Anastasia Loft - Simply our largest unbroken beach view from any property in St Ives.

The Anastasia apartments have recently been renovated and refurbished to a very high spec and are situated on Ocean View Terrace, overlooking Porthmeor Beach and the Island. Words cannot describe the incredible sea & coastal views offered from both properties but the outlook from the spectacular 3 meter wide picture window of the Loft apartment is simply magnificent. The carefully designed contemporary furnishing’s of the 1st floor apartment offers guests a truly stunning interior as well as a superb bay window sea view from the lounge. There is also a private sunny roof terrace from the bedroom and both apartments have private parking.

Although let independently and ideal for couples at any time of the year, the layout of the two apartments have been carefully designed so that they can be linked as a single duplex dwelling to accommodate a family of up to 6 members or groups of couples looking for 2 independently lockable properties within the same shared entrance . The well equipped kitchen and larger living space of the 1st floor apartment allows everyone to dine and relax together whilst both apartments combined can then offer 3 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms and 2 kitchens.

Anastasia loft is accessed via the rear paved driveway. There is a walk-way to the shared entrance and the internal staircase leads up into the apartment where the lockable entrance door to the Loft will be found.

Galley Kitchen:

The landing area has been cleverly designed with a solar tube bringing in the natural light to encompass an elegant kitchen area suitable for moderate self catering use. High gloss cream base units, shallow glass fronted wall units and walnut laminate worktops incorporate a single sink & drainer. There is a Neff combi oven and grill with built in microwave and a portable 2 burner induction hob with extractor hood. Fridge with ice box, vinyl flooring and tiled splash backs.

The lounge:

Simply our largest view from any property in St Ives. The lounge has amazing views of Porthmeor Beach, The Tate and the Island. Furnished in impeccable Walnut and cream, the flexible design of this room means it can also be used as a bedroom by folding out the high quality king size leather sofa-bed. Guests can choose to enjoy the panoramic views morning, noon and night and opening the brass port hole the senses can be indulged yet further by the sounds and smell of the ocean. An extending dining table can be lowered to create a neat coffee table in the centre of the window with 4 chairs so you never miss the chance to spot a dolphin or the seal that regularly visits the bay. Briefly comprising- A wall mounted 37 inch LCD TV with DVD cinema and music system incorporating an I-Pod docking station, HDMI and digital sound cable from the TV. Table and seating for 4. Secure broadband is also available to all rooms (with reasonable usage limits based on trust.)

Shower room:

Highly polished porcelain wall and floor tiles with under floor heating. Walk in shower, WC, wash hand basin and heated towel rail (central heating or electric).

Bedroom:

Two Steps down to a bedroom with king size bed (bed can be divided on runners to form twin beds - please request this when booking) with storage cupboard bedside table and window to side elevation (guests should note that due to the bedroom being built into the eaves there is limited head space to one side of the room).

Guests of the Loft apartment have private use of the lockable Longboard store and bench seat located on the rear drive (the beach hut is reserved for guests of Anastasia Apartment, downstairs).
