Brantwood is located in ‘The Meadow’ which unlike its name dictates is overlooking Porthmeor Beach and is quite literally only seconds from the surf and golden sands. The house comfortably sleeps up to 6 people and is ideal for a large family group or 2 or 3 couples looking to share a property.
The entrance is from the quieter pedestrian side of the property through a large, gated patio garden into the Kitchen:
Country style kitchen with dishwasher, electric oven and hob with extractor, integral larder fridge. A couple of steps lead down to the dining area which has a large farmhouse style table with chairs and a wonderful picture window with views over the surf of Porthmeor beach.
There is a door from the dining area to a good sized utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer & fridge freezer & microwave.
Further doorways lead to a family bathroom with bath & shower over, WC, basin and heated towel rail. There is also a separate shower room with double walk in shower, WC & Vanity unit with wash hand basin.
From the rear of the house a doorway takes you out to the enclosed courtyard where surfboards and beach gear can be safely stored, the gate allows private access onto Porthmeor beach road.
Back inside the house, there is a double bedroom with plenty of storage off from the kitchen area and a flight of stairs leads up from the kitchen to the first floor and spacious lounge area which has 2 comfy sofas and additional seating. There is also a pebble effect gas fire and digital LCD TV with DVD player. Marvellous views can be enjoyed from the lounge but even better, the French doors lead out onto a large decked balcony with bistro table and chairs where you can enjoy dining al fresco or watch the sun set over the sea with a glass of wine.
From the lounge there are two further bedrooms, one double and one twin room, both with a good amount of storage and windows overlooking the quieter pedestrian side of the property.
