Excellent apartment,excellent location and everything for a great holiday

Really clean and spacious apartment with amazing views of Carbis Bay beach. Very well equipped kitchen with all you need. Very quiet location. The hill from the beach upto the apartment is very steep so you need to be fit.

We have just returned from an amazing 2 weeks the apartment location is fantastic near beach and local train line .
The only issue we had was the cleanliness of the apartment on arrival even though states pets not allowed it was full of pet hair so I had to clean before unpacking but didn’t let this ruin what was a fabulous holiday in a location we adore ??

A wonderful, spacious apartment with amazing views. Very clean and great kitchen, well-equipped. 5 minutes walk from the station, so a great location for us as we were holidaying using public transport.

We had a wonderful holiday, in Carbis Bay. Everything you needed was in the Apartment. The welcome pack was much appreciated, we even had a vase of roses, so thoughtful. Apartment was spotless, spacious & bright. The view was beautiful. 5 mins from Tesco By car or a nice 15 minute walk. 5 minutes from train station, That will take you to St Ives, which is needed, has Finding a parking space in St Ives is very difficult. A lovely 10 minute walk down to the beach. I will definitely be booking again with Aspects very attentive service. Thankyou Elizabeth Allen & Family

Lovely spacious top floor apartment with excellent sea views either side of the building in front. Only a few minutes walk down to the fabulous beach, but remember Carbis bay is a very hilly place so coming back is not quite so easy :) ! Be aware though that the building works on the new apartment block next door can be noisy. We were disturbed from 8:00am or earlier on 6 days of the 7 we stayed.

A beautiful, well equipped and furnished apartment sleeping 6 comfortably. Outstanding views from lounge window and balcony. Good location for beach, St. Ives, railway station and supermarket. However, there are many steps down from car park and up to apartment so would not suit very old or young.

We had a really great week in the apartment. It was in a perfect location and it was spotlessly clean. The blinds in the twin bedded room need replacing as they were broken. Maintenance did attend straightaway but they were still not useable. Also, there is no wardrobe in the twin bedded room which was a shame. Need more coat hangers in the master bedroom. These are all minor observations. I would definitely stay in the apartment again. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic apartment, impressive views and comfortable space while in Carbis Bay.

We had a fantastic week in 9 Riviera Apartments to celebrate my brother's wedding. The apartment was superb and had everything we needed. There are a lot of steps but they didn't bother us. We have two kids of 6 and 4 and they saw the steps as an exciting challenge. The apartment was clean, spacious, comfy and bright. The location is great and the beach and train are about 5 mins walk away. The views are breathtaking. We loved it so much we immediately booked again for next year.

After being locked down for a year or so we were able to spend a long weekend with our son and his family as we were in a childcare bubble. The apartment is in a superb location, so handy for the excellent beach, and access to St Ives. Our grandchildren had a great time, although help was needed building sandcastles and dam making ! I would recommend the apartments, providing you are relatively fit to cope with the steps and steep slope up from the beach. I look forward to our next visit.

Spacious Penthouse apartment on 2 floors. Lots of steps down and up - not ideal for the elderly or the very young! Panoramic views. Less than 5 minute walk from the train station with regular service to St Ives and St Erth. Would stay again.

Clean, light and very spacious. More than enough space for our 2 families of 3. Great little private pathways that take you straight to the train station and the beach. Has everything you need in the apartment. Would definitely return.
