Lovely apartment and clean. Welcome pack was lovely. Ideal location and what helps off road parking was brilliant

We had a lovely stay at gull rock retreat the apartment was fantastic, very clean spacious and comfy (home from home) had all the amenities needed and more, secure but easy access to the property and only 5 minutes away from the beach and to top it off we had the best weather all week so thank you for making our holiday so memorable, would highly recommend Steve & Lesley Nottingham

This apartment was amazing, it had everything you need for your stay, the view is pretty great also, you only have a tunnel view but it's still great. It's on the 3rd floor but has a lift, and also an underground garage. Porth beach is at the bottom of the hill, a 5 minute walk but just a heads up its very steep coming back up. There is a bus stop right in front of the building and you can get a weekly ticket which you can use any bus to take you all over Cornwall. The beds are very comfy with lovely bedding and towels which is great that you don't have to take any, only your beach towels. Overall this apartment is great and we had an amazing holiday.

This is a very comfortable apartment with great sea views from the lounge. Everything is first class. Extremely clean and of good quality. All that you need for your holiday stay is there. Good wi-fi reception, great showers, car park space in basement. Not far from beach for surfing. Highly recommended!

We had a lovely week at this well equipped apartment. The weather wasn’t brilliant so it was great to return to a very comfortable warm apartment. Couldn’t have asked for more.

I would point out that the apartment is set back from the front of the building and so the view you get is tunnel vision between the sides of the buildings so you cannot see to the left or right.

Only one set of keys are given so if two couples are sharing maybe ask for a second set so both parties can gain access independently.

Also the ramp down to the underground car park is very narrow so if you are a nervous driver do be careful.

We loved this apartment! It felt like we were abroad given the overall layout of the apartment block, sea view and the beautiful beach opposite. The place was spotless on arrival. Thank you to Jane the housekeeper. Great homely furnishings, easy to operate hob and oven, great shower. It was a pleasant space to spend the one rainy day we had and was lovely to see the sea sparkle from the sofa on the sunny days. Location was fabulous. On the coast path for walks to Newquay and Watergate Bay. Near to Crantock, St Agnes in one direction driving and Mawgan Porth, Mother Ivey's Bay in the other. We would definitely recommend Gull Rock for a relaxing holiday.

Very comfortable well equipped apartment. Quiet location outside Newquay’s main resort but walking distance to Porth beach, although it is at the top of a short steep hill. Aspect holidays were excellent. We had a query about bedding and it was resolved within 24 hours.

What a lovely place to stay, great view of the coastline and a great location for getting out and about/jumping straight on to the coastal path. It was lovely to find a welcome note and little gift from the owners and it was a great response and sensible approach to dealing with COVID. Thanks for a lovely stay! We’ll definitely come back!

Gull Rock Retreat was everything that we could have wished for and have everything that you needed to enjoy your holiday. Gull Rock is in a fantastic location over looking the sea and is a great location and on a bus service into the town and close to all amenities. Wonderfully equipped with super comfortable beds and sofa. The kitchen and it's contents were better than I have at home. What also made our holiday which for decorated for my 50th birthday and lovely cakes, a bottle of fizz and a card was left from Aspect Holidays .10/10 for the property and the service from Aspect from us and hope to visit again in future and would 100% recommend Aspect Holidays to family and friends,

We are just back from a week at Gull Rock, such a lovely well equipped comfortable home from home. Great location for easy drives to all the places we wanted to visit.

Gull Rock Retreat is a perfect home from home - even better than home. Wonderfully equipped with super comfortable beds and sofa. The kitchen and it's contents were better than I have at home. The visitor book has been completed by guests and the owners during their stays with lots of information and recommendations. The apartment is in a perfect location, unless you have mobility issues. The beach is just over the road and down 135 steps, and the local pub is great. I would definitely recommend to friends and family and hope we can stay here again. Thank you to Aspect Holidays for having Gull Rock Retreat in your portfolio - it's great.

Aspects Holiday is 9/10 service... I say this because even though they are great, there's always room for improvement. .. I just don't know what! ;-)

Fantastic clean modern apartment, we loved our stay a gull rock.

The apartment was luxurious with all the equipment needed. Location could only be improved by moving the apartment onto the beach!! This is a place to relax, to walk, to unwind, to enjoy.

Gull Rock Retreat is a fantastic property situated close to the beach. Great sea views. The owners attention to detail was second to none as they had thought of everything to make the stay enjoyable and as comfortable as possible. The property was immaculately maintained and clearly well loved by its owners. The location meant that we could explore Cornwall at our own pace. The apartment is lovely and exactly as pictured. It was a stones throw from Porth Beach and is located next to lots of amenities. We would definitely stay here again!
