Lovely apartment in quiet location

Highly recommend this property. It has quality facilities and cleanliness . The location is ideal and only a stones throw to the hub of the artists quarter and Tate Gallery . We would definitely stay again

Our second stay at 3, Ocean Breezes and we have already booked for the same time next year. Quiet, stylish, comfortable, a real home-from-home for us and our two young children. We love being able to run down to the Tate, town, and Porthmeor Beach within a few minutes. If the owner keeps the prices reasonable, we will continue to return and make more gorgeous memories.

An excellent and enjoyable stay

Beautiful apartment in an amazing location. Brilliant for a stay with kids, as it’s near all of the beaches and town is a short walk away (big hill back up but that’s St Ives!) loved it. Many happy memories made.

We would always use Aspects for future holidays as the properties are well maintained and the descriptions of properties are true.

Staff are always on hand if anything should go wrong and there to give friendly tips and advice.

The best holiday let in St Ives so far...so good we've booked again. The apartment was spotlessly clean, airy, light and spacious and we felt at home immediately. It is so conveniently located...a three min walk to Fore Street, two min walk to the Tate/Porthmeor Beach etc. It was great value for money and we can't wait to return in April. As always, lovely service from the Aspects team - thank you!

Excellent accomodation and service

Enjoyed a lovely stay in the spacious and airy 3 Ocean Breezes. The apartment had everything we needed and we especially enjoyed the Juliette balcony.

Lovely apartment very close to the beach and St.Ives. Apartment has all the essentials you need and very clean and tidy. Ideal for 4 people no more. Would book again given the chance!

A warm, welcoming, relaxing and sparkling clean flat! Youll be looking forward to returning to your holidayflat after a trip in heavenly Cornwall or from a day on the beach, as its a bit like coming home. We all loved it!!!! Will definitvely come back asap!!!

Great location and clean, well equipped apartment. I would stay again without doubt!

Great property for access to shops, restaurants and beaches. Clean with all equipment needed for our stay. Good wi-fi signal. Barnoon Car Park directly opposite property. Could be difficult to find parking slot at peak holiday times may be the only downside.

It's great to hear how much you enjoyed 3 Ocean Breezes. Parking is unfortunately at a premium in St Ives; with many properties not having this facility. For those without this facility; it is always worth looking into parking options beforehand on the local council website and looking into private parking availability, particularly for peak weeks. There is also a park and ride facility which some find useful. Please feel free to contact the team for any advice. Thanks for your comments, and we hope to see you back here soon. We adored our stay here; we have a 5 and a 6 year old and the apartment was spacious and fantastically equipped. The hill was steep but very short and we were in town within a minute or two on foot. Lovely views over the sea (especially if you open the high bathroom window when you have a shower!) We honeymooned in st ives and have returned for holidays numerous times using an alternative letting company, but this is now our firm favourite and we plan to return again the future.

This is a fantastic apartment. Open, airy and freshly refurbished. The beds are really comfortable and duvets and bed linen high quality and laundered perfectly.

Access is via a spiral staircase, it's on the first floor. One other apartment uses the hallway door but we didn't see our neighbours at all during the week.

We were welcomed with coffee, tea, sugar and milk. A lovely touch after such a long journey from Solihull.

Handsoap in both bathrooms and kitchen. Washing up liquid, tea towels and a host of other cleaning products available. Full size neff dishwasher with tablets provided. neff oven, hob and washing machine. We did use the washing machine and there's a clothes airer. The machine does have a dryer element but we didn't use that.

Central heating is excellent. Timed to come on twice a day but wow it gets warm so for the most part we lowered the thermo to zero.

Smart TV so can sign into your own Netflix or Prime account. There's a DVD player but we didn't try that.

Location is fantastic. We found every alley and hidden steps. Various ways to get to the town and beaches but be ready for the incline back!

We would definitely stay here again, it's fantastic value for money and location it perfect.

10/10 from us!

Clean, modern and fresh apartment which has 2 double beds and also bathroom facilities for both rooms. A bit of a climb to go up the hill but after the first few times you get used to the exercise. A great place to stay, not far from the town but away from the noise.

Well equipped apartment in a nondescript part of town next to a big car park. Apartment lacks Cornish charm but has everything needed for a winter break - no outside space might make it less appealing for a summer break. Beware that everything you need is at the bottom of a very steep hill - which needs climbing to get home.

Although you are not right in the centre of St Ives and therefore not surrounded by the characterful and quirky traditional fisherman's cottages, being in one of the areas that is elevated above the traditional centre, often gives you a little more modern, roomy properties with less quirky layouts and often benefitting from sea views. And whilst there is no outside space here, you are just a short stroll down to the beautiful Porthmeor beach from there, so we hope that you didn't miss having a bit of a garden and didn't mind a bit of an uphill walk at the end of a day after exploring the beautiful beaches and all the fantastic cafes, shops, restaurants, and galleries of St Ives. Fabulous super clean apartment, great position - although lots of hills to walk up and down - to discover and explore St Ives, central to all beaches, shops and restaurants.

We loved our stay at 3 Ocean Breezes and didn’t want to come home! The location of the apartment is perfect (but bare in mind it’s quite a big hill to walk back up). We visited Porthmeor beach everyday, and also walked to Porthminster beach which isn’t far. The apartment is very well equipped and had everything we needed for our stay. Would deffo recommend a visit (or few) to The Sloop, the oldest pub by the harbour!

Beautiful apartment, clean, bright and comfortable.

A little walk up the hill, the perfect escape after a busy day on the beach or in town

Will book again

A really lovely apartment, with everything you need. Very comfortable and well placed for Porthmeor beach and the town. The only downside was the struggle to find a parking space as Barnoon car park is always full!

This was a very comfortable apartment for a short break, better than we expected - the photo's don't do it justice!

This is the second year we have stayed here. The location is ideal for Porthmeor beach and quick access to the town centre and the space is bright and airy. It's modern and well equipped, and the Covid adjustments were well organised and reassuring - we felt comfortable and confident to stay here.

A lovely light flat in a great location. We hope to return next year.

Fantastic holiday apartment bright good views spacious quiet would highly recommend

Really nicely done out apartment, great location as we love Porthmeor beach, helpful staff - we would certainly book it again.

Lovely, light and airy apartment, beautifully decorated and equipped with everything we needed. We had a lovely stay!

Lovely accommodation opposite a car park, very central. One of the best properties we’ve stayed in in St. Ives.

This apartment is beautiful, very well equipped and elegantly furnished. The Juliette balcony is a lovely feature, so relaxing sitting having coffee in the morning with the sea air and sounds of the seaside in the room.

I could not believe how easy everything was and how lovely the apartment was. This was our first family holiday (me and 2 toddlers) so the fact that everything I could possibly require was there was brilliant. The property was gorgeous and so conveniently located, it made our holiday easy and wonderful! Liked location of property and how clean/bright/well-decorated it was. Everything I needed was supplied. It was a little costly in comparison to other companies.

The location was perfect. So close to the town centre and beach. The apartment was beautifully decorated and well equipped. Our family had a wonderful week there and would definitely recommend it.
