Terrific and very well equipped cottage within a 20 minute walk to one of the best year round dog friendly beaches in Cornwall. Don't tell everyone! The cottage had everything we needed - we were very comfortable for our January holiday. There are 2 decent pubs and 2 bistro cafes a short stroll away. A good bus service runs also St Ives. Appreciated the little welcome pack. Thank you.

Lovely, comfortable property, tastefully furnished and decorated and ideally situated for exploring the area. The super king bed is quite possibly the most comfortable bed we have ever had in a holiday property!! Garden perfect for our dog, we also enjoyed sitting outside with a drink or a meal and to read in the autumn sunshine. We would be very happy to stay at Bay Tree Cottage again.

Lovely little cottage off main road , sunny garden . You are away from busy st ives but easy access by bus train or coastal path to st ives . If you do not want to use your car in busy summer months it’s perfect . Lovely places to eat locally and cottage has everything you need should you wish to cook .very clean and fab welcome pack

This is our 2cnd time at Bay tree cottage , We like the close proximity to St ives , the train , Lelant beach (dog friendly) , the bistro across the road , the watermill pub , The badger pub and The quay house in Hayle (all within a few minutes walk ) . Lovely modern house and garden , very comfortable !

The house, with its conservatory is beautiful, all very modern. Garden and house very private, to eat outside. Bedding to die for! Kitchen facilities very modern and , adjacent parking a bonus!

I would not stay anywhere else on my next visit to Cornwall, and I have been visiting for most of my 75 years!

The cottage was perfect for our family holiday, it had everything we needed for our week away. Located close to beautiful beaches, shops, restaurants & the train station to explore other areas of Cornwall. A very warm welcome was received when we arrived after a long drive. Lovely homely house in a perfect location for exploring the local area on foot or by car. Train to/from St Ives is great (limited stops at Lelant but St Erth still walkable) or walk the coast path to St Ives & train back. Have stayed several times & will stay again!

A beautifully maintained property! Although we were unlucky with the Cornish weather, it allowed us to enjoy the comforts of Bay tree Cottage- a true ‘home from home’. We were delighted with the standard of cleanliness upon arrival and were very grateful for the ‘welcome package’ of provisions that greeted us. A fabulous location to explore beautiful Cornwall!

This is our seond visit to Bay Tree Cottage and we were really pleased with the house and it's facilities again. Its location next to the RSPB bird hide in the nature reserve is a bonus for us as there were loads of birds that we hadn't seen when we had visited in the summer last year. The Forge and Birdies Bistro are in walking distance and both offer excellent food at reasonable prices plus Scarletts which offers great value wines and ciders etc. Currently looking to see when we can visit Bay Tree Cottage again in 2023.

We had a very enjoyable stay at Bay Tree Cottage. It’s comfortable and clean and ideally situated to explore Cornwall. The enclosed garden is perfect for the dog as was Porthkidney beach, approx. 30 min walk away. The generous welcome package was a welcome surprise too, thank you! Lovely little house in a great location for either coast , parking for 1 car right outside . Enclosed garden for dog . Comfy sofa and bed Birdies Bistro is within walking distance for breakfast and well worth a visit .

Bay Tree Cottage was a pleasure to arrive at, perfectly presented and spotlessly clean. All furniture, fittings and linen were of a high standard. The welcome pack was a very nice touch. The advertisement was very fair and clear. The property is quite small fine for us (just two adults and our dog). There is quite a lot of road and rail noise as both are very close to the property. The area is lovely we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would recommend Aspects as they proved themselves friendly, efficient and professional.

We recently stayed at Bay tree cottage.Location was great and cottage was very cosy, kitchen quite small,Garden was a good size with outside seating also lovely conservatory.

Ideal house for us, as conversatory gave extra space for adults to relax in whilst our teenager watched Netflix in the front room. Dog enjoyed pottering around the fully enclosed garden and sleeping in the shade of the tree. Recommend Birdies Bistro for watching the birds in the estuary whilst enjoying a coffee and The Forge restaurant and the Watermill pub both a short walk away for friendly service and delicious meals. Missed convenience of being able to get the train from Lelant Saltings, shame it isn't a request stop like Lelant Station.

Excellent cottage, very good location with great access to all areas of Cornwall. Short walk to either St Erth and Leylant stations to get the train into St Ives. A couple of eating places within walking distance.

We stayed at Bay Tree Cottage for a 3 night short break. It was a beautiful property and we enjoyed the garden. Good local walks to Hayle, St Erth and Carbis Bay. Great location for visiting St Ives and easy drive to Marazion, St Michael's Mount.

Bay tree cottage is a lovely retreat for a relaxing holiday with your dog. It’s well equipped and is spotlessly clean We found it a good base for us to travel all areas in Cornwall. Would highly recommend this property ??

Bay Tree Cottage is really lovely, with a nice little garden, is very comfortable, and very well located for the great beach at Lelant as well as for the train station (for a most picturesque train ride into St Ives). The cottage was spotlessly clean. It's also easy to get to some good pubs which are within walking distance (Old Quay House and the Watermill) and The Old Forge is great for breakfast and lunch (every day) and dinner at the weekend. We will stay here again. A word about Aspects as well, their service is excellent!

We were delighted with the property, it was clean and spacious enough for us and our teenage kids, the garden provided a lovely setting for dining alfresco, we would definitely book again and use Aspects holidays.

We have just recently returned home after our stay at Bay Tree Cottage and we honestly couldn't be happier with our experience. We were made very welcome when we arrived with a little package waiting in the kitchen. The cottage was beautiful and felt so homely with so much space for the 3 of us and our little dog. Everything that we ventured out to do during our week was within 30-45 minute drive, with also being able to walk to st ives with amazing views of the sea and countryside and our little girl had so much fun. Would 100% recommend this lovely little cottage to anyone for a fabulous family holiday.

Only downside is that the station at Lelant Saltings only has one train a day , so a longer walk or short drive to st erth- shame it isn't a request stop more like Lelant station

BayTree Cottage is a beautiful light and airy house. It is set up with everything you need for an amazing break away. The beds are so comfy which is so important on holiday. Aspects are easily contacted and are happy and helpful. The Cottage is within easy reach of St Earth station where you can hop on the train to Carbis bay or St Ives. We had a fantastic stay in this lovely accommodation, and cannot rate it highly enough.

3rd time we have stayed at this property. Everything you need is here! Great location for walking to the beach, or St Ives, or round to Hayle. Pubs nearby. Shops a short drive. Train to St Ives from Lelant Saltings is a must! Highly recommended.

What a fantastic cottage great location for the train to St Ives or Penzance very well equipped throughout, the garden was great our little dog Stanley he loved it.

We have stayed in many properties in Cornwall and this is one of the best really looking forward to coming again.

A lovely cosy cottage. Tastefully furnished. Situated perfectly to catch the train into St. Ives. Porthkidney beach close by to walk the dog. Several eateries close by if you don’t want to venture far.
