What’s not to like

Perfect location ,good for local transport, what’s not to like, looking forward to our next visit in December

Stayed at another of the Carrack Gladden Apartments last year. Nice patio, wonderful views from the apartment. Handy for the beach and station but it's a bit of a walk up to the excellent Tesco.

These properties are built in a very popular area, right near a lovely beach. The property We rented was 15 Carrack Gladden. Good parking . Needed a thorough Deep clean!!
Unfortunately, it was terrible weather, so we were indoors quiet a lot . Didn’t enjoy any of it! It should be mentioned that the road down (and back) to the beach, is very steep and not suitable for people with walking difficulties.

Reply from Aspects Holidays

We were so sorry to hear from you at the time, that you had departed early, with the weather being so bad that week. It can restrict your activities a bit, but 15 Carrack Gladden is a great place to be able to watch those storms rolling in, and the waves crashing in. Whilst the property itself is ideal for those with more limited mobility, due to the level access from the parking area, with just one step into the communal area and no stairs in the property, the walk to the beach may not be suitable. To get those fantastic views over Carbis Bay, you are elevated above the beach, which will involve a steep hill to walk up and down to the beach. We were also sorry to hear of your disappointment at areas of the cleaning. The owner now has a new housekeeper who has since carried out a deep clean in the property. Tanya, Customer Services

Been staying here for 5 years now and hope for many more.

Thanks Aspects for an excellent holiday

The view fantastic .cleaning defiantly needs to be addressed .I would not stay again.

Thank you for your review. We were ever so sorry to read that you felt the cleanliness of the property wasn't up to the high standards that both you and we would expect, but we were extremely grateful that you raised this with us at the time of your stay so we could put things right for you. We have passed your feedback over to the property owner's housekeeper and we will continue to monitor this going forward. We do hope that we will get the chance to welcome you back again in the near future. Ben Customer Services.

Another lovely stay at this apartment. Will never tire of the wonderful view. Lovely walks to Hayle and St Ives or easily accessible by the train.

We have been before to the location but not to number 15. It was perfect for my son and I. We love the location hence returning but the flat in particular was fantastic. Large bed and lots of space for two of us. Really easy to book with Aspects so would certainly book through them again.

No 15 is warm and welcoming, very well equipped and comfortable. Beautiful views. Lovely walk to St Ives for the reasonably fit or an alternative easy train trip.

We don't want to tell everyone how good 15 Carrack gladden is or they will all want to book it.

Aspects provide a A+ service.

A top class apartment with stunning views.

Loved our weeks holiday, great location with great views, Lovely coastal walk into St Ives Will be happy to book for next year,

This apartment will not disappoint.

We had a super 3 night stay in May. Unfortunately the weather was awful so we didn’t get to take advantage of the lovely terrace with furniture looking over Carbis Bay beach. Perfect for two people. Apartment is well decorated, and equipped with everything you need.

Lovely apartment, ideal for 2 people, cosy, warm and well equipped

Fantastic location. Outdoor terrace with a gorgeous view of the bay. Convenient for coastal path into St Ives with easy access to the train station should you prefer. Apartment very comfortable and well equipped. Parking space an added bonus. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect location, stunning view, lovely up to date furnishings, will definitely be back!

One thing to note...it’s a little dark in there, brighter light bulbs are needed.

Thanks for letting us know. We will pass that information on to the housekeeper so that they can gradually replace them with brighter ones. Tanya, Customer services

Lovely, cosy apartment with great views and a shared terrace. 30 min walk into St.Ives and good base for exploring and walking coastal path and western Cornwall.

Fantastic guest accommodation if like me you have minor health issues. But always very clean, comfortable and I did not have to use my car once parked up outside. ??

This is a lovely well appointed apartment with the most amazing views over the beach. A short walk or train ride to St Ives, or Hyle and good road access to the rest of West Cornwall. We would thoroughly recommend this apartment.

Lovely apartment. Great views. Welcome pack very useful. Nice to have a dishwasher and washing maybe especially if you were there for two weeks. Peacefully place. Would go again

We love the location of this apartment although now in our 70s the walk to and from the beach is somewhat arduous but still worth the effort. The beautiful view from the apartment is worth the long journey from the Midlands . We hope to return soon .

Comfortable fantastic location were there last year and have booked for next

Perfect apartment for two. Very comfortable with lovely furnishings. Easy walk in to St Ives or the train runs regularly too.
