Lots of good points. Good for 4 adults, tight if 6. We were disappointed by the small bedrooms. And yes, we did find the messages not to open locked cupboards or steal DVDs unwelcoming!

Bright, clean comfortable house with the most amazing views. Lovely balcony to sit on and watch the lights of st Ives in the evening. Great little cafe on the beach a minutes walk away. Handy location to visit many areas of Cornwall.

The views are absolutely stunning and the beautiful house is designed to enjoy them to the max.

A wonderful property in a stunning location with sea views to die for and great access to the beach. Clean , bright and tastefully decorated and very comfy beds. The property has all the gadgets and equipment needed and more. Our favourite part of Cornwall with amazing beaches and so many beautiful places to visit.

This holiday was a surprise treat for my sisters and I. It was our first holiday away together and we all agreed we were glad to have chosen such a wonderfully situated and designed house. We used to visit this house for a few holidays when we were younger and feel like it has met expectations once again. The view is amazing! The fact that the beach is just a minute away is incredible and waking up to the view every morning was just an amazing experience. The overall comfort and cleanliness of the property was perfect, we felt at home the whole time and were able to enjoy some really cozy nights in. Our overall rating for this property would be 12/10 :)

What an amazing property The Beach House is and more than exceeded our expectations. The house had everything we needed and the information folder was very informative. The views out to sea were stunning. We were lucky to have good weather and spent lots of time walking on the beach. Days out included Mousehole, St Ives and Portreath. We’ll definitely return.

Location location location!! Can we buy this house please?!! We absolutely loved our week here! We watched the waves (and the surfers!!) from the comfort of the lounge. Even got to watch an epic thunderstorm one evening! We were on the beach every day come rain or shine. Absolutely loved it! We want to come back next year!! Thank you Aspect Holidays! Fantastic once again!! Second time we have been to The Beach House - and that should say something. Great location, great house, great access, parking and fabulous place. The views are truly stunning and easy access to the beach and ocean. House is very well equipped and very well maintained. Very comfortable and clean. Great location and well appointed property with its own back gate to the beach. Ideal base for exploring Cornwall with brilliant sea views. Couldn't ask for more.

A lovely spacious house with stunning views over Hayle beach across to St Ives. Easy access to the beach from back garden. Ample parking for 2-3 large cars - although reversing in isn’t the easiest on busy days. Front garden was a real sun trap but all of the garden furniture could do with a weekly clean down. Good range of DVDs. Couple of maintenance issues that we have reported to Aspects but nothing that was problematic to our break. We were able to have shopping delivered from both Tesco and Asda, and there is a Marks and Spencer, Boots, Next not too far away with a McDonald’s and a hidden Starbucks opposite these. It is a bit of a walk into Hayle town centre so recommend that you drive in. If you are travelling with kids, pack your buckets and spades! Great to have a washer/drier especially with beach days and towels!

Another great week staying at The Beach House; we love this house! Its a lovely, clean, welcoming house with everything you need for your stay and its location, just 2mins walk from the beach is brilliant, especially as you can walk directly from the house to the beach on a private path - no flip flops required!

The house is in such a great location; its close to the beach, yet close enough to the town if you want to have a wander around, but we stayed close to the house, walking and running and chilling out in the sunshine; the front of the house is a sun trap and secure and private due to the locked gates.

We love this house and have been lucky to stay here several times already and will be back again in 2023; can't wait!

Wow! What an absolutely beautiful house in a stunning location! The accommodation is beautiful and the views phenomenal! Very well equipped with everything you could possibly need and spotlessly clean too!

The beach house is in the perfect location for walks along the beach, with the local Cove Cafe being on your doorstep too. However with the gorgeous views and gardens, we also enjoyed lazy mornings at home. Just a delight from start to finish! We would absolutely love to return one day.

This was our second trip staying at The Beach House and hopefully not our last. The location is fantastic, extremely close to the coast path and access to the beach. Even in poor weather the views across to St Ives are incredible. The house was very clean on arrival, the beds are comfortable and house is well equipped for self-catering.

Fantastic place in a fantastic location. The views from the Beach House are stunning. You can sit there and watch all day. Very well equipped. Easy to reach and within distance of Hayle and St Ives for local attractions. It is so relaxing to be there. We booked for November and whilst there, booked the same week for the next year! Plenty of room and lovely garden, with access to the beach. A definite beauty.

The beach house, is lovely and has everything you need or want to have a lovely holiday, the closest to the beach is just unreal. And the views from the living room balcony will never get old we all loved sitting out there in the morning and evening looking to st ives.

Absolutely loved staying at The Beach House; it was so relaxing, homely and welcoming. We have stayed at Hayle Towans before, but this was the 1st time at The Beach House and we loved changing houses! The locked gates at the front allow total privacy which meant we could sit at the front in the morning without being looked at by people walking past! The balcony at the rear is just stunning; we spent ages sitting there chilling out, people watching & just enjoying the peacefulness & watching the sea. We love early morning beach walks & the path directly down to the beach was amazing; it was like walking on cushions & great for bare feet! We loved sitting in the garden in the afternoon, and were lucky that there was shade as we went in the week of the heatwave! A stunning house in a lovely setting makes for a lovely relaxing holiday & we have already booked The Beach House for next year!

We absolutely love the Beach House! Slightly smaller than other properties but the location and amazing views make up for it. We can’t wait to go back!

We were worried our holiday wouldn't actually happen due to Covid but we visited just as lockdown was annouced. With the walks from our doorstep we were still able to enjoy a wonderful holiday and it was great weather to boot. The Beach House is a real gem - sadly it is already fully booked for 2021 so we will have to miss next year.

Stunning views from Balcony. Beautiful house . Could have sat watching the sea all day long . Literally on the beach . Had some lovely walks on the beach . Kids loved the garden and my son went surfing and I could see him from the beach house. Would highly recommend . Lovely fish and chip shop and pizzeria and Chinese with in 5 mins drive into hayle .

We've been coming to Cornwall for over 20 years and this property is easily one of our favourites. The view from the upstairs living space & balcony is simply stunning in all conditions. The kitchen is very well equipped and was a pleasure to cook in while admiring the stunning vista. The beds the most comfortable we've ever had in a holiday home and the bedrooms, while compact, have all the space and storage you need. The grounds, too, are beautifully kept, from the lovely sun trap at the rear of the house, to the lovely landscaped front garden with fence that leads out to a very well kept path to the beach - just 2 minutes walk!

This bit is just for the owners - Amy at Aspects mentioned that you were worried your property would be overshadowed by The Retreat (where we stayed for the previous 3 years). Your property is simply stunning and we all agreed that, while it didn't have the space of The Retreat, we all enjoyed our stay at The Beach House even more. We also cannot thank you enough for kindly organising early entry for us - the drive from Scotland is exhausting and just being able to unpack and start to relax in the daylight was very much appreciated. We sincerely hope that we can come back again next year!

Quite possibly the BEST property we have stayed at in Cornwall. The Beach House is a 2 minute walk to the beach and in a great location. Property was clean and had everything needed. And an extra touch with the private gates.

Modern, private, clean light and airy. Beautiful views from all rooms. Easy access to beach, pub and co-op shop. Loved it, us and daughters (3 and 8) very sad to leave!! Our second time in this property and whilst we had howling winds and rain storms we also had the perfect property to sit and watch mother nature in all her fury! I think my previous review mentioned that this is the holiday home to cover every season and we will certainly be back.

This is a great place to stay. Stunning photo opportunities from the balcony, A short walk to the beach. Extensive DVD library if the weather isn't so good. Take binoculars with you to see the dolphins and seals from the house. A short stroll to a newsagents/convenience store if you need to get a paper. A very short drive or 1 mile walk to Asda/Lidl at Hayle. Or Tesco, Sainburys, Morrisons are on the outskirts of Penzance or Tesco at St Ives. We have stayed 3 times now and the scenery is forever changing. I have never seen so many shades of blues and yellows and the sunsets from the house are breath taking.

What an amazing place to sit back, relax and watch the world go by! Everything you need has been provided and the views are spectacular!

The house was perfect for us to unwind. Myself and my wife work long hours in the motor trade so value peace and quiet when we can get it. My mum , Mother and father in law also came, all were over 65 . All of us loved it. The views are amazing and the location were perfect for us. We love walks and the beach. Great beach and sea views. Weather was nice for April, so lovely to be able to spend the day at the beach jumping in the waves. Handy storage box outside with buckets and spades and wind breaker etc. Fully equipped kitchen and even games and DVDs to keep our children entertained. A real home away from home in a nice relaxing location.

Great place to stay and right on beach. We had great weather for October and walked a long way on the beach most days. Make sure you take your binoculars with you for dolphin watching too. Yummy cream tea provided on arrival which went down well. Have already booked for next year.

Our stay at The Beach House was nigh on perfect. The view, with the everchanging picture of the tides, is simply beautiful. The property is a joy to inhabit and the location is as good for exploring Cornwall as anywhere in the county. A superb, vast and very clean beach at the bottom of the garden, the wonderful St Ives just down the road and pasties in abundance helped to give us a wonderful holiday.

This is a stunning beach house with great views across to St Ives and the beach immediately in front. A very well designed glass door building which coped well in the recent storms! The décor is fresh and modern and very well equipped with lots of DVDs and games to use. A sea view from 2/3 bedrooms and panoramic 1st floor views make this a very light and airy place to be in. A very short stroll to the beach and wind surfers will love this as also there are custom built places in the garden to dry out your wet suits. We will be returning next year.

What can I say just everything was perfect couldn't have asked for anything more, best place we have ever stayed and the sea views just put the icing on the cake
