Lovely home from home in a great location - perfect

Fabulous cottage. Perfect quiet location near to shops beaches etc. Being able to park and unpack outside the back door very rare in St Ives. Highly recommend.

The cottage was very well appointed and equipped. It was warm and cosy and in an excellent location for beaches. Would certainly use Aspects holidays again and return to this cottage.

2nd Christmas in a row spent at 11 Carncrows and we love it, perfect for our family, disappointed it’s already booked for 2024! The downstairs space is ideal for rocking up off the beach, out of your wetsuits and into the shower! The kitchen is large for a 2 bed house and the utility and shower an added bonus. The lounge is wonderfully cozy for winter nights. Two good sized bedroom’s upstairs. The twin room is a great size for a teen and youngster. Perfect location, in my opinion. Close to everything, beaches, pubs, shops etc. Didn’t get in the car once!

Great location with parking. A cosy warm cottage with good facilities. The downstairs shower room is a bit tired and the shower door would not close properly. The bathroom upstairs is clean and adequate with a shower hose on the tap, but no curtain to use as a standing shower. The double is against a wall so if 2 people using makes it a bit difficult to get in and out. However despite these couple of niggles we had a lovely stay there and it's possibly the best location in our stays at St Ives.

Excellent location with a parking space. Beaches, shops, pubs and restaurants all within a five minute walk. We will be back!

Having visited St Ives regularly for a number of years, we have found 11 Carncrows to be the most convenient place to stay both for parking and easy access to everything. It is kept in beautiful condition with excellent facilities. Everything you could possibly need is supplied in the property. It is cosy & comfortable with amazing views to the rear. When we return each year we feel like we have come home!!

Carncrows in St Ives is in the best location for fabulous beaches, lovely walks, great restaurants and early morning coffee on the harbour watching the town come to life. The cottage is comfortable and well appointed and we love the chalk board welcome board which we adapt each day. A fabulous base for a very relaxed chilled break away. Looking forward to returning in 2025.

Property was spotless on arrival with a real home from home feeling and with lots of thoughtful touches. Ideal location for beach and access to St Ives itself. Loved it.

Great position, comfy cottage in downalong. Lovely views from bedroom and bathroom. Plenty of storage in the bedrooms. Great customer service with aspects nothing asked for was to much trouble. We have booked again for next year.

Ideal location, a stones throw from Porthgwidden and around the corner from Porthmoer. Great to have parking and outdoor space. Fabulous size kitchen for a cottage. Fully equipped with everything you’d ever need. Perfect cottage for a family holiday, no negatives.

Aspects Holidays are a very good and helpful agent. The cottage we had was excellent and met expectations. Also in a good location. We've been coming to St Ives for many years so know it well. We shall be rebooking for 2023

Cottage is in a lovely peaceful location with lovely views of the sea but with the beach and shops and restaurants close by would highly recommend ?? ??

This is a fabulous holiday home. It as beautifully clean and had everything you have at home! The location is brilliant and 2 minutes to Porthgwydn beach. The town is 3 minutes walk and it has a parking space, (like gold!). Would definitely recommend 100%. Aspects staff were so helpful and even sent someone to sort the tv out on Saturday evening! This property is very well equipped and has the advantage of parking to the rear .It is minutes to the centre of St Ives and the beaches. We have been staying here for about 10 years & would not want to stay anywhere else. There appears to be no deterioration so the properties are obviously very well looked after by Aspects.. We have already booked for next year!

Great little cottage within walking distance to everything St Ives had to offer. The added bonus of parking for two vehicles even though we did not venture out if St Ives. The cottage was well equipped with everything and we even stayed in a couple of nights to enjoy this lovely cottage. What better way to celebrate my 50th birthday in a lovely cottage in St Ives. Great service from Aspect’s once again.

Carncrows is an ideal base for those who want to explore St Ives and the surrounding areas. The cottage is located very centrally and access to the coastal paths within feet of its back door.

Perfect location with easy access to beach and shops. The parking for 2 average sized cars is a brilliant bonus. Comfortable and well- equipped with a nice patio area. We’ll be back!

A really lovely cottage in the heart of St Ives. Upstairs the rear of the house has sea views and a path leads to Porthgwidden beach. The kitchen is really spacious giving you two reception rooms. The lounge has a lovely big sofa to get really comfy. The decor is both modern and in keeping.

Having an outside seating area with parking makes this house really special.

We had a lovely time and have already booked another Aspects property a few doors down. We would have booked number 11 again but needed an extra bedroom.

The easy and close access to a family friendly beach was a surprise and really great.

Can't fault Aspects as a company. Their customer service is second to none ,I would highly recommend them to anyone.

St Ives is one of our favourite destinations for a holiday, far to travel, but worth it, especially in festival time. There is almost too much choice for eating out, most are very good, but we weren't too impressed with The Mermaid, although I probably shouldn't have ordered steak in a seafood restaurant! Very expensive for what you get. One of our best experiences was in the Beer and Bird, unexpectedly, for a very good chicken, or veggie, burger "extravaganza"!, very good staff and one of the best selection of beers and spirits available. Although we could spend every day in or close to St Ives, we wanted a wider experience of Cornwall, one place we went to was Tintagel Castle, and we are glad we made the journey, history and amazing sights and coastline. The walk to Zenor was on our list, but due to the bus time table, found that we would have had to bus to Zenor and walk back, not the way round we wanted to do it, as we wanted to have lunch in The Tinners Arms! The part coastal walk we did do was spectacular, although you have to be careful of cliff edges and the vertigo effect! An hour or so watching the surfers on Porthmeor Beach is well worth it, especially whilst sipping a G&T in the beach side cafe of the same name. The diversity of entertainment during a festival week is eclectic, from poetry and art during the day to rock music in the pubs at night! One slight disappointment was our visit to Cornwall Gold, a supposedly working tin mine/mill. There was nothing working and most things looked as if they wouldn't work, although the history is very interesting, shouldn't complain too much, it's free to wonder round the mill. The rugged coastline will entice us back, again, to Cornwall.

Fantastic location a short walk from the beach, restaurants and shops. Table and chairs outside where you can relax and enjoy a view of the sea. Spacious for a cottage in Downalong, with a good sized kitchen and eating area, a living room, a family bathroom upstairs and separate shower room on the ground floor, plenty of hot water, and very comfortable beds. The main bedroom also has the added bonus of a view of the sea. Sympathetically decorated retaining many original features. Loved the tiles in the hall. Lots of thoughtful touches, including a good supply of books and games. All in all a wonderful place to stay!

Great location! Perfect for the Downalong area and the smaller St Ives' beaches. Super little cottage for four. Seagulls are a vicious marauding noisy menace!

I don’t want to tell people how lovely it is so we don’t have to share it. Amazing location, added bonus of a garden and parking, a home away from home with all the amenities you need we’ll be returning ssshhhh.

Our family of 4 had an amazing Easter week which was made extra special staying in 11 Cancrow. Smack bang in the middle of St Ives it was close to the beaches, bars, cafes and shops. The property had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The small outdoor area was ideal to clean and dry 3 wetsuits. Having a parking space at the rear of property made our time there so much more relaxing as we could go out, and return knowing we wouldn’t have to drive round for an hour looking for a space. I would love to have stayed longer and hope to return in the future.

We loved our stay at the cottage. It is in a perfect location, close to the beaches,harbour and shops but very quiet apart from the sound of waves lapping on the rocks. The cottage itself is a home from home, very cosy but well equiped. Having space for 2 cars is a very rare find in the town. Would love to stay again!

This cottage is in a brilliant position for enjoying all the beaches of St Ives, and so convenient for the Tate and all the wonderful restaurants! It also has the convenience of parking.

Perfect cottage - perfect holiday

It is probably the best cottage to stay in St Ives if you require parking and love a sea view from your bedroom window when you open your eyes in the morning. Very well equipped and only minutes from beaches & shops. We would't stay anywhere else in St Ives - and dont! This year is our 6th or 7th stay at 11 Carncrows.

Beautiful property In a very good location, this cottage has a lovely feel about it, it's light, airy and very spacious. It is well decorated and furnished with everything you need from comfy beds to parking spaces for 2 small vehicles. Perfect. would definitely book this cottage again.
