The Studio is a luxurious, brand new, two bedroom house, peacefully tucked away behind Fore Street, but still offering access to The Wharf with ease. Not only does your family have the option to dine al fresco in the summer sun, you can start your day the right way, with a coffee on the balcony, while gazing out over the Harbour. This reversed level property also offers allocated parking at The Rugby Club, meaning you can explore West Cornwall and beyond without having to worry about finding a space on your return. The open plan entrance level has been decorated and furnished beautifully by the owners, and provides a very welcoming, calming, flow throughout.
Whether friends or family will be joining you on your stay or you're looking for a romantic getaway for two, you're sure to enjoy a wonderful holiday here at The Studio and will be booking your return trip before you've even departed. For those who appreciate St Ives for its secret shortcuts and mysterious alleyways, take a tour down through the passageway at the front of the property and you'll very quickly find yourself popping out onto Virgin Street, follow the path down and before you know it you'll be surrounded by the shops, bars and restaurants the town has to offer, not forgetting the famous, golden, beaches where you can lay back, relax and wash your worries away.

The studio is a beautiful, well appointed property, in a prime location with great views over St Ives to the harbour. There is a fabulous oudoor space to enjoy which is quite rare in the centre of St Ives. Access to the property is along a narrow alley next to private property and can be hard to find so be sure to check exact location prior to arrival. The property has a prime central location, but be warned the climb up the hill every day is not for the faint hearted! The free parking space at the rugby club is some cosiderable distance from the Studio but there is a public carpark near by which we used on a few occassions.

What can I say about The Studio? It would take all day to describe our delight - it was immaculately clean, beautifully furnished, the views were stunning, the position was so handy. A real comfortable holiday home, which blew our expectations out of the water, it felt like every detail had been thought about. A delicious cream tea was set out waiting for us when we opened the door. No on site parking but a parking space is reserved at the Rugby club. This felt hassle free for us as once unloaded we took the car to the Rugby club and enjoyed the walk back soaking up the beautiful views of St Ives. We would most definitely stay here again. Stayed in St Ives with Aspect holidays many times, but this was definitely my favourite.

A light, spacious & airy holiday home with stunning views of St Ives & beyond. Lovely balcony & garden. Very peaceful, quiet & comfortable (especially the beds.) in a great location. Parking is a real bonus. We loved every minute of our week at the studio.

I must apologise for the door handle not being addressed in time for your stay. We were made aware of the issue, had trades attend, a part was on order, but unfortunately, the company who were supplying the part, let us down twice and a second company have since let us down on supplying this part as well. The owner completely understands the inconvenience of this, and we are sorry that we have not been able to assist them in getting this resolved any quicker at this stage. We did a lot of research to find a property in St Ives that had great views but was also easy walking distance to shops, restaurants and the beach. The Studio certainly delivered and exceeded our expectations!
Our plan to park in the nearby car park to unload was scuppered as it was full, but we managed to find a place to stop and then the parking space at the Rugby Club avoided having to drive in and out of town. This minor inconvenience is the price you pay for a fantastic property, right in the hub of St Ives, but still incredibly peaceful.
The Studio had everything you could need and we appreciated the milk, biscuits and extra touches that helped us feel at home as soon as we arrived. I would certainly recommend this property and we hope to return next time we come to St Ives.

We had a fantastic week at the Studio. It certainly has the wow factor! Great location only a couple of minutes from the hustle and bustle of St Ives. It was very peaceful though and a great place to chill and relax. Having a parking space at the Rugby Club was a bonus. We only moved it once during the week and although it is a bit of a trek to walk up to the Rugby Club there is an excellent bus service that runs from the Tate which again is just a stones throw from the Studio. All in all would highly recommend it and we are already planning next year's stay!

An oasis of calm tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the town!
We have just returned from a week's stay at The Studio - it was a joy from start to finish.
The views over the town and out to sea are simply stunning! We could have sat on the balcony all day.
It is a superbly equipped property with everything we needed and then some. We have been to St Ives regularly over the years and can safely say The Studio is the pick of the properties we have stayed in by a mile!
The location is fantastic, being only a few minutes walk from Porthmeor Beach and the town itself. The access is quite narrow in parts, but this is St Ives and pretty much the norm! We loved it.

Fantastic location and beautiful view. Apartment is in excellent condition and loved the outdoor space. Just a couple of suggestions to improve the stay … Property could benefit from a barbecue and also a curtain in the main living area. We where fortunate enough to have amazing weather and the living room/kitchen area was uncomfortably hot, feel a curtain to keep this area cool would help. Not detracting from this we had a wonderful week in the Studio.

We loved our week at the Studio, a beautiful, stylish, spacious apartment with fabulous views from all rooms, the Sunny balcony and mediteranean style garden made it lovely to sit outside too. Great location for St Ives at the top of one of the prettiest streets!

We are glad you liked this lovely property and those beautiful views from there. Unfortunately, a lot of the traditional fishing villages were not built with today's traffic in mind and so the roads can be quite narrow, and parking is very limited in the town. The owners have managed to secure a parking space at the rugby club, and so although this is a bit of a walk from the property, we hope that you enjoyed the convenience of having a guaranteed space, rather than searching around for a space to become available in one of the local car parks.
