A lovely place to stop with a great sea view,the apartment has everything you need for a great holiday, great location for walks and beaches, and an added bonus off a car parking space which was good, would definitely recommend this place and will return again, ?? ??

We loved our stay here. The property is very comfortable, clean and spacious. The location is great and close to town and coastal path. Yes the climb up is steep, but only for a few minutes.

Great apartment, everything you need provided, extremely clean. The walk into the town is somewhat hard going to begin with, but add in the spectacular views, it is worth the effort. Plenty of options for food and drink and the train ride to Carbis Bay is a must. All in all a great week’s holiday!

This accommodation is in a perfect location. 10 mins downhill to town and beach/harbour. Going back was uphill struggle but it got easier as week went on! Very clean and lovely sea view while sitting on balcony having glass of wine. Was good having allocated parking and we did not move car all week. Will definitely return

Loved 16 carthew court we parked our car and never moved it all week. We walked everywhere. Beautiful apartment quiet and well equipped with quality fittings and comfy beds. The walk up the hill is challenging and would say it's worth the climb but only if you are fit. We loved the apartment but would probably book somewhere lower down next time although the walk was scenic spectacular views of the beach and town. Very impressed with our holiday. I will be booking with aspects again.

We had our best holiday in years here. This is a lovely property in a really nice quiet location surrounded by a really friendly local community. Its great to escape back to after the bustle of St Ives and to be able to leave the car there and walk into town. You cant beat relaxing on the balcony. The only downside is the lack of internet access and patchy mobile signal but you get used to that. Don't follow the route on Google maps, stick to the written instructions. There are some good short cuts which you soon get used to. We recommend the local Mexican takeaway with its takeaway cocktails if you fancy a quiet night in.

16 Carthew Court was beautifully presented and exceptionally clean. We have just spent 2 weeks here and felt at home straight away. It had everything we needed and was very well equipped. The sea views from the balcony and bedroom were lovely and we enjoyed lots of time sitting on the balcony enjoying them! It is one of the nicest properties we have stayed in and would highly recommend it. The only downside was no Wi-fi. We hope to return again next year.

Couldn’t fault the accommodation and decor, very comfortable and everything I needed for my holiday. There is no WiFi, not a problem for me but It was for my daughters so they decided to purchase BT WiFi.

A fantastic holiday home. The house was furnished to a high standard. Great views over the sea from the lounge and the balcony. Excellent to have a clearly defined, allocated parking space. We will be returning in the future.

I would highly recommend this property to anyone holidaying in St Ives. It enjoys fabulous sea views from the balcony and front bedroom. Very comfortable beds and an excellent shower! The owner has thought of everything you may need for your stay here; well equipped kitchen, lots of storage space, games, jigsaws, books and an extensive DVD collection! Everywhere was spotlessly clean on arrival, although unfortunately our Sat Nav didn't take us directly there! It was a bit tricky to find. It had the luxury of a parking space! Quite hard to find in St Ives! Overall fantastic stay, would definitely consider returning to this property.

The property is in an excellent location from which to walk into the town centre, to the beach or along the coastal path (be prepared for some uphill on all walks) - great if you want to park the car and leave it! It had everything we needed for a relaxing week away.

A great property in an excellent location.

Carthew Court is a perfect place to stay for a family. Quiet, with stunning views across the sea and Porthmeor Beach, we enjoyed peace when we needed it. A lovely walk down to town took about 10 minutes and we felt the walk added to our enjoyment.

Spacious, bright apartment with excellent furnishings and a perfect walking distance to the beach and the town.

Fabulous modern, expensively finished house with wonderful sea views. Private balcony off comfortable lounge and very well equipped kitchen. Exceptionally luxurious bathroom. A truly wonderful place to holiday. Didn't want to leave.
