What a lovely apartment! Felt right at home as soon as we stepped in the door. Was lovely to sit on the balcony and watch the world go by too. Footpath to the main road is a definite plus!

Great quiet location from which to explore St Ives and beyond. Property decorated tastefully and extremely well equipped. Bus stop a short walk away - frequent bus service. Would definitely stay again.

Well what a great little find, never been to a place so well equipped there was everything you could think of in the kitchen. The welcome gifts were lovely milk, tea, coffee, sugar, and biscuits, very clean lovely and quiet, manual so you could operate oven etc.We will definitely be back to this place, thankyou once again.

Enjoyed another visit to 'Sea You Soon' and look forward to returning next year. Very clean, comfortable and cosy apartment. Many thanks for the welcome pack. Also well done Aspects.

great family location for leaving the car and walking to both the beach and St Ives centre, or if required a bus stop at the end of the road. You have a Tesco supermarket around the corner which also delivers! The apartment itself is clean and modern. has everything you need with some extra little touch's! would highly recommend and will be back again.

Enjoyed our holiday as we love the area but fear we will be priced out in the coming years.

What a fantastic apartment. It had everything and more that a family could need. Location is great and really convenient to have a large supermarket so nearby. We hope to come back for another stay in the future.

See you soon was absolutely fantastic. The level of cleanliness was absolutely supreme. The complimentary tea, coffee and biscuits was very welcoming after a long journey. The apartment was fitted out with quality items that we found to be cleaned and fresh. The apartment was welcoming, comfortable and cosy. The location was perfect for visiting (walking to St. Ives). We really really enjoyed our 1 week stay in See You Soon and we will definently re book.

P.S. booking thru Aspects Holidays could not have been easier.

excellent apartment well equipped just a little out of st ives but no problem

Perfect place to stay The owners thought of everything you would need for a lovely stay at Sea You Soon Some lovely touches If the apartment was somewhere where it wasn't so hilly we would return

Lovely clean and comfortable apartment. The transport links into St Ives we’re great so we didn’t use the car much at all! We would love to stay again!

It was a beautiful well appointed and maintained accommodation with everything you could have wished or thought of. The owners had thought of absolutely everything you would need including an arrival pack of essentials which was most welcome. I would definitely recommend this apartment. Thank you

This is a very well equipped property and has provided everything you would need for a vacation away from home. Good location with easy access to popular locations. Excellent provision of cleaning products were available in light of Covid-19. Comfortable king size bed ! Nice welcome pack on arrival. Parking not always easy with a larger car.

We had a great time at Sea You Soon!

The property is very comfortable and is in a great location. There's plenty of parking right outside the property which is always a bonus!

St Ives is only 3 mins away by train from Carbis Bay Station which is around 10 min walk from the apartment. You can also drive into St Ives, but we liked the train ride as it goes along the coast.

We enjoyed driving around to the various beautiful beaches and walked out to Godrevy Point which is a must. We also visited Geevor tin mine which was very interesting.

The apartment itself is very spacious and well equipped for a self-catering holiday. The bedrooms are furnished to a high standard and we loved the king-size bed and really comfortable mattress and pillows. The patio doors lead to a small balcony with a distant sea view. It's in a quiet cul-de-sac and we heard no noise from the other people in the apartment block.

We loved it so much that we're thinking of booking again for next year. :)

A lovely, well appointed apartment in a great location. Would highly recommend.

Lovely apartment. Great location. 10 minute walk to beach. 35 minute walk along beautiful coastal path to St Ives and 30 mins along pavement. Very well equipped. Clearly owned by very caring and careful owners. Would thoroughly recommend.

Lovely apartment to stop in Carbis Bay, easy for tesco and steady 25 minutes walk into St Ives. Apartment equipped with everything you could need .Bright and airy rooms. Lovely comfortable apartment to relax in after a busy day at the beach .10 minutes walk down to carbis bay beach , tiring walk back up but worth it . Great easy parking .

We absolutely loved our weeks stay at Sea You Soon. A beautifully decorated apartment with everything we could have needed. Very clean and comfortable. Short walk down steep hill to the gorgeous beach and abit of a hike back up but we didn’t mind. Kept us fit!! Great location, short walk into St Ives and a short drive to the other locations we wanted to visit (St Michael’s Mounts, Godrevy etc..) All in all a great find and would definitely stay there again! Thanks to the owners for having us.

Wonderful apartment felt like being at home loved it would recommend and go again

An excellent apartment well furnished with everything you could need. The tea, coffee and milk on arrival were a nice touch. The walk to the railway station and Carbis beach are down a steep hill those with mobility issues need to bear this in mind. If going to St Ives drive to St Earth Park and Ride park in the south car park as there is more space and catch the train from there. I cannot fault Sea You Soon and would definitely recommend it

This was our first time visit and would definitely look to return in the future. Level of comfort was excellent and made our stay feel very homely.

What a beautiful property! The level of hospitality was second to none. Thank you for helping to make our first trip to Cornwall so enjoyable, we’ll definitely be recommending to our friends and family and hope to be back one day!

Great property for those who wish to be based outside St Ives. Carbis Bay is a little gem of a beach and sadly overlooked by many. The property itself is one of if not the best we have ever stayed in. not for the elderly due to being on a hill though but for a young family I couldnt recommend enough.
