If a little exercise is on the cards, then you can let the magnificent South West Coast Path lead you to some of the most spectacular scenery, or you can play golf at the West Cornwall Golf Club which also enjoys incredible sea views. If you're up for it, why not try bodyboarding? With the sea surrounding you, there is nearly always one beach you can surf from and you really don't have to be super fit to enjoy the first stages of surfing.

Whats on offer

St Ives has a wide variety of things to do; you can visit any number of art galleries including the prestigious Tate Gallery, while The Barbara Hepworth Museum showcases some inspiring sculptures as well as her other work. Take a boat trip and enjoy the views from a different angle; if you're lucky you may see one of the 'resident' seals or view the dolphins at play.

If you want to enjoy the scenery to be viewed from our coastal paths but don't want to do the walk yourself, you can take the coastal train to St Erth. From there, you can connect to Penzance, Truro or even further afield – or just stay put to sample those magnificent views again.
