I thoroughly endorse everything that has been said about Birds Eye View. Watching the Canada geese fly back and forth every morning and evening was a real treat and with rabbits just in front of the house along with all the roosting birds in the bushes, and the odd white egret and Cormorant fishing at the waters edge it was a delight.

We had an amazing stay at Birds Eye View, the property was immaculate and the views were fabulous. The penthouse is in a perfect location, within walking distance of Hayle beach and short drive to St Ives.

Beautiful apartment with lovely views over the estuary and Hayle beach beyond. Convenient location for visiting places and for local amenities- there is an Asda next to the builders yard, which next door. The builders yard didn’t spoil the view, or bother us (this apartment is the furthest away from it). The apartment block is on a busy road, but the view makes up for it. Only downside was the furniture in the living room was very uncomfortable, as were the beds. Hopefully this can be addressed, as otherwise it’s a lovely apartment.

Reply from Aspects Holidays

We are glad to hear you enjoyed Bird's Eye View and its lovely views of Hayle Estuary. We try and make the location of the property as clear as possible in the description online, and we hope in terms of location this is what you expected. We are sorry that you found the beds and living room furniture uncomfortable; it can be very difficult to find mattresses and sofas that will suit everyone and it is disappointing to hear that it was not to your preference. We will monitor comments to keep an eye on guest's preferences over the coming months. Thank you for your helpful feedback. Lucy, Customer Services

We had an amazing stay at Birds Eye View, the property was immaculate and the views were fabulous. The penthouse is in a perfect location, within walking distance of Hayle beach and short drive to St Ives.

Thoroughly recommended, a fantastic place with great views , spotlessly clean inside and great fish and chips within walking distance. Will definitely go again , 1st class customer service by Aspect Holidays .

This property is high standard, comfortable with well equipped kitchen for self catering. This is an excellent location if you want to visit any good beaches and coves without driving miles everyday. And not far for bigger towns and attractions. Great to have off road parking after a long day out and many local shops that are unusual. We also found two farm shops on Connor Down for quality food and meals . Asda next door for basics. The view across the estuary and watching the sun go down far outweighs the yard next door which really isn't a disturbance.

The Birds Eye View is truly perfect for your holiday location. It certainly lived up to our expectations (if not beyond). Very comfortable and spacious. Highly recommend.

It was a lovely relaxing holiday. The apartment has wonderful views and was maintained and equipped to a high standard. Scones on arrival were a nice touch.

Second stay at this lovely and well-appointed apartment in Hayle. Absolutely delightful visit, even if the weather wasn't great! Having a nice worm under-floor heated apartment meant we were warm and toasty in the evenings! We can't wait to visit again!

This is a great property, everything done to a high standard. Comfortable beds, very good kitchen. Hayle is well worth a look round and fast becoming an arty, interesting place with M&S on the doorstep! Hopefuly will stay here again next year.

Birds Eye is a lovely spacious apartment with fantastic views, we had a fantastic holiday staying here. I loved sitting on the sofa looking out at the amazing views.

Lovely holiday here, the accommodation was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. The location was brilliant for exploring other parts of Cornwall. Highly recommend.

Had a fabulous week at birds eye view. Weather was beautiful all week. The apartment was beautiful definitely had the wow factor. Everything you could need and more was on hand. Excellent location, fabulous views. Will without doubt be booking again.

Super location in Hayle with fabulous views and sunsets. Excellent facilities, as described in the details. We toured the area as planned, riding open top buses to Land's End and the Lizard, with easy trips to St Ives - beautiful - and Truro - a bit disappointing. The beach at Hayle is amazing and there's a relaxed beach cafe. We really enjoyed eating at nearby Salt Kitchen Bar - you need to book - and had an excellent take away from Sanders Fish and Chips. Our week flew by!

Birds Eye View is a lovely comfortable well equipped apartment in a lovely location with great views.

We had a wonderful stay at Birds Eye View. Spotlessly clean and very well appointed with magnificent views across the water. If you are planning a trip into St. Ives, we would recommend taking the train but don't go from the Hayle station! Instead, take the 4 minute drive down to the St. Erth train station and park up there as you will avoid having to wait around for the change of trains (easy parking too).

We chose Bird's Eye View for the views across Carnsew Pool, Hayle and Lelant, and we weren't disappointed! There was something interesting to look at each day! We enjoyed a lovely break at this spacious and well-equipped second floor apartment. The apartment's fixtures and fittings are of top quality, and a lot of thought has gone into ensuring you have a relaxing break. It's also very close by to Hayle Foundry Square and ASDA, so was easy for shopping and catching a bus to St Ives or Penzance, as well as looking at the shops and cafes in the area. Would definitely book this apartment again!

We stayed at birds eye view over Easter 2022. The place is absolutely amazing. Really spacious. Beautifully designed. Wonderful views over the carnsew pool and out to sea. A real treat in the morning to walk into the living room and look out to sea or sit there later and watch the sun go down. Everything was thought of we really could fault the place. That good we have booked again for next year.

This is the second time we have stayed here. Love the property and the view across the Hayle estuary.

Loved this apartment, very spacious, very clean, having everything you could need. With a great view and well situated in the town.

Superb property. It is in a great location, with lovely views across the estuary at Hayle. The property was immaculate with everything that we needed. Will definitely be booking this one again.

A lovely location and very nice views from the lounge. The facilities on site were excellent, with easy access via the train to St Ives. You can of course drive there but parking can be difficult in St Ives. Wonderful beach within easy walking distance. For anyone with mobility issues this would probably not be the ideal property due to the amount of stairs.

Superb, clean and spacious apartment. Easy to find and to get access into property. Cannot fault
