Blue Wheal is a lovely two bedroom apartment, that provides a welcoming, cosy, home from home feel as soon as you walk in the door. The open plan kitchen extends into the sitting area, ideal for the whole family when entertaining or dining in. You can pop out onto the balcony with your first coffee of the day, to enjoy the sea glimpses over the tree tops and feel the fresh Cornish air, while planning your adventures for the day ahead. The two bedrooms are ideal for a small family or couple and friends to use as a base and your very own parking space outside allows you to arrive and unload your belongings with ease.

A fifteen minute walk will take you to the nearby train station where you can enjoy one of the most beautiful scenic routes into St Ives and walk along the same, stunning, coastal path to head back towards the apartment. A quick stop on Carbis Bay Beach will give you the option to partake in a variety of water sports or to simply dine in the local beach club restaurant, where you may even see seals and dolphins swimming through the clear, blue, waters. Make the most of local restaurants as the evening draws in by visiting Spanish eatery La Casita where you'll be spoilt for choice with plenty of paella, tapas and sangria, or the popular Gannet Inn offers a hearty menu of home-cooked style food.

Good quiet location. Close to regular bus service into and back from town.

Nice property good location excellent kitchen parking a big bonus had a lovely week here

Nice apartment, great kitchen, spacious open plan, nice little balcony, sea glimpses. A few minutes from the bus stop.

We had a great time staying at Blue Wheal and would highly recommend for small families (4 of us).

Great location and plenty of parking directly outside. A large Tesco is only 5 minute walk away which was very handy and so many beautiful beaches to choose from.

The food at Local restaurant La Casita was excellent and highly recommend booking a table as soon as you arrive as it gets booked up fast!

There are some sea views from the property if you look hard enough and a balcony to sit out on with a glass of wine when the kids are in bed.

Great property with all you need for a comfortable stay. The location is brilliant for visiting St Ives and there are numerous sandy beaches around to enjoy.

Lovely little flat in a quiet residential area.On bus route plus short walk to tesco to stock up on groceries if you wanted to cook in the very well equipped kitchen.Would love to visit again .

We enjoyed our stay at Blue Wheal, a lovely, well-equipped apartment, which also felt homely and welcoming. Ideal location too - easy walking distance to local restaurants, transport services and supermarket. Good to have a a parking space as well.

What can we say about this property- we do a lot of walking around Cornwall and the location of this property was perfect. Sited in a quiet cul-de-sac with free safe parking and distant sea views through the trees from the apartment, the description did not do it justice. It is an approximate 25 minute walk to St Ives or 15 minutes to Carbis bay then a 20 minute walk along the coastal path by the railway line to St Ives, both walks are filled with fantastic views but isn't that what we are here for? The apartment was great, so clean and everything catered for during our stay. Just to let you know that our valuation is taken on two of us staying at the property and we had 6 out of 7 days perfect sunny warm weather in September. The weather makes it all.

Beautiful property and location. Loved it so much I have booked again for next year and passed the details onto many friends and family.

lovely clean apartment , perfect for our stay . The walk to the beach was down a very steep hill but only took 15-20minutes. The walk into st Ives town centre was about 25minutes or you can take a short train ride. The apartment is 5 minutes away from a supermarket and the local pub 10 minutes walk , which does lovely food. a great Holiday, would stay again .

Another amazing & FABULOUS holiday with Aspects! Aspects never fail to impress! This was a last min hol due to the heatwave & wow this property was just PERFECT & exactly what we wanted. After a beautiful stay in St. Ives in May, it was an absolute joy to this time stay in Carbis Bay. We have stayed before at Compass Point which was equally fabulous. Now 2 years later it was fun to have a diff walk down to the beach through the beach path which is so easily accessible from this perfect property. A lovely paddle saying 'To the beach' was just a delight & lovely to see the bayline train through the trees on the way too, adding to the romance. The property was cosy, comfortable & well equipped with everything we needed. So homely with just the right amount of touches & as always with Aspects, LOVELY quirky finishings.....my fav were the crab claw salt & pepper shakers! A lovely crab on the bedroom wall, shells over the mirror, a lovely starfish blanket in the other bedroom, seagulls on the lamp in the living room, puffin pic on the wall as well as a lovely shell feature. A shell on the lightpull in the bathroom! All so fabulous! A lovely selection of children's books & games! I love the beach theme to the property.......even the yellow fluffy rug looked like sand! The balcony with the table & chairs was lovely to sit & look out to the sea as we eagerly anticipated another fun filled day at the beach with gloriously turquoise waters.......I've been to beaches in the Southern Hemisphere & South Pacific & in my opinion St. Ives & Carbis Bay is equally beautiful & in many ways nicer as we soak up the romantic cornish atmosphere....id never go anywhere else! The coastal walk into St. Ives was another pleasant experience & eating cruffins up at the highest point overlooking the beaches & quaint houses was just magical. Thank you to everyone at Aspects for another truly magical & memorable holiday!

Great location ,everything we needed ,st ives never disappoints. We had a lovely stay

I found the flat clean , comfortable and with a very well equipped kitchen ( although there is no freezer compartment in the fridge, which seemed a bit strange)

The location is good with lovely views over the treetops to the sea . The building was quiet and, although the main road is quiet near , the sound of the traffic wasn’t a problem .

I would definitely stay there again

We spent an enjoyable week in Blue Wheal and would stay here again. Quiet location away from the hustle and bustle of St Ives but a 30 minute walk along the road or coastal path gets you there easily. The apartment provided everything that we needed to make our stay peaceful and pleasant.

Lovely property, tastefully decorated throughout and great to have views of the sea. The location was ideal with easy access into St Ives via bus or train or a pleasant 25 min walk. Would definitely recommend and hope to return.
