I had a peaceful stay in this beautifully accessorised and carefully furnished house. A couple of issues were dealt with quickly and efficiently. The location of the house is ideal for the easy use of transport links to key places in Cornwall. Above all everything about the house provides excellent comfort and style.

Comfortable spacious cottage in excellent seafront location.
Free parking is possible on the promenade right opposite the cottage. However, be aware during high tides as large waves can bring up pebbles etc.

Amazing cottage. Beds were comfortable. Great garden at front of property. Near to shops, pubs and restaurants. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Loved the location, the cottage was lovely with beautiful gardens to the front facing directly onto the promenade. We made good use of the outside seating area. The kitchen was very well equipped, we only made breakfast as there are so many places to eat out. There were seats in the bay windows and from the upstairs room there was a glorious view of St Michaels Mount. They have thought of everything - even binoculars! A great base for exploring. A lovely walk into Mousehole and you can get the bus back. Would definitely look at returning in the future

A lovely small house in an excellent location. A fairly busy road outside, but quiet at night. There is an excellent garden sitting area gated off from the other part of the garden. Kitchen was excellent. There were plenty of video CDs available9for (rainy days).

Fairings Cottage is beautiful. Very comfortable and cosy and tastefully decorated and furnished. Great location for walking either way and close to Penzance. Our first stay in Penzance as we normally visit St Ives but it certainly won't be our last visit and hopefully we will return to Fairings Cottage. Situated on the promenade it was lovely for people watching and looking out over the sea. We loved it and were sad to leave. We didn't use the garage as it was November and parked on the opposite on the promenade. A great choice all round.

A lovely cottage to watch the dynamic changing weather from. Perfectly located for Penzance and Newlyn with too many restaurants to choose from. A home away from home.

If you're leaving the car behind for plenty of rest and exhilarating day trips as well as relaxed days, this is the place for you! Although there is a garage, we loved the freedom to roam without any concern about where to park. Jubilee Geothermal Pool was a really big highlight and the relaxing treatments there were also fantastic.The bus station served by the open top buses provided spectacular trips out to St Michael's Mount and multiple trips to St Ives. Newlyn with our favourite seafood bar Mackerel Sky and the Cinema were just a few minutes walk and we really appreciated the convenience of having the supermarkets just moments away from the cottage.

We walked to Newlyn fish market to buy freshly caught fish and fry at home and when we felt less adventurous, Frasiers Fish and Chips was a minute away. The Katsu curry sauce with fish and chips was fantastic.

As for the cottage, it is beautifully appointed with traditional features coupled with a very special experience with the rainfall shower and the beautiful lighting behind the circular mirror. large fluffy towels and exceptionally clean and comfortable bedding provided a very relaxing experience. We particularly appreciated the owner providing very nice toiletries in both bathrooms which lasted our entire stay and we were able to refresh immediately on arrival without having to visit the local supermarket.

Look out for a very friendly curious ginger cat in the front garden. Our daughter loved playing with the cat. Although October, we enjoyed bright sunshine on most days and really enjoyed sitting in the lovely rocking chair in the garden.

Nights were very calm and peaceful and we enjoyed very restful sleep. Having the two bathrooms really helped to get ready for adventurous days out. The cottage was fully equipped with everything we needed during our stay and we really have great memories from our visit. Thank you Aspects and the owners of the cottage for a memorable and relaxing experience.

A beautifully appointed cottage in a great location. Lots of nearby free parking if you're lucky but the property does benefit from the use of a garage although access is extremely tight and suits small to medium cars only. Paid parking nearby and free after 6pm until 8/9am. Would definitely choose this cottage for a few stay. Lots of lovely eateries/bar. Would definitely recommend The Honeypot and 45 Queen Street.

This is the third occasion we have used Aspects and would highly recommend them. The cottage was lovely, well equipped and furnished. The garden in the front was very attractive and is very pleasant to sit in. Well placed for buses and train services. Whilst at the cottage we experienced a personal problem, we contacted Aspects Penzance office for advice and they were very supportive and helped resolve the difficulty. The Penzance Office are an example to some of the larger holiday companies in their commitment to clients.

Delightful cottage in a great location - pubs, cafes, Jubilee Pool, easy coastal strolls all close by. Convenient access for all of Penzance and excellent public transport links.

Absolutely wonderful cottage, excellent furnishings, bathrooms and kitchen. Very well equipped. Sea views from the front windows and front landscaped garden with a comfortable seating area.
Especially nice to have left some of the granite walls and original features.
Great location.
Try the jubilee pool cafe for coffee or lunch, it’s just down the prom.
However, as mentioned, the garage is very small so be prepared to park on the sea front if you have a larger car.
Also the stairs were quite steep, especially at the top. If you have any mobility issues such as arthritis, as we have, they could be problem! An extra hand rail would have helped! Manageable but something to consider when booking.
Otherwise all was excellent and wine and biscuits on arrival was a good welcome.

Our stay at Fairings Cottage was a delightful and relaxing experience. A perfect location overlooking the sea, St Michael's Mount and the Newlyn coast. We could walk into Penzance centre in a few minutes and to Newlyn for amazing fresh fish. There are great restaurants, take aways, cafe's, galleries and pubs close by. Parking was fine when we stayed but there is a garage available too. We loved the log burner, comfortable beds, modern bathrooms and kitchen. The washing machine and heated clothes dryer came in handy too. We rebooked Fairings Cottage whilst staying there and can't wait to return later this year!

Just back from a great stay in Fairings Cottage. It has a fantastic location and is well setup to make for a relaxing stay.

Perfect location, the cottage was lovely and had great views, So easy to get anywhere, with a station and bus service so near. Plenty of restaurants and pubs close too. We loved it.

Great week at Fairings warm and comfortable to come back to after varied January weather! Plenty of places to eat and drink open can recommend The Godolphin at Marazion and 2 Fore St Mousehole. Look forward to returning again next winter.

Perfect house right on the seafront. Comfortable and cosy, thoughtfully updated with plenty of character. We loved being able to walk up into the centre of Pz for shops/pubs etc and enjoyed the walk along the front to Newlyn, so it was ideally situated for us. We hope to return - soon!

A wonderful cottage, which is presented to a very high standard. The furnishings are beautiful, comfy clean beds and with everything you could possibly need and more! The surrounding areas are an easy drive to, and we found some beautiful quiet beaches. All amenities are a short walk away. We would definitely recommend The Fairings.

However, the road was busy all day and it was difficult to park on the promade, even in October. Also, there is a garage available, down a narrow alleyway, but we got blocked in for a complete day...

Thoroughly recommend Fairings Cottage with it's excellent location for touring south Cornwall. Beautifully tastefully furnished and amenities great quality. Super bathrooms. Facility to unload and pack car outside fantastic bonus. Loved having the sea views and prom to walk along. Really enjoyable stay and would re-book if we decided on Penzance area again.

Beautiful cottage , Lovely furnishings everything you need for a great holiday .. Lovley to wake up to the sea as cottage is right on the sea front ....Beds so comfortable pillows & quilts to ,Best nights sleep ...Rain forest shower was brilliant.... Lot's of cooking utensils if you won't to cook ,we did a couple of times but great restaurants around area.....Bath Inn 5mins walk great little pub very friendly great cocktail's ...Parking opposite is free, but we use the garage mostly...we will definitely book this cottage again ..???? ,But see lots of bookings already for 2022 ...Hope to be back soon ??

A thoughtfully refurbished property with a great layout and even better location. The two large bathrooms are a huge bonus and the power shower to die for. Multiple eating options inside and out keep the family happy and the front garden is simply beautiful. Looking out to Mounts Bay from either your bedroom window or the yard bistro area is a delightful pastime. The free parking opposite and ability to unload right outside the back door make it the best cottage we have stayed in.

A fabulous cottage in an excellent location, the cottage has everything you need to enjoy your stay, curtains in the bedroom for us sensitive sleepers would be the icing on the cake, would definitely recommend the Fairings and Aspect who were very helpful.

Quirky Cottage great location. Zebra Crossing is around the corner so lovely coffee on the prom first thing. Very happy.
