This colourful two-bedroom apartment is perfect for couples and small families, even the pooch, wanting a well-equipped, comfortable, base while being a stone's throw away from the harbour. Make the most of dining al fresco as you eat breakfast and lunch on the balcony, with the sun shining over you right through to mid-afternoon.
There is plenty on offer to suit all ages in this popular town, taking you through day and night, from locally made jewellery stores, perfect for a holiday souvenir or two, to coffee shops, local bakeries and markets, not forgetting the stunning sandy beaches offering water sports equipment hire including kayaking, surfing and paddleboarding. This is our 3rd visit to this property we love it. The location is perfect, the view is stunning, close to all the amenities and you can reach all the beaches with ease. Even the loading and unloading the car has become part of the fun of staying here.

The Warren is a beautifully quiet and quaint spot, tucked away yet only a short and gentle walk to Porthminster beach and the heart of St Ives town. Lovely location and comfy beds but property changed since photos were taken. The balcony has been replaced as has the balcony furniture. The bath screen replaced with a curtain which due to tap location means curtain sticks to you in shower. Panel in bathroom has delaminated. Washing machine handle broken, toilet roll holder broken. In need of some TLC.

Lovely little place close to the harbour has everything you need & more. Down side is the parking it’s 20 minute walk away if your going to use the bus service make sure you have change, overall very pleased and would definitely book to stay here again and Darcy our dog also enjoyed her stay ??
