This was our second visit to this amazing house. There is so much space which enabled our three generation family group to spread out and do their own thing. There is a very large garden with lots of different places to sit and take in the views but the large swimming pool was the real draw. Inside the views from the ceiling to floor windows are breathtaking. The two kitchens are very well equipped and there is also a gas barbeque available. The house was spotlessly clean so a big shout out to the Housekeeping Team.

We enjoyed our family of ten staying together there, it was a home from home, everything we needed, wonderful sea view, large swimming pool and well equipped house. We will be back.

Wonderful property with everything you need for a relaxing holiday by the beach. Comfortable beds, great showers, and 2 well-equipped kitchens mean you never actually want to leave the comfort of the house! It was lovely to see the bunny rabbits nibbling on the grass at the end of the garden each morning and evening and we saw plenty of birdlife on the beach and in the garden. Make sure to bring binoculars! There's plenty of space for multiple families or friends to spread out without feeling on top of each other, a welcoming heated pool, and my favorite...the secret bench in the garden overlooking the beach, a perfect place to sit quietly admiring the view, or to read a good book, or devour another cream tea! The location of Praaloha is perfect for exploring the surrounding areas, and 10 minutes down the road in Porthleven is a great fish and chips takeaway called 'Catch' and another favorite was the 'The Mussel Shoal' also in Porthleven.

A fabulous stay in a wonderful comfortable house designed to make you feel at home. The best view in Praa Sands. Nothing more restful than falling asleep to the sound of the waves. Aspects were great and we all want to come back next year.

Praaloha is an exceptional property - after quite a stressful start to the year, this holiday has been wonderful therapy for our family .... we have had a week in paradise. The owners have thought of everything, the pool is amazing, panoramic views are stunning, beach is so beautiful and we just didn't want to leave. Weather was glorious too, nothing more to say, other than it was perfect, thank you!

A beautiful holiday home booked for a special celebration with the family. There were 7 of us. My husband’s 60th birthday and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The location was perfect. A stunning property. We were blown away with the beautiful, spacious house. So many things we loved. The bedrooms and bathrooms were immaculate. Every single one. The living rooms, kitchens were impressive and well equipped. Everything was thought of. The pool was amazing. We were thankful it was heated in November/December. We were blessed with lovely weather. The outside, the gardens, views, sunrises and sunsets. Listening to the sea, the crashing waves and watching the surfers. Just a perfect special holiday. We wanted to stay forever!!

The house is in a great location and is very spacious with fantastic views and the private heated pool and area is perfect for enjoying a day in the sunshine

We found that we had everything we could want was supplied in the kitchen etc (especially the wine fridge!)

Our stay at Praaloha was everything we expected it to be. Cleanliness on arrival was excellent. The kitchens were equipped with all we needed. Views were amazing on the upper level but a little blocked from the downstairs patio areas with foliage and trees but on the other hand afforded more privacy so that depends on what you prefer. I would have liked to have seen a little more of an open vista in parts. The pool and pool area is perfect, including the inside pool house shower and outside shower which had running hot water, lovely to use after a dip. The pool house was very useful with its own store room for sun bed cushions and floats. We left a couple of floats there, so enjoy! It is worth knowing that anyone with lower levels of mobility may find it a little challenging when stepping out of their parked car as it's on an incline but once in Praaloha the openness and space is wonderfully accommodating. We arrived tired after a long journey and left feeling both relaxed and refreshed. At all times we were confident that if we'd needed help or advice that the Aspect team would do their best. The house is in the most amazing location with stunning views in every direction. We were a party of 6 adults and 4 children and the size of the house meant that everyone had plenty of space to spread out.

We had wall to wall sunshine while we were there and it was fantastic having such a lovely pool. There is no shade around the pool so if you just want to sit on one of the recliners and watch the proceedings it might be worth bringing your own parasols if it looks like the weather is going to be fine.

The garden is huge and beautifully maintained and has lots of different spots with benches or chairs to take in the views. If you can tear yourself away there are beautiful walks in every direction. The house is situated at the quiet end of the beach and it only takes about 5 minutes to get down to the sea shore.

The kitchen is very well equipped and the view from the kitchen sink is hard to move away from! We didn't really use the second kitchen but it was very useful having an additional large fridge.

The gas barbeque was excellent and spotlessly clean - apparently there are two which are alternated between bookings so each new party has one clean and ready to use.

The house is decorated in a quirky, colourful manner with lots of interesting touches. Just loved the pink neon 'Good Morning' sign!

All in all an exceptional house and a holiday we will all remember for a very long time.

We had a wonderful week in Praaloha at Praa Sands. The property is beautifully maintained to an exceptionally high standard and is clean and extremely comfortable. It was perfect for a 60th birthday celebration. We cannot fault Aspects for their service. Any small matter was dealt with promptly and with a very courteous manner. The kitchens are both very well equipped and even the barbecue is cleaned and maintained exceptionally well. We enjoyed the pool, the perfect sea views, and the locality being close to several attractions. Aspects provide a list of suggested places to visit and to eat which is very helpful. We would have no hesitation in recommending this property.

This stay was part of my husband's 50th Birthday celebrations, and a surprise from me to him. And, boy, was he surprised! Praaloha gave us much, much more than we could ever have asked for. It is what dreams are made of, and it will give me and my family memories to last us a lifetime. We were really looking forward to this family holiday after two years of Covid restrictions and Praaloha did not disappoint. The location is absolutely stunning and we didn't need to go far as everything we needed was close by: a beautiful sandy beach and access to lots of local walks. The accommodation was perfect with plenty of space for everyone. The pool was much appreciated by the children despite some inclement weather! A very well equipped kitchen with everything you need to eat in. I would certainly return to Praaloha!

Such a beautiful home in a stunning location overlooking the beach at Praa Sands. The house is stunning and caters for every need. Plenty of room for 6 adults and 2 teenagers who loved the pool and pool house. A walk to the beach is so close if you don't mind walking down steps or rocks. If you enjoy hiking or walking take the coastal path to Porthleven, the views along the way are stunning! We hope to return again one day in the near future.

Such an amazing house to spend time together as a family following time apart due to covid. Beautiful unspoilt views with fantastic facilities. The owners have thought of everything you would need and were very accommodating to our request for which we are thankful. Would book again without a second thought.

Well what can I say, this was our 2nd stay at Praaloha and we absolutely loved every minute of it! The house is just perfect in everyway. The location overlooking the beach is just stunning and its only a few mins easy walk down to the beach, perfect for early morning or early evening beach walks. The swimming pool is just wonderful and we swam everyday, for morning, afternoon and evening swims. There are also so many places to sit and chill and watch the world go by, both inside and outside - you are spoilt for choice! Every room is just perfect and the bar and changing area is an added luxury! The house is so clean and well looked after and it was lovely that the owner had changed furniture etc from the year before; even though he didn't need to; showed care and consideration. Would love to return again one day as just a beautiful house in a beautiful setting, well cared for & great for summer holidays and chilling out time.

We consider ourselves very lucky indeed to have booked Praaloha more than a year in advance. In a year when Covid was making us nervous - it was a perfect setting for a family holiday. The views were spectacular, the pool perfect, the beach almost deserted and the dolphin displays breathtaking!

Perfect week away. Great location, a few mins walk to the beach, a bit further to the bar/ice cream hut. Had a fantastic few days body boarding before the weather turned. Little shop that’s not long opened near the caravan park is great for picking bits up including fresh pastries and local gin! The pool was great for our 4 yr old, warm enough for the adults as long as we kept moving!

We loved staying at Praaloha , definitely one of the best rental houses we have ever stayed in across the world and the UK . The location is really wonderful . The main kitchen is excellent and very well equipped, perfect for those who enjoy cooking. Bedrooms & bathrooms are all great , plenty of storage etc. There a lots of audio/tv equipment but never used any of them as we were transfixed by looking at the sea and the views from morning to night time ! The pool is great and even though it was April , we were swimming everyday. The response from the Aspects Team to the issues we had , temperature of the pool on the first day and the impact of the stormy day, was excellent , especially Venetia from the Penzance office. So much so that we have booked another week in May 2022 !

Great house, great views and a great swimming pool! Its a stunning house which feels very welcoming, homely and very safe. The beach is lovely and just a few minutes walk away and there are plenty of walks around Praa Sands, especially the coastal walk to Portleven. We had a wonderful week staying here and have booked for next year already.

Praaloha is an amazing property and we had a fantastic week enjoying all the amenities it offers. Especially the pool, pool bar and barbecue. It is even better than the pictures suggest. We enjoyed the quieter end of the beach (Hendra) away from the facilities, head right rather than left when you leave the property. We'd love to return.

We had a wonderful relaxing break at Praaloha and the house exceeded our expectations. It was very well equipped, comfortable and clean. The location is perfect and many happy hours were spent walking on the beach. Waking up to the sounds of the sea was so peaceful and the pool was a welcome added bonus. I really hope we can return one day.

Praaloha is a great property in an amazing location. Would highly recommend for a large group and for mixed ages especially with teenagers. Our group split between the two floors, the two sitting rooms, the pool and the beach and then all came together for meals. The house is very well equipped we had a great time. Thank you

Praaloha is a fabulous house with spectacular views over the sea. Our three generational family group had a wonderful holiday there, visiting some of the many local attractions, sitting on the beach and making good use of the wonderful swimming pool and gardens.

We, as a family of eight adults, have just spent a wonderful two weeks in Praaloha. The combination of this lovely property and all it offers, plus the perfect location played a big part in our enjoyment of this great holiday.

Absolutely wonderful property, views are spectacular and the pool and pool bar are fantastic. Plenty of space and tastefully decorated. Gardens are beautiful too, we did not want to leave, so much so we have booked again for next summer. It is a small piece of heaven

We have just has a wonderful holiday at Praaloha. It was my 60th birthday celebration with family and a couple of close friends.

We all found the house, gardens,views, pool and beach amazing.

Better facilities than expected made it all the more enjoyable.

The only bit of advice is to take some sun shades and stands as there is no shade round the pool in the day time and no means of securing sun umbrellas.

I would love to go to this house again.

Loved this house, it was better than expected, just wish i'd booked another week. It was perfect ! Everything about this place is great, it is spacious, homely, comfortable, well equipped and just so amazing in every way. We had the pleasure of using the heated pool daily whilst looking out at the incredible beach and sea views.... it was like a tonic... good for the soul ! In addition to the house we had the pleasure of meeting the friendly & helpful gardener. He was like our personal tour-guide, a lovely man. I would recommend Praaloha to anyone that wants the perfect holiday retreat. IT'S AMAZING !!!

Just out of this world, We have never had the pleasure of staying somewhere as fabulous as this before and already planning our return, we were so pleased the garden was enclosed and safe so our dogs could be let out without risk of escaping and we throughly enjoyed a day sat in the garden watching the sun set. The views were breathtaking and a really enjoyable walk to the beach and easy access to places to visit in the local area. The house was clean and spacious and furnished lovely and homely. Everything was well thought out and nothing was missing, a real home from home. We even had an outdoor plug to charge our Hybrid car during our stay.

We chose Praaloha to celebrate my parents Golden Wedding anniversary and we couldn’t have asked for a better place. There were 10 of us ranging in age from 4 to 74! The house is beautiful - modern decoration, spacious (2 kitchens and 2 lounges) so plenty of room for us all! Of course we can’t not mention the stunning location and views. The sea views are available throughout most of the rooms which is such a treat and being a 10 minute walk to the beach was perfect. We all agreed we would love to stay here again.

A truly relaxing place to unwind, with a stunning view. Falling to sleep with the sound of the sea amazing. Spending all day in the pool and dining alfresco. A wonder place to be.

Wonderful property - you really can't beat the location as there are stunning beach and water views throughout. Outdoor pool was excellent, with a great swimming room attached and readily stocked with inflatables! Our kids loved playing in the large garden, and we could sit and keep an eye on them whilst enjoying the view and a glass of wine! We would also thoroughly recommend the SandBar pub at the nearby beach - excellent food and very welcoming. Definitely met our expectations, and we would hope to return again one day!

Fantastic week in Cornwall, in a fantastic house. Surpassed expectations in all areas - so much room for all 10 of us to get lost in. The outside and pool areas were great for BBQs and Al fresco dining, and the ocean views 24/7 were hard beat anywhere in the world I reckon. Will definitely be back in a few years. We stayed in this property with our extended family to celebrate my father's 80th birthday. We wanted something really special and this certainly didn't disappoint, a very high standard of accommodation ( especially the master bedroom) and views to die for!!! It was simply amazing and we would certainly book this property again. Thankyou.

We chose Praaloha for our family holiday this year because of its size to suit our family's needs, the fact that it was dog friendly, its unique position having stunning views, access to a sandy beach plus a heated pool. We were not disappointed if anything the photos don't do it justice. We hope to return soon.

You can't call Praaloha a cottage. It is so much more than that. A luxurious house with spectacular views. I doubt we'll ever stay anywhere as beautiful as that again. Because we were there in the hottest week in twenty years, we really didn't see much of Cornwall. We had everything we needed right there. Paradise. Xx
