Fabulous apartment - very clean and modern and most amazing view. Would definitely return -weather was good too!

What a fantastic apartment! Just walking in on our first day we were blown away by the panoramic views overlooking the sea. Sitting out on the balcony and being able to watch the sun set over the sea was magical and we have made some wonderful memories! The apartment was clean really well furnished had everything we needed as a couple with two young children, including a full equipped kitchen if you choose to dine in, there is nothing I can fault. Would definitely recommend!

7 Watergate View is a first class apartment furnished and equipped to a high standard. The view overlooking Whipsderry beach on the Cornish Coastline is superb. Open the bi-fold doors and watch the sunset over the coastline is a delight. The coastal path is on your doorstep, a 30 minute walk takes you to Watergate Bay. Plenty of choice of restaurants here from casual dining at Wax to fine dining at Zacry’s. A further 50 mins walk on the coastal path will take you to Mawgan Porth beach where you’ll find more choice of restaurants. Gwenna Teahouse at Porth beach for breakfast or lunch is a must. The location of this apartment is a good base to explore North Cornwall by car, walk the various sections of the SW coastal path or surf the many beaches along the coastline.

Go for the view! Seriously, that’s the main reason to book …. This apartment is well equipped, very comfortable, close to the beach and all that, but so are many other holiday lets. This one gives a fabulous view straight over Whipsiderry beach, Porth island, down to Porth beach with Newquay in the distance. If you’re fortunate enough to have boisterous weather, it’s spectacular! And even when it’s calm, the sea is gently mesmerising - we spent hours just watching. The surf store has plenty of room for body boards and wetsuits, and the outside shower is a nice facility too

Thoroughly enjoyed our return visit to this apartment. An excellent location and it has everything which one could wish for.

Gorgeous, spacious apartment in superb location, with the sea right opposite. Really comfortable and spotlessly clean. Loved watching the sunset over the sea in the evenings and being able to walk down the road to the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Wow - from the moment we walked in to the moment we left was like a poetic dream.

The view was beyond instagrammable with friends asking where are we staying in.

Fantastic cottage views to die for and super clean and comfortable you couldn’t ask for more we throughly enjoyed our 2 weeks and we were so sad when it came to going home. Starter pack very good including coffee pods — many thanks. We agree with previous reviews that the pictures on the website don’t exactly tell the story — it’s much better than the pictures we will certainly return

Fantastic apartment, even with a young toddler there was plenty of room. Had everything you could think you would need. The beach was lovely and close and the local places to eat were fab. Highly recommend and will definitely be going back.

Excellent holiday in this well equipped stunning apartment. The views are awesome, and you can spend time relaxing and watching the tide coming in and out. The apartment's location is ideal for accessing all of the beaches around Newquay and the South West Coast Path.

Stunning view from lounge. Could easily just sat on couch or balcony watching the sea. Nicely surprised by good range of welcome pack tea, coffee, milk, bread, butter etc. Very, very clean and comfortable. All good quality furnishings. Great base to explore Cornwall from. Will definitely be coming back. ??????????

Everything was just perfect. We felt very welcome and enjoyed the stay a lot. There have been several nice surprises which we didn't expected like fresh bread, butter, milk and tea and board games or toy for the kids. Besides the beautiful furnishing is the view just amazing! On could sit on the sofa the whole day and watch the sea and the beautiful sunsets. I hope we'll return for another stay. Thank you so much!

7 Watergate View is an exceptional apartment. Modern, spotlessly clean and incredibly comfortable. The views are amazing and the proximity to the beach is great. It was a great base to explore different parts of Cornwall from. Would have no hesitation in booking again in future years.

The key safe needs moving to , it’s a nightmare to get the key. Would not stop me going to this wonderful apartment again though. It’s simply beautiful.

You will not be disappointed with this apartment. Superb high standard throughout and the view and location is to die for. Just sit and watch the waves crash against the rocks. We had sun, wind and heavy rain but loved it all from the comfort of this amazing apartment!

We had a lovely relaxing week. The view is superb with comfy sofas to admire it from. If the weather is bad there's a decent large screen TV with all the streaming apps available. The kitchen is very well equipped, even if the appliances need a training course to operate! The tea, coffee, sugar, milk and even coffee pods for the coffee maker were a nice touch. Everything was clean and tidy, including the communal areas. The only thing I could say as a negative was the bifold doors were a little difficult to close and maybe need some adjustment, but that really was a small issue. Planning when to go back again.

An excellent location for the south and north coast with an amazing view. A very comfortable apartment with all amenities. Our second stay and would highly recommend.

This apartment has a stunning outlook (even better than the photos on the website!) and we could have happily stayed all week just looking at the view! The apartment felt luxurious and was spotlessly clean with everything you need. The beach hut storage was ideal for our body boards and windbreak. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped with nice touches such as the coffee pod machine. This apartment was very stylish and in a perfect location for our family of four (with two teenage boys). We had a great stay and we would recommend this apartment wholeheartedly.

A great holiday spent in this fabulous apartment, close to local amenities, great walks and easy reach of major routes to travel further afield. Beaches are spectacular around Newquay and Porth. Would definitely recommend and will be back ourselves.

We have just spent a week in June at the wonderful 7 Watergate View and what a "view" it was.....absolutely breathtaking. We could all have happily spent every minute of the day just sitting on the balcony or curled up on the comfortable sofas looking out at the sea. We found the apartment to have everything we needed and particularly enjoyed the fact that all of the equipment and facilities were modern and of a very high spec. The apartment was cleaned to a high standard and comfortable in every way. We really struggled to fault anything about it and will definitely be returning. The views are beautiful and the apartment itself is great, it has everything you need, very clean and the kitchen/bathrooms are fab. Also in a good location.

Unfortunately it was noisy! If there are people staying in the neighbouring apartments you can hear every footstep, door slam, shout/scream! We were disturbed late night and early morning nearly all week so didn't sleep well and for this reason wouldn't book this one again. It's a lot of money to be disturbed by neighbours!

Lovely location for a quiet getaway with stunning views across the bay. Very modern with latest technologies integrated. Free Wifi worked well and owner provided all appliance manuals. Can be a little noisy if winds are high..
