat. The kitchen was fitted with washing machine/tumble dryer, dishwasher, fridge with freezer toolbox, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and electric oven. Spiral staircase from the living room leads to the bedroom and bathroom. Another TV in the bedroom and a set of storage drawers. A great feature wall in the bedroom. The bathroom consisted of a jacuzzi bath, separate walk in shower, toilet and two hand basins. Parking is on Chanel Road, about a five minute walk (opposite the church by the Tate gallery). An Ideal place to stay for couples. I'd definitely recommend and stay again.

Once again, everything at Safe Harbour was perfect ... every little thing has been thought of and provided for us ... the ultimate in a clean and luxurious little home from home for our annual week in St Ives. Love it.

The bath is amazing as is the rainforest shower, we just wish we could have made use of the lovely wood burner but luckily for us, the weather was kind! A fantastic romantic getaway in the heart of St Ives. The property was very well-appointed and clean, and the owners provided everything we needed for the weekend, including basic foodstuffs (milk, bread, cheese, butter). The free parking is a good 10-15 minute walk away but there is a pay/display car park on the headland two minutes from the property. In the event of inclement weather, the cottage has a great selection of books and DVDs, as well as Netflicks. Bathroom has two sinks, as well as a superb shower and a spa bath. Bed (king) very comfortable.

Safe Harbour cottage is great for a romantic getaway for two. It’s in a great location for restaurants,bars and of course the beaches . We will return later in the year .

We really appreciated the extra little touches around the cottage. Safe Harbour cottage was one of the best we've stayed in, the spa bath was tremendous! The only 'improvements' we could think could be made was possibly a new matress for the bed as it was extremely soft & rather lumpy, maybe a rug in front of the sofa as the floor gets a bit 'scratchy' on bare feet & the addition of a bench to the outside raised entrance area would be great for people watching for nosey folk like us! Once again thank you so much for everything & we had a wonderful anniversary. We'd definately come back to St Ives again & wouldn't hesitate to use Aspects.

I have just returned from a weeks stay at 'Safe Harbour' and I cannot stress enough about how amazing the place is, both in terms of the actual property and the location. The whole experience of staying there was fantastic and you are right in the centre of St Ives, literally a minute away from the shops, bars and restaurants - perfect.

There has obviously been alot of money spent on the place and the appliances throughout. The owner has thought of everything around the place in terms of home comforts and it was much appreciated to arrive to the lovely fresh flowers, a bottle of fizz and good quality essentials to start our holiday. The bed was so comfortable and it was great to have the 3D TV and a good selection of films for relaxing at the cottage. The bathroom and shower are so luxurious - better than anywhere else I've stayed. I really cannot fault anything about the place and I hope to return. Thank you!

What a great week we had in Safe Harbour. The wind howled outside for the first two nights, but we felt warm and cozy in front of the log burner. The luxurious fittings made us feel thoroughly spoilt, from the amazing hot tub bath to the 3D TV and the fittings in the kitchen, the owners have spared no expense. What a treat this cottage is. We shall definitely be staying again.

Once again,perfect cottage,owners obviously spent thousands,the missus loved the spa bath,I loved the shower,and the jack and Jill basins were a nice touch,Kitchen had everything you needed,and the 3 D tv was a bonus,as were the glass artwork in the lounge,Also the fish chandelier was beautiful,all in all a wonderful 9 days stay.
