Enjoyed our Stay at Lazy Wave - the location of the property is ideal, it has a lovely look and feel about it, and the sea views from the two front bedrooms are lovely.

Lovely cottage , airy , light and lovely views from the top. Be prepared for steep climb from the town center my 81 year mother found muscles she never knew existed! but on the plus side burns the calories so you can indulge in all the lovely food.

Lovely property, very spacious and comfortable. Lovely outside space to sit and enjoy coffee in the morning or an aperitif in the evening. The walk up the hill will help walk off the calories from excellent food served in the fab restaurants in St. Ives. Would definitely stay at Lazy Wave again.

This is a beautiful house. Warm and spacious. Stunning views. First floor bedrooms gorgeous. Very lucky to have an outside space which is really pretty.
High up between harbour and Porthmeor but not to painful!

Previously stayed here in August 2018 enjoyed our stay then and again now, great location for town and porthmeor beach. Love the outside space, very comfortable beds and open plan seating area. Light and airy all through. We had a thoroughly fabulous week weather wise too! Would highly recommend

We stayed at Lazy Wave over the New Year period. The house was much nicer than the pictures suggest. We parked in Barnoon Carpark for the week which was close by and accessible. Be warned that the carpark is regularly attended so make sure you are up to date with payments. We used an app to pay. It's about a 5 minute walk to Porthmeor Beach and less than that to the shops but you cannot avoid steep hills for both journeys so you might need to consider this for anyone with mobility difficulties. The younger ones in our group did a couple of surf lessons on Porthmeor Beach while we were there. The staff were really friendly and provided all the kit and equipment needed. We were lucky enough to have really mild weather while we were there. The house was clean and tidy and there are nice views from the attic room. There were 4 adults and 2 older teenagers in our group and the house felt spacious for this number. The only drawback would be having only one bathroom/ toliet. Regardless of this, we would definitely stay here again.

Lazy Wave is a house that doesn’t disappoint. The views from the attic bedroom were amazing. The house is very comfortable and we had a very relaxing break.

Lazy wave is near perfect. Sea views. Very close to town. Beautifully equipped. You do need to be fit to get up the various ways to barnoon terrace. In many ways it's the house we always dream about lowning . It was perfect for our party of 6 ranging from 2 to 74.

Beautiful property very near the town. Would recommend, however there is a steep climb back up to the property when walking back from the town.

We had a wonderful time at Lazy Wave. The cottage is very comfortable, spacious, well equipped and beautifully decorated. The outdoor space is a real bonus, catching the autumn rays while eating outside is such a treat. The teens walked less than 5 min to their surf lessons and St Ives buzz is 200m down the road. We absolutely loved the cottage.

Another fantastic stay at Lazy Wave! Beautiful house in a quiet location but only a few minutes walk away from town and the wonderful beaches of St Ives. Nice decor and comfortably furnished, feels like a real home from home.

Fantastic location, views, spacious open plan light and airy. We have stayed in many properties in st ives and lazy wave has been our favourite! Very comfortable beds lovely crisp white bedding. Would love to return. Also a real plus was the lovely outside area good for washing off sand and wetsuits and lovely garden and seating in the sunshine for Bbq’s And breakfast :)

Very comfortable, accommodation, with everything you need. Feels very homely, with some lovely sea views.
