Wonderful apartment ideally placed & spotlessly clean with everything you could wish for for a perfect holiday. This is the second time I have used Aspects & will definitely be staying with them again.

We were absolutely overwhelmed with how stunning the apartment was. It was very comfortable and had lots of lovely modern features. The views from the apartment were fantastic, and it is very conveniently placed for the centre of town. We were all a massive fan of the luxurious shower and bath. We all felt very relaxed and at home.

An excellent property, great location for the railway and bus stations, also close to the town. We enjoyed some lovely meals at the Longboat Inn, which was just around the corner, definitely worth a visit. The kitchen and lounge area was very spacious and comfortable, with lovely bedrooms and bathroom. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone, and would love to revisit again. Thanks for a wonderful holiday.

Stanhope Forbes is a great place to stay. Great location and very modern with excellent provisions for a comfy easy stay. Heating and shower easy to use and adjust and whole apartment extremely clean. Some views of sea, boats, St Michaels Mount etc. It is right opposite the main car park and on the main road but it’s not noisy and we slept very well in the comfy bed.

Stanhope Forbes appt was an excellent holiday home from home, everything you needed from the start. A great location, good weather and so near so many amenities such as the bus station, supermarket's, pubs and restaurants. The beach was a short walk away. The Aspects team in the Penzance office were such lovely ladies, very kind and helpful. As were Sarah and Jaqui from the Hayle office in sorting us out with a couple of extra days. We will definitely be back to Stanhope.

Stanhope Forbes was a positive surprise. With a beautiful and well-equipped kitchen and a cozy living room we could also enjoy the time with heavy rain. The beds are good. Very close to the bus station and ideal starting point for all our tours. Would definitely book it again.

Nice clean property that ticked all the boxes it needed to for us to enjoy our stay. Convenient location for exploring as buses and train station just across the road. Comes with access to a private car park that is quite tight but manageable. Property is up two flights of stairs then along a corridor before going down a flight of stairs so it is a bit of a trek when carrying bags. Question I always ask is would I stay there again / use agent again and in this case its a 100% yes for both.

We had a fabulous week. The views are even better in real life! The apartment is beautifully presented, and so comfortable. It was equipped with everything you could possibly need. Fabulous location, ideal for cafes, shops, pubs and public transport.

The apartment is well situated for the train and bus station. The bus service is amazing and takes you all over the peninsular. I was impressed that there were up to date bus timetables and maps too! It was a very comfortable and well equipped apartment with every appliance you could need. The windows look across to the sea and St Michael’s Mount in the distance. We visited the Minack, St Ives, several gardens, ancient stones sites, Zennor, Lamorna and Mousehole. There is a fabulous café on the road to Lamorna. There is so much to do and see in the area we could easily have stayed another week. We will be back for sure. Thank you.

Fantastic apartment. Good directions/instructions for your arrival and departure. A designated parking space which is more important than you would imagine. Comfortable beds with beautiful white linen.
Situation is so handy with rail station and bus station nearby. Easy to walk to anywhere in Penzance, and so easy to catch buses to other destinations. Highly recommended.

Fantastic apartment in a great central location. We had everything we needed for our stay, the apartment was well equipped and very comfortable. Lots of things to do in the local area, would definitely visit again. We usually go to Newquay with Aspects Holidays but fancied a change. Would recommend Aspects Holidays to anyone as they have always been fantastic.

Would recommend this holiday apartment as a lovely place to stay. You can plan your daily excursions around the local transportation services and enjoy the lovely surroundings Cornwall has to offer.

Lovely clean and well equipped apartment. Parking space great as we used buses and trains a lot as they were practically next door. Lovely deli ( take away Sunday roast ) and ice cream shop next door. Could see St Michaels mount from the lounge window.Would stay again.

Great location overlooking the harbour. Very clean, bright big flat with lots of storage. Parking space a bonus. Very near to shops. Ferry, train and bus 1 minute away. Will stay again. Recommended to friends already.

A very convenient location for bus,train and ferry to Scillies and amenities of Penzance.We particularly liked Hellys Deli almost next door especially for breakfast and takeaway sandwiches.

We had a wonderful stay at Stanhope Forbes. The apartment has everything you need to make you holiday worry-free. Quiet, yet close to facilities. Within a few minutes there are chicken and ice-cream take-aways, for those snack munchies. We used it as our hub for visiting all parts of West Cornwall, for which it is perfectly located. We only had minor questions - but the local Aspect office was immediately responsive. Highly recommended.

Great apartment, fab view of st Micheal’s mount.Location great, opposite bus station and 2min walk to train station.No problem with noise very relaxing and quiet.Main high street short walk to shops pubs restaurants.All together was a great weekend

We had a great family holiday with a 15 year old and 10 year old. Plenty to see and do , we parked the car and only used it once to go to the Eden project. The rest of the time we caught the bus as a very good service from Penzance to everywhere around. The apartment was a great base and a beautiful view of St Michael's Mount. Will definitely use Aspect holidays again.

Stanhope Forbes is a beautifully furnished well equipped apartment in a really good location, it was great having a designated parking space and having lots of eating places shops etc on our doorstep. The Prosecco,biscuits and tea and coffee were a very welcome surprise and the Prosecco was very quickly enjoyed sitting out on the balcony in the sunshine

Had a great stay at Stanhope Forbes in Penzance. Lovely apartment that was neat and tidy upon arrival. Great service from the Aspect team. Can heartily recommend this unit and Aspect Holidays in general for anyone seeking a self catering rental within their booking area.

This is a beautiful apartment, very comfortable and in a fantastic location. I would definitely recommend and we will probably book again next year.

Our third time at Stanhope, walking in was like coming back home, excellent property, Great location. and awesome service once again from the girls in the Penzance office.

It really had the wow factor. We were very happy when we walk in. Fantastic place to stay. Would definitely stay there again.

Modern and comfortably furnished apartment, cosy, bright and very clean rooms. The accommodation is located centrally but near the coast line of St. Michael's Bay. An excellent place to reach the inner city, train station, bus stations and ferries - everything within easy walking distance, we left our car at the parking space all the time. Caused by the traffic on Wharf Road it's a bit loud at daytimes unfortunately, but it's quiet at night. Great as a starting point for hikes on the coast path. We really enjoyed our time staying there.
