Excellent apartment in an excellent location.

lovely spacious flat, great sea views and a precious parking space.

Our first stay at 38 St Nicholas Court was a great success. The location and on-site parking were just perfect for us. A great sized apartment with lovely bathrooms, my only tiny criticism is that there is no heating in either bathroom so it may be a little chilly in the cooler months. The view from the enormous lounge window was sublime; we got some great photos of a beautiful sunset one evening. We have already booked to return in 2024 and have not ruled out entirely a return visit later this year!! As always Aspects were a treat to deal with and I have no hesitation in recommending you to family and friends. Thank you.

Excellent location, spacious apartment, wonderful views and one of the largest parking spaces.

This is a superb apartment. We chose it to celebrate special birthdays within our family and it certainly made the occasions memorable. A perfect location, the views are stunning. It was immaculately clean and well equipped with everything we could possibly need. The bathrooms are modern and well appointed, beds are comfy and there is plenty of storage space. The large lounge area is an amazing gathering place for the family, with ample seating for all. There was plenty of room around the dining table for our three generations and, once I'd mastered the tech of the oven/hob (thank goodness for the instruction books) cooking was a breeze. The dishwasher was a very welcome addition. All in all, an amazing place to stay. We had a ball.

it was a lovely place to stay, comfy beds and furniture, lovely kitchen and views of beach.Best sleep i had for months, so peaceful.Been coming to st ives for over 50 years and this holiday let was the best we have ever had. It was a great holiday

Really spacious flat though fully furnished. We had a wonderful week by the sea

Lovely views, parking but a lot of steps up to it. Great for the mobile person.

Perfect location for the beach, shops and walks. Extremely roomy. Very quiet, which was great for getting young children to sleep. Would happily book again.

Great location and parking a bonus. Many parts of the apartment are tired and in need of updating, however.

Excellent location and very spacious. Has everything you would need. Like home from home. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Good, spacious family flat.

Had a fantastic stay in this super apartment overlooking the beach. A great place to unwind and spend time with our family. Thank you.

The flat is in an excellent location and the parking space is very useful. However the property is in need of updating.

Thank you for your comments. We are very sorry to hear that you feel the property needs updating. We try to offer a very wide range of properties that will suit the different styles, tastes and budgets of individuals. Some properties will be more dated in style than others, but we will always try to show this as best as possible within the photos. With inspections taking place each year, we ensure that owners are keeping the properties well maintained and we will always pass on guest's suggestions regarding any upgrades, to the property owners, for their consideration, so thank you for your helpful comments. It is great to hear that you enjoyed the location of the property and made the most of the parking space, which can be hard to come by in St Ives! We hope that we will see you again soon. Lovely property in a great location. Quality of the furnishings not great, and beds uncomfortable with lumpy pillows. Fantastic views from the windows and convenient for the town and handy to have a care park.

It's difficult to beat the St Nicholas Court properties for location; they are extremely popular as a result. We are glad that you enjoyed it, though sorry that the comfort and quality of some furnishings let it down a bit for you. It can be very difficult to find things like mattresses, pillows and sofas that to suit everyone and it is disappointing to hear that it was not to your preference. For now, we will closely monitor comments on these areas in case there is any further feedback that we can pass on to the property owner. Thanks for letting us know. Lucy, Customer Services

38 St Nicholas Court is a great holiday base. Significantly bigger than other properties that we've stayed at in the town and having a car park space was a bonus. Location was perfect. Ideal for the beaches, harbor, shopping and restaurants. Towels and bed linen all very clean as was the accommodation itself. Plentiful supply of all crockery, glasses and kitchen kit and equipment. My only request would be a second set of keys available as the gates close at 10pm and we often didn't return at the same time as the rest of our family party. Would definitely recommend however.

Excellent location with short walk to town and any of the beaches giving a good choice depending on wind direction. Parking space is VERY useful given the lack of street parking in St Ives. Large appartment and surprisingly warm for such a large space.

Good spacious family flat, great views and carparking.

Our third year in this apartment and it did not let us down. It has rather spoilt us for staying anywhere else as we love it. Our Grandchildren loved the fact that they could sleep in bunk beds and that there was plenty of room for them to run around if the weather was inclement. we love the views and the ease of being able to walk everywhere, beaches included. It provides a home from home environment which is great when you have small children with you as it ctares for them i.e. high chair, cot bed even buckets and spades! Hopefully we will be back again next year.

A very pleasant outlook of the beach ?? and the Island with the Kestrel hovering 200 metres away.

We have stayed at 38 St Nicholas Court on numerous occasions and always found it well equipped and perfect for mixed family groups. The location is perfect - overlooking Portmeor Beach with easy access to the beach. The area is very quiet and ideal for families. We will no doubt be back.

So pleased, we are coming back next year!

Everything was superb - the location, the size and quality of the apartment, everything was perfect. I last stayed at St Nicholas Court about 24 years ago and have stayed in other properties in St Ives almost every year since and had forgotten just how fantastic St Nicholas accommodation is.

fab! so well equipped in every way. You will want for nothing.

A comfortable, well equipped and spacious apartment in a great location with the benefit of a reserved parking space and good wifi. The location was ideal for easy access to great beaches and the town with all it's facilities. Excellent value for a family looking to park the car and enjoy the perfect seaside holiday.

Great for families, loads of space! Perfect location by the beach and handy for town!

Our second year in this flat... Our 20th in St Nicholas court. Not booked this flat next year, but only due to limited mobility of one of our family. Beautiful, spacious flat with stunning views
