Sea Views is a beautiful apartment in an elevated position of St Ives. It boasts stunning views, as its name suggests, stretching out beyond Godrevy Lighthouse, that can be enjoyed as soon as you wake up from the master bedroom, or while preparing some lunch in the kitchen which leads through to the sitting room. This inviting, duplex apartment offers two comfortable bedrooms, an allocated parking space and a cosy balcony, perfect for dining al fresco during the warmer evenings. Within 10 minutes you can be strolling across the sand or swimming in the sea, on the popular Porthmeor beach, where water sports equipment can be hired, from surf boards to kayaks. The town has a variety of eateries, shops and boutiques, along with entertainment for all ages; get competitive in the family-friendly arcade or enjoy a boat trip to Seal Island before returning back to your home for the week, to relax in front of your favourite film with a glass of wine, ahead of exploring West Cornwall the following day.

This pet friendly apartment means your pooch doesn't have to miss out and you can enjoy a trip, or two, to the year-round dog-friendly beach Bamaluz where all are welcome to play and swim.

I am going to decline leaving a review as we loved the flat & don't want to say anything negative to put off other visitors. I'm sure the 2 things l mentioned can be looked into & then it really will be perfect!!!

It's a lovely place to stay. Views to die for, clean, comfortable, well equipped. We've already booked for next year

We stayed at Sea Views for three nights, the apartment was very clean, bright and modern. It has everything you need.
The beds were really comfortable and from the main bedroom the View -WOW! Sitting in bed looking out across the bay, amazing sea views. Spectacular views from the kitchen, lounge and bathroom. A really lovely apartment in a fantastic location to St Ives, a short stroll downhill to lively bustling shops, restaurants and bars and the bay. We got a taxi back to the apartment as it is very hilly, it cost around £4.50 there are a couple of taxi ranks so you don’t have to wait long at all. We would definitely stay here again and the service from Aspects holidays was excellent, we will be booking our next holiday very soon.

Sea Views is exactly what it says, amazing panoramic views of St Ives bay, to get those views you need to be good at the hill walking back up from the town. A lovely apartment with a very well equipped kitchen. Bedrooms had good storage. As you would expect with Aspects the bedding and towels were fresh and clean.

Poor location with uninspiring views, the patio area, windows and various areas of flooring were unclean.

The steps leading upto the property are rickety and felt unsafe.

The friendly local bobbies were in attendance to address neighbouring issues (unrelated to the property)

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that the location and views were not what you were expecting. We try to show the location as best as we can on the map on our website and include images to show the exterior of these flats and the views that you can expect. We completely appreciate that the properties in that area are not the quaint, traditional fisherman's cottages that are typically what you picture when you think of St Ives, and you are a bit of a walk from the centre of the town, but with that location, you get a lot more space and value. We would like to reassure you that the stairs are safe, but admittedly are not the prettiest of entrances to the property. They could certainly do with a jet wash, but unfortunately with a hosepipe ban in place, this is not something that can be organised currently. The management company who are responsible for the communal areas there, have been passed on the feedback and it sounds as though they have plans to improve the appearance of these steps soon, so we will keep in touch with them about that, to find out when. We hope that you noticed a difference after the owner's housekeeper reattended to sweep off the moss and cobwebs from the balcony and wash down the floor again. They had already cleaned the flooring, but often the cleaning product can leave a sticky residue, so once this was washed down again, we hope it was much better for you. We were also sorry to hear that there had been an issue with a neighbour while you were there. This is not something that we have heard of there before, but with many properties there being holiday lets, it is quite possible that it was a one-off. We will of course closely monitor this. Good

Overall a really nice apartment, good value for the money with lovely sea views The apartment was modern and tastefully furnished. The location was a nice short walk from the beech and was also long enough to take in the local area. There is a convenient small park next to the apartment for children to play and plenty of green space if you have a dog.

Thank you from the Carley Family :0)
