Once again we have enjoyed a thoroughly relaxing break in this excellent property. The views are wonderful and the flat is warm, clean, comfortable and furnished with everything you could possibly need.

The location, sea views and property are all fantastic. It’s everything you could want for a fantastic holiday in Cornwall.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week in this lovely, beautifully decorated and well appointed property and have no hesitation in recommending it as a wonderful place to unwind and enjoy the spectacular views.

A lovely modern apartment in a very convenient position, with views that take your breath away !d

A great location with allocated parking for one car.The apartment was very clean, well equipped with lovely decor. It felt like home from home and would highly recommend.

We spent another lovely week in this apartment. The views are stunning, the location is great and it provides everything one needs for a great holiday in Carbis Bay.

The accommodation was amazing...with lovely views out of the big window..and very spacious and was has described ...

This a wonderfully located apartment, close to the the station with access up maybe 8 steps. The kitchen area and bathroom is very well equipped and the view to St Ives is to die for.

Thoroughly enjoyed our week in Carbis Bay. Sea wave met all our expectations and as such have booked again for next week

The location was incredible! How can anybody get bored of that view?! The apartment had everything you could possibly need and was spotless. We loved walking the coastal paths and catching the train into St.Ives was much less stressful than driving.

This was our second stay at this apartment and once again we had an enjoyable stay.

Beautiful located apartment kitted with all home from home furnishings and utensils but with a super view of the coast, carbis bay and st ives. Train ride was most enjoyable being very close proximity of the station. Lovely stay and shall be returning. Allocated Parking ideal.

Lovely location, great views. Really close to the train station so very easy to get into St Ives £2 per person return. Becks Fish & Chips amazing. We also had a meal at The Badger in Lelant which was very nice and great service. We also visited The Firehouse Grill in St Ives which we have visited previously and it was good but sadly this time it wasn’t anywhere near as good and disappointing. We went on a Friday night, they had run out of chicken, couldn’t do the pie as oven broke and no pizza as pizza oven broke.

If you value great views, calm, pleasant walks, and a really good family apartment this is great. It’s comfortable and spacious and not flashily - and the better for it.

This apartment has a fantastic picture window with a view of Carbis Bay and St Ives to die for. The location is good, a short walk down, but steep back up! to the Bay and the Coast Path. The Station is 2 minutes away. Parking is provided which is great. The apartment is well equipped and in good, clean condition. Aspects presented the property in very clean condition.

Overall very good value for money & during the Covid pandemic the rules have been followed to the letter.

Its location gives opportunity for walks or drives to places of interest without any problem

We would definitely use this property again & not hesitate to recommend it to others

Amazing location with even more amazing views. Also so well equipped and comfy. We feel lucky to have been able to stay here.

Good, comfortable, and spacious accommodation with a wonderful view of St.Ives and Godrevy Lighthouse.

This property is great for location and sea views

Lovely spacious and comfortable flat with a sea view you won't want to leave. Well equipped and in a great location for Carbis Bay beach.

The view is outstanding ! Very well equipped and very clean apartment. The Netflix tv was great for a rainy day . Great location 5 min walk to beach and train into St Ives. Didn’t disappoint.

The apartment was excellent and very comfortable. A very enjoyable holiday, great location and stunning views over the bay. A short walk down a hill to Carbis bay or walk on round the corner through the woods coming out by Porthminster St Ives. There is a train that runs 1/2 hourly which is very handy and costs very little, it runs from Porthminster beach St Ives to St Earth and back.

A really lovely apartment with outstanding views. Great location. The train station was a short walk with trains running once an hour into St Ives - a 6 minute journey for just £1 (October 2018). Not having to take the car meant that we were able to enjoy the many bars and restaurants St Ives has to offer, including the Firehouse in Fore Street which has over 100 different gins to choose from. Penzance, Marazion, The Minack Theatre and Lands End are all a short journey away. Highly recommended.

Amazing view

Great location and view. Easy reach of carbis bay beach. All made very easy by Aspects. Thanks. We'll be back soon.

Sea Wave is a fantastic flat and we very much hope to stay there again. It was much larger than expected and everything was in great order; it all felt fresh and well looked after, and very clean and comfortable. The location is excellent as you can walk down to a beautiful beach within five minutes, up to the main road in a similar time, or into St Ives in about 20 minutes. You can also hop on the train round to St Ives, taking about three minutes. There were lots of games, books and DVDs in the flat and the view is just beautiful - the huge window looks out over the sea and across to the Island in St Ives or over to Hayle in the other direction. The only thing that is missing really is a private outside space, and/or easy access to the shared gardens.
