Really enjoyed our stay at Logan’s Court. A very well equipped comfortable and homely apartment. Would definitely stay again.

September 2023

We had a lovely stay at Number Two Logans Court (three adults, one child). It's on a lovely quiet crescent, with parking and wifi, 10mins down the hill to the beach and 5mins to the station, and the most amazing views over the bay. Great to have a balcony for drinking morning coffee and watching the boats bob on the azure ocean, the clouds dance across the sky in the day and shooting stars over night. Out of everywhere we have stayed over the years, this had the best equipped kitchen for cooking dinner with good quality pots and pans. The beds were comfy. The bedroom with the double bed is a little small (room to walk around the bed with a bedside cabinet, fitted wardrobe, but nothing else), but it's just somewhere to sleep, and the living space is lovely. We would happily stay again.

Really enjoyed our stay at Logan’s Court. A very well equipped comfortable and homely apartment. Would definitely stay again.

Booked this property the day before going on the spur of the moment and were so glad that we did. We were amazed when we opened the front door, the views were spectacular. Nearly everything you could wish for was there to use, i.e. washing up equipment, tablets for the dishwasher & washing machine (which played a lovely tune once programme ended!) tea/coffee/sugar/milk etc. Coffee machines etc, good stock of utensils in the cupboards and much more. Well decorated and furnished and it was a joy to sit at the dining table looking out through the patio doors towards Carbis Bay and the lovely blue sea. The sun shined all week for which we were grateful for. There is a very steep hill down to Carbis Bay but once down there, it is amazing and it is only a few minutes walk. There is a train station about 3 mins walk away but we never heard the train. We would visit this property again in the future.

We have just come back from a lovely holiday a two Logan’s Court. We would definitely recommend this apartment which has very high standards of cleanliness. It is extremely comfortable and is very well equipped. The apartment is in a great location, five minutes walk from the railway station and beach and is near to a Tesco supermarket. We would definitely return to this property again.

Yet another excellent stay at 2 Logans Court. A real home from home and a great touring base with good transport links.

Another enjoyable week spent at Number Two Logans Court, Carbis Bay.

Yet another delightful week at 2 Logans Court, very lucky with the weather. Have never known the sea so calm, there were even paddle boarders going between Carbis Bay and Gwithian Beach. Can't wait to come back again in March 2023.

Fantastic service by Aspects holidays from start to finish. Good information on website and friendly staff in the office when we picked up and dropped off the keys. The accommodation was excellent and even better than the photos. It was lovely and clean, excellent location and easy to get around on the train. If you like great accommodation, with fantastic views in a superb location then this is the place for you.

Fabulous holiday staying at Number Two Logans Court, excellent apartment, plenty of kitchen equipment if needed. Lovely spacious apartment. Great communication from Aspects, would definitely recommend.

Our 2nd time at Logans Court. We love it here . The location is perfect, accommodation is fab, beds are so comfortable and the apartment has stunning views. Cannot wait to return in hopefully the not to distant future.

Lovely apartment Well equipped Beautiful location near the train for ease of excess into St Ives. Brilliant parking Sadly bed not too comfortable for us the second bedroom might be better but we didn't try it. Noise from apartment above abit of an issue at times. I don't know if this was a resident or guests but got woken at 3am on several occasions with banging coming through the ceiling. Not the apartments fault and didn't spoil the holiday.

Thank you for your comments; that location is great, isn't it? We are very glad to hear that you enjoyed it. Though sorry to hear that you found that mattress uncomfortable; it can be very difficult to find mattresses that will suit everyone, and it is disappointing to hear that it was not to your preference. For now, we will monitor comments over the coming months. Noise from the neighbouring flats has only been mentioned once before. We believe that it is another holiday let, so the occupants will be different from one week to the next, which would explain why we do not often hear this kind of feedback. We were sorry to hear that you experienced that kind of noise at that hour but to reassure you, should you return in future, this does not seem to be a common occurrence. Tanya, Customer Services

Once again we have enjoyed a return stay to this property. The property is well equipped and comfortable and has everything you need for that relaxing break by the sea. We also look forward to future holidays in Carbis Bay. Many thanks for the goodies provided.

Mr Trueman - May 2022

This is our second time staying at Logans Court and we enjoyed another fabulous stay. The property has one of the best views of the St Ives bay you could ask for taking in St Ives itself all the way around to Godrevy lighthouse. The property is a very good size with a big, fully equipped kitchen including all of the essential 'store cupboard' ingredients to help you on your way. The main living space it bright and airy with two comfortable sofas, perfect for soaking up the view! We've stayed in many properties in Carbis Bay over the years but this is our favourite by far!

Good location, easy parking, great property. Always inspires me to buy something nearby and become an aspects property customer:-)

Yet another wonderful week in this apartment, excellent facilities and wonderful views. Can't wait to come back in September and agin next March.

You already have a couple from me but to recap,

A real home from home with everything you need for a comfortable holiday. Well equipped and beautifully well kept. A pleasure to come back to each day. Great location for touring or getting into St Ives

Fabulous apartment in prime location by the bay. Apartment is thoroughly equipped and comfortable. As others have mentioned, there is a problem with the smell of dampness, sometimes overpowering in places. Besides that it's a wonderful apartment in a peaceful location and would highly recommend

Reply from Aspects Holidays

We are glad to hear that you enjoyed the amazing location of this property and thank you for your helpful feedback. We have had one other comment on a damp smell that occurred last summer and so have monitored this closely since. It has not been something that had occurred again until now and with no visible sign of damp, we suspect that it was the result of a lack of ventilation in the previous week/s to your arrival. The beautiful beaches, sea views and slightly warmer, more humid conditions in this area are one of the biggest attractions but can also be a factor in causing damp smells in properties from time to time, though quickly disappears once aired. It certainly sounds like you still enjoyed it here, so hopefully we will see you back in this lovely part of the world again soon. Tanya, Customer Services

The apartment was faultless, very clean and comfortable in an excellent location. From the balcony it pretty much has panoramic views to St Ives and the Island on the left and Hayle, Godrevy and beyond to the right. We'll definitely be back.

Beautiful, well equipped, luxury apartment with stunning views. Would definitely recommend

Great location, stunning views. Flat very well equipped and comfortable. Highly recommended.

Such a beautiful apartment, amazing location with fantastic views. Everything you could possibly want for a stay. So clean and well presented. Very close to the lovely Carbis bay beach, definitely the best beach around.

Beautiful apartment, super location with stunning sea views. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you could wish for. We were so impressed we re-booked for next year during our stay there.

Lovely apartment. We had a wonderful holiday- ideal location for exploring South/West Cornwall. It is very quiet and has a lovely sea view! Our 8 month old daughter enjoyed crawling around the long hallways and living spaces. The kitchen is well equipped and the beds were very comfortable. It was beautifully clean and the temperature in the bedrooms is very easy to adjust using the nest. We had a lovely stay and would love to return again.

Having enjoyed many holidays in Carbis Bay over the years, this has to be one of the best properties we have stayed in, it really is a gem! The pictures don't do justice to this light and airy apartment which has some absolutely fantastic views from the front balcony. The kitchen was really well appointed with everything you could ever wish for, all of it clean and in really good condition (no chipped plates or stained pans here!) Both bedrooms were light and fresh, beds were comfortable and both both bathrooms were a good size and very clean. We loved the place so much that we re-booked for next year when we dropped off the keys! Great service from Aspects who handled the booking brilliantly in the face of all of the COVID challenges. Can't wait to come back next year!

Ideal location with parking, access to beach and train, great touring base.

Had a wonderful 2 weeks at 2 Logans Court, would definitely recommend Aspects Holidays and this apartment. Beautifully decorated, very clean, spacious, great location and parking. Will miss the lovely views and the friendly cat, Sooty from next door! Steep walk back to the apartment from the beach, so be prepared for that...lol! The anniversary card and bottle of Prosecco was a lovely suprise. Thank you!

Lovely apartment, everything you need for your stay, beautiful view and great to have parking just outside your door!

We recently stayed at Number 2 Logans Court and it was the perfect holiday apartment for my wife, myself and our two children. Its location above Carbis Bay gave us stunning sea views throughout the day. The beach is only about 6 mins walk away, the train station about 2 mins walk away. The walk to the beach has some stunning views, down a steep hill so could be difficult for those with mobility issues although there is a small car park at the bottom (which gets full quickly), just by the beach steps that you could quickly pull into to drop people off who may struggle on the hill.

The apartment itself was surprisingly large and had everything you would need for a comfortable stay. It was very clean, well kept and spotless. The kitchen facilities were excellent and had pretty much everything you would need, including things like electric whisks if you were in the mood for baking by the sea!

One of the most important points is its excellent parking facilities. Parking in the area can be difficult due to its popularity so its great to have a dedicated parking spot right outside the apartment, one thats easy to get in and out off.

We had a lovely holiday and enjoyed it so much we booked the apartment again for next year, as the apartment has everything you would possibly want for the perfect stay by the sea.

Fantastic apartment. Love coming here!

Positives - great location. Apt has all the amenities required for a holiday. Negatives - adjacent walls and above ceiling are so paper thin you could hear literally everything. We had a family above with kids running around for hours in the morning and then in return until past 11pm at night. Using the apt like a playground. We could hear folk going to the toilet, turning light on etc. Apt smelt of damp so badly it made us feel sickly especially going to bed.

Thank you for your review, though we are sorry to hear that you seemed to be very unlucky with your experience. This property has proved to be an exceptionally popular apartment with many guests returning year after year with glowing reports of their experience, so it is such a shame to read these comments. Whilst the very nature of apartments, having properties to the sides, above and below, can mean that you may hear others at times, the noise levels that you mention have certainly never been reported in any other reviews before, or when staff have visited the property, so we expect that this was a one-off where there were others occupying another property that may not have been as considerate to others. It really is such a shame to hear. We will keep a close eye on any other comments about the smell that you mentioned. Being close to the sea and experiencing more humidity in this region, damp smells can occur from time to time, which usually disappear very quickly once aired, and we suspect that with the properties all being left empty and not ventilated for a few months, with no-one allowed to occupy them, this may explain there being a musty smell. Again, this is not something that usually gets reported at this property so should you ever wish to return, we are confident it would be a very different experience for you. Tanya, Customer Services

Beautiful apartment with amazing views and everything you could possibly need. 2 minute walk to the train station to get into St Ives. So close to all the action but far enough away for complete peace and quiet. The parking was brilliant which is a bonus!

Excellent property in a quiet residential location with fabulous views. The property is very versatile and provides everything you could wish for and more. Very comfortable and relaxing, a real joy to come back to. We will be back.

Our second visit to Carbis Bay and Two Logans Court - the perfect location and set up for exploring the St Ives/Carbis Bay area. The fact that you can leave your car and walk along the coastal path to St Ives or just enjoy the lovely beach at Carbis is a bonus. Excellent facilities - very much a "home from home". Thank you - we will return.

The flat was clean, in perfect condition and really beautifully presented - clearly a lot of thought has gone into what people need to have to hand to relax and get on with their holiday. Easy and quick access to Carbis Bay station and the beach itself are brilliant - as is the parking spot, which let us park up and forget about our car until we needed it. All in all, this is one of the best-prepared places we've rented for a holiday.

This property is outstanding and way above what I expected on arrival. From the moment we walked in the door it was a WOW moment due to the view, location and facilities available. We were a party if four two of which were teenagers and had more than enough room and very close to all the local attractions. Will definitely by visiting again.

Wonderful accommodation everything thought of. Spotlessly clean fantastic location a few mins walk to the train to take you into St Ives. Also central to get to Hayle Lelant and St Ives. Fantastic Seaview from the balcony. Beautifully decorated inside. Large spacious apartment with lots of little personal touches that make it. Would not hesitate to recommend and can't wait to book again in the future.

A fabulous apartment with a wonderful view over Carbis Bay. The apartment wants for nothing and the owners have thought of everything you may need for your holiday, We would not hesitate to recommend this property to family and friends nor to re-visit ourselves. Needless to say we had a wonderful holiday.

This is our third visit and we are pleased to return again to this apartment. The location is in a quiet residential area of Carbis Bay and only a short walk to the railway station link to St.Ives and other local facilities. The apartment is very well equipped, maintained, comfortable and has everything you need for that wonderful break by the sea.

The property was absolutely perfect, with stunning views out from the balcony. It had all the mod cons and appliances you could possibly need. A home from home.

As previously mentioned a real home from home and a pleasure to come back to every day.

A beautiful apartment so tastefully furnished and decorated with a view to die for. Just book and see for yourself!!

Highly recommended ??

We had a great week in this lovely modern and well equipped flat in a residential area. Close to beautiful Carbis bay beach and easy walk or train ride along the coast to St Ives. Good choice of restaurants in walking distance. Be prepared for steep hills especially down to the beach.

The location in Carbis Bay is good for us. Comfortable and clean accommodation which has been well maintained. The local train is only a short distance away and very convenient for St. Ives etc. Everything you need for a good holiday by the sea.

Quality property. Very clean with everything modern and all we could hope for

The appartment was fabulous! So spacious and clean! In a lovely quiet spot but very near to beach and train station! Views were amazing! My kids were excited everyday returning back here at the end of the day! We will definitely be rebooking!

Great location and stunning view. Accommodation was perfect. Had a super week.

We found this to be a comfortable, well equipped and maintained modern apartment with everything you need for a short or longer break. The quieter location is very convenient for the local railway and main road links for further exploring. We enjoyed our stay and would certainly consider a return visit.

Lovely view, quiet, public transport good, a comfortable apartment in one of our favourite places

Fantastic quality with very up to date finish and equipment. Great for family or couple. Would definitely return.

Logan's court is a high quality wonderful apartment. It offers everything you could want from a holiday property and the location is excellent.

Beautiful cottage, great location, amaxing views. We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay in a really beautiful place in a very comfortable apartment with amazing views ??
