A beautiful two floor maisonette in an elevated position looking over St Ives. We stay in St Ives quite often and I preferred just being out of town on this occasion.

The maisonette was quiet, well equipped and spotless. The garage space was also an added bonus. We’d certainly book again!

Wonderful position with stunning views with the added benefit of parking. well equipped and thoughtful touches with tea, coffee and milk on arrival. Even though it is compact, it was well set out with room for everything. Lovely balcony, shame we didn’t have the sunshine to appreciate it.

Seascape is beautifully furnished and equipped with everything you would need. It felt like a 'home from home' The views of the sea and coast are wonderful. The patio area was a welcome addition. The garage parking was helpful. It was a quiet area but we were able to walk into town and leave the car.The nearest beach Porthmeor was more suited to surfers which was a little disappointing as it was so close - we went over to Porthminster which was much better for us. As we did not really know the area we were not aware of this but as the weather was favourable we were again able to walk, although the property is situated high up - so this resulted in quite a climb back. I think it would be difficult with young children. We would certainly stay at Seascspe again. St Ives has many lovely places to eat. It is ideally situated to explore the area - we enjoyed walking the coastal path to Lelant - visiting the Menack theatre, Trebec gardens and the Barbra Hepworth museum.

Really good property. Nice decor. Open kitchen/lounge area, which, together with the balcony area, gives a spacious feel to the lower floor area. Safe and secure parking. Would stay again. Lovely restaurant and beach bar at bottom of the hill, great for watching the sunset.

Lovely flat, beautiful view, very good facilities. We love staying here! Excellent.

We had a fantastic stay at Seascape, what a gorgeous apartment. We are a family of 4, with 13yr old and 11yr old, plenty of room for us all. The view is amazing, better than I ever expected from the pictures. Only 15 min walk into St Ives, what more does a a family need! Thank you Aspect and thank you to the owners of Seascape for keeping such a fab apartment and letting others stay there. We really hope to be back soon xxxx

We had a great week in this lovely apartment. It’s in a great location. Nicely decorated and comfortably furnished. Would definitely recommend

Felt like a home from home. Lovely decor and beautiful views.

Beautiful property. Comfortable, spotless and quiet, with stunning views.

Great flat. Clean and very comfortable. Beautiful views from most windows - best view ever from a bathroom window! Brilliantly situated balcony. Very good facilities although slightly odd bath plug! Loved our stay at Seascape so much that we are returning again later this year!

We had a fantastic stay at the seascape. The views were amazing and it was decorated beautiful. We loved everything about it. We had an amazing time xx

Beautiful Property, nothing not to like and as always outstanding service from aspects holidays.

Lovely apartment with views. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable lounge with lovely decor.

A lovely location with sea views, only a ten minutes walk to Fore Street, but in a quiet area. A perfect feel for a holiday home. Would definitely book again.

Absolutely love this property second year running we have been and each time I say to my hubby I could live here! Stunning views from nearly every window and a balcony to die for! Thank you

Lovely flat very well situated in an elevated position very near The Head and Porthmeor Beach, giving great views over St. Ives. Has all facilities needed for a relaxing holiday and to be as self-catered as you want. Or, close enough to take advantage of the hospitality St. Ives has to offer.

Loved this property, fantastic location, felt like our second home for the week. We will definitely be booking again for next year!

Very Nice Property. Would recommend. 5 Star.

Seascape is a real hidden gem and I’m really glad we found it. It’s so good that we have already booked for next year. The views from the property are amazing (very different from where we live in the Midlands!) - the property is decorated beautifully and very well equipped with great quality items and the cleaning products etc are a lovely touch. There is a steep hill to get back up (typical to the area) however we found this a lovely walk back across Porthmeor to watch the sunset and helped us burn off the holiday calories. Would highly recommend.

We would thoroughly recommend this property to stay in. Carthew Court was very spacious and well laid out with good quality decor. It has great views in all directions towards the coastline of St Ives, and a good sized balcony where we were able to sit outside with a hot drink in mid-October. It was also a very quiet area and the designated parking space was much appreciated! We visit St Ives annually and would definitely come back here.

Fantastic stay in St. Ives. Carthew Court. Property was as described and immaculate on arrival! Lots of information given by Aspects and further details at the property. Perfect location with a 10-15min walk to the harbour and sea views from every room! I would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again! A big thank you!

This is a beautiful property, with lovely furnishings and decor. We would thoroughly recommend it. It is a bit of a trek up the hill from the beaches and town, but it is well worth it for the fabulous views from every window, and it kept us fit after all the cream teas. Linda, Ian and Jennifer Kinloch.

I’m not sure I want to share what a lovely find this apartment was. The owners have gone above and beyond on making this place a joy to stay in and it shows it’s also a second home by the quality of the fixtures and fittings. It’s probably not suitable for those who struggle with stairs and it’s also a good trek up and down The hill to Porthmeor, but the views are amazing as you’re getting your breathe back on the balcony. We would definitely look to stay here again.

Loved the sea view from nearly every window of the property!stunning. Very comfortable and booked it up for next year already xxx
